Abstract

一种马达定子组合装置,用于将一顶部安装有线圈架的内定子装入一具有一收容腔的外定子内,所述马达定子组合装置包括一压合机构及设有一穿孔的一第一定位板,该压合机构包括一支撑该外定子的支撑台及一可相对于该支撑台上下运动的压入模组,该第一定位板装设于该外定子的上部,该第一定位板的穿孔与该内定子为间隙配合,用于引导该内定子在压入模组的作用下穿过该第一定位板的穿孔并进入该外定子的收容腔,避免内定子定位偏移或倾斜而损坏外定子。

马达定子组合装置及方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种马达定子的组合装置及组装方法。
背景技术
马达内外定子的组装过程中,通常是将内定子与一线圈架组装在一起后再压入外定子内。但是,由于内外定子的间隙配合的公差很小,内定子在压入外定子的过程中容易发生定位偏移或倾斜,而造成组装困难、定子变形损毁等问题。
发明内容
鉴于以上,有必要提供一种可防止内定子偏移而损坏外定子的马达定子组合装置及方法。
一种马达定子组合装置,用于将一顶部安装有线圈架的内定子装入一具有一收容腔的外定子内,所述马达定子组合装置包括一压合机构及设有一穿孔的一第一定位板,该压合机构包括一支撑该外定子的支撑台及一可相对于该支撑台上下运动的压入模组,该第一定位板装设于该外定子的上部,该第一定位板的穿孔与该内定子为间隙配合,用于引导该内定子在压入模组的作用下穿过该第一定位板的穿孔并进入该外定子的收容腔。
一种马达定子组合方法,用于将一顶部安装有线圈架的内定子装入一具有一收容腔的外定子内,该方法包括:提供一具有一穿孔的第一定位板,将该第一定位板卡置于该外定子的上部,该第一定位板的穿孔与该内定子为间隙配合;将该内定子插入该第一定位板的穿孔;提供一压合机构将该内定子沿该第一定位板的穿孔压入该外定子的收容腔。
相较现有技术,该马达定子组合装置和方法通过第一定位板的穿孔可引导内定子压入外定子,操作方便,避免了内定子定位偏移或倾斜损坏外定子。

具体实施方式
请参照图1,为本发明马达定子组合装置的较佳实施方式,用于将一内定子10装入一外定子20的收容腔21内。该马达定子组合装置包括一压合机构、一第二定位板50、一第一定位板60及一第三定位板70。
该内定子10的顶部固定有一线圈架80。
该压合机构包括一支撑台30及一相对该支撑台30上下运动的压入模组40。该支撑台30上设有两导柱32,该两导柱32之间设有一与该内定子10的底部配合的下模31。该压入模组40邻近两端分别设有一通孔42,中部垂直向下延伸一上模45。在本实施方式中,该压合机构为一手压台。
该第一定位板60的中部设有一穿孔61,该穿孔61与该内定子10为间隙配合,以使该内定子10正好穿过。请参照图2,该第一定位板60的一侧形成与该穿孔61相连通的凹陷65,该凹陷65的侧壁652的形状及尺寸与该外定子20的外侧壁的形状与尺寸相配合。在本实施方式中,该内定子10的外侧壁沿纵向设有若干凸缘13,该第一定位板60的穿孔61的内壁设有若干与这些凸缘13相配合的导槽63。
该第二定位板50的中部设有一穿孔51,该穿孔51与该外定子20为间隙配合。
该第三定位板70的中部设有一穿孔71,该穿孔71与该上模45为过盈配合。
请继续参照图3及图4,组装时,将该第二定位板50通过插销或螺钉等锁固件装设于该支撑台30上,使该支撑台30的下模31收容于该第二定位板50的穿孔51内。将该第三定位板70套设于该压入模组40的上模45的底部。由于该第三定位板70与该上模45为过盈配合,该第三定位板70相对于该上模45固定。在其它实施方式中,该第三定位板70还可以通过螺丝等锁固件固定于该上模45。
将该外定子20的底部插入该第二定位板50的穿孔51内,使该外定子20卡置于该第二定位板50。将该第一定位板60放置于该外定子20上,使该外定子20的上部卡入该第一定位板60的凹陷65。将该内定子10插入该第一定位板60的穿孔61。使该压入模组40向该支撑台30方向运动,固定于该上模45的第三定位板70抵顶于该内定子10上部的线圈架80,并推动该线圈架80及内定子10一起沿着该第一定位板60的穿孔61的内壁向该外定子20的收容腔内21运动。该支撑台30的导柱32分别插入该压入模组40的对应通孔42,引导该压入模组40平稳运动。当该内定子10的底部卡抵于该支撑台30的下模31,该内定子10与该外定子20组装完成。
使该压入模组40向上运动,即可将组装好的内定子10与外定子20取出。
在组装过程中,该第一定位板60的穿孔61可引导该内定子10压入该外定子20,避免内定子10定位偏移或倾斜而损坏该外定子20,起到保护外定子20的作用。该第二定位板50将该外定子20的底部固定,避免该外定子20移动。该第三定位板70与该上模45一起下压该线圈架80,其增加了压入模组40与线圈架80的接触面积,避免定位偏差时上模45对线圈架80的损坏,从而起到保护线圈架80的作用。
由于本发明主要要解决的技术问题是防止内定子10偏移而损坏外定子20,在其他实施方式中,该第二定位板50及该第三定位板70可以省略,即可直接将该外定子20放置于该支撑台30上,将第一定位板60放置于该外定子20上,使该外定子20的上部卡入该第一定位板60的凹陷65,将该内定子10插入该第一定位板60的穿孔61,使该压入模组40向该支撑台30方向运动并抵顶于该内定子10上部的线圈架80,并推动该线圈架80及内定子10一起沿着该第一定位板60的穿孔61的内壁向该外定子20的收容腔21内运动。

