Abstract

一种风轮直驱动永磁发电机,包括定子、定子固定轴和围绕定子并活动连接于定子固定轴上的转子,转子内侧面上粘贴有与定子的铁芯相对应的永磁体,所述定子铁芯各嵌线槽中心线与定子固定轴中心线之间设有一定夹角α,所述转子的内侧面上粘贴的永磁体采用磁瓦,磁瓦的弧度与转子的内侧面弧度相同,所述各磁瓦间保持一定间距d。本发明使定子铁芯嵌线槽中的导线与转子永磁体磁力线原为垂直切割改变为非垂直切割,从而减小磁性阻力矩并进而减小风轮转动阻力矩,使风轮有效工作风速范围扩大,同时本发明结构的转子永磁体磁路规则、磁密度高,因此,能有效地提高风力发电装置效率,提高发电量。

技术领域
本发明属于发电机技术领域,特别是涉及一种风轮直驱动的永磁发电机。
背景技术
目前,垂直轴风力发电装置较水平轴风力发电装置更为流行,因为垂直轴风力发电装置具有风叶片设计制造简单,造价低,不需对风装置,起动风速低、风能利用率高、基本不产生气动噪声等突出的优点,而且许多国家正在致力于对垂直轴风力发电装置的风叶片、叶轮作进一步研究改进,以期使垂直轴风力发电装置达到更高的功率和效率。但目前应用于垂直轴风力发电装置的发电机,一般还是采用传统结构的永磁发电机,即其定子固定于定子轴上,而转子则作为发电机壳体围绕定子并通过两侧端盖活动连接于定子固定轴上,其中转子的一侧端盖与风轮相连接,风轮的中心轴与定子固定轴通过法兰相连接,从而由风轮带动转子旋转;所述转子内侧面上粘贴有与定子的铁芯相对应的永磁体,该永磁体是由若干平面磁片无间隙拼接而成,其存在的缺点是,由于磁片之间十分接近,其N、S极相吸,而致磁路不规则,磁密度减少;另外,现有定子的各嵌线槽中心线与定子固定轴中心线相平行,该结构造成磁性阻力矩大,也即风轮阻力矩大,因而风轮起动风速需较高而致风能利用率较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的,是对现有垂直轴风力发电装置的永磁发电机进行技术改进,从而提供一种磁路规则、磁密度高、磁性阻力矩小而风轮阻力矩小、风轮起动风速较低、风能利用率较高的风轮直驱动永磁发电机。
本发明的技术解决方案为:包括定子、定子固定轴和围绕定子并活动连接于定子固定轴上的转子,转子内侧面上粘贴有与定子的铁芯相对应的永磁体,所述定子铁芯各嵌线槽中心线与定子固定轴中心线之间设有夹角α,所述转子的内侧面上粘贴的永磁体采用磁瓦,磁瓦的弧度与转子的内侧面弧度相同,所述各磁瓦间保持一定间距d。
所述定子铁芯各嵌线槽中心线与定子固定轴中心线之间夹角α优选3~4度。
所述转子内侧面各磁瓦的间距d优选6~7.5mm。
所述转子永磁体的材质为钕铁硼。
本发明的有益效果是:将定子铁芯各嵌线槽中心线与定子固定轴中心线之间设计成夹角后,使定子铁芯嵌线槽中的导线与转子永磁体磁力线原为垂直切割改变为非垂直切割,从而减小磁性阻力矩并进而减小风轮转动阻力矩,使风轮有效工作风速范围扩大;另外,将构成转子永磁体的磁片由平片改为瓦片并相互间隔一定距离,从而有效地避免各磁片间的相吸,从而使所构成的永磁体磁路规则、磁密度高。本发明有效地提高了风力发电装置效率,提高了发电量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
一种风轮直驱动永磁发电机,功率为10千瓦,由定子4及定子固定轴1和转子3构成,定子固定轴1的其中一端固定有法兰6,以便于与风轮中心轴端法兰相连接。所述定子4由铁芯41与线圈绕组42组成,而铁芯41周面上均布有36条嵌线槽411,各嵌线槽411中心线与定子固定轴中心线夹角α为3度。所述转子3由转筒32与转筒32一端的第一端盖31、转筒32另一端的第二端盖34构成,转筒32围罩在定子4外,其第一端盖31通过第一轴承2、第二端盖34通过第二轴承5与定子固定轴1相连接,且第二端盖34是与风轮相连接的法兰盖,转筒32的内侧面上粘贴有与定子的铁芯41相对应的永磁体33,所述永磁体33采用8对由钕铁硼材料制作的磁瓦,磁瓦的弧度与转子3的内侧面弧度相同,所述各磁瓦的间距d为7mm。

Claims (4)

1.一种风轮