Claims (10)

1.一种马达定子组合装置,用于将一顶部安装有线圈架的内定子装入一具有一收容腔的外定子内,所述马达定子组合装置包括一压合机构及设有一穿孔的一第一定位板,该压合机构包括一支撑该外定子的支撑台及一可相对于该支撑台上下运动的压入模组,该第一定位板装设于该外定子的上部,该第一定位板的穿孔与该内定子为间隙配合,用于引导该内定子在压入模组的作用下穿过该第一定位板的穿孔并进入该外定子的收容腔。
2.如权利要求1所述的马达定子组合装置,其特征在于:该支撑台上装设有一设有一穿孔的第二定位板,该外定子的底部收容于该第二定位板的穿孔。
3.如权利要求1所述的马达定子组合装置,其特征在于:该压入模组设有一垂直向下延伸的上模,该上模的底部固定有一设有一穿孔的第三定位板,该第三定位板与该压入模组一起将该内定子压入该外定子。
4.如权利要求1所述的马达定子组合装置,其特征在于:该第一定位板的一侧形成与其上的穿孔相连通的凹陷,该凹陷的侧壁的形状及尺寸与该外定子的外侧壁的形状与尺寸相配合,用于卡置该外定子的上部。
5.如权利要求1所述的马达定子组合装置,其特征在于:该内定子的外侧壁沿纵向设有若干凸缘,该第一定位板的穿孔的内壁设有若干与这些凸缘相配合的导槽。
6.如权利要求1所述的马达定子组合装置,其特征在于:该压入模组设有两通孔,该支撑台上设有两可分别插入所述两通孔的导柱。
7.一种马达定子组合方法,用于将一顶部安装有线圈架的内定子装入一具有一收容腔的外定子内,该方法包括:
提供一具有一穿孔的第一定位板,将该第一定位板卡置于该外定子的上部,该第一定位板的穿孔与该内定子为间隙配合;
将该内定子插入该第一定位板的穿孔;
提供一压合机构将该内定子沿该第一定位板的穿孔压入该外定子的收容腔。
8.如权利要求7所述的马达定子组合方法,其特征在于:该压合机构包括一支撑台,该支撑台上装设有一设有一穿孔的第二定位板,该外定子的底部收容于该第二定位板的穿孔并支撑于该支撑台上。
9.如权利要求8所述的马达定子组合方法,其特征在于:该压合机构包括一相对该支撑台上下运动的压入模组,该压入模组设有一垂直向下延伸的上模,该上模的底部固定有一设有一穿孔的第三定位板,用于将该内定子压入该外定子。
10.如权利要求7所述的马达定子组合方法,其特征在于:该第一定位板的一侧形成与其上的穿孔相连通的凹陷,该凹陷的侧壁的形状及尺寸与该外定子的外侧壁的形状与尺寸相配合,用于卡置该外定子的上部。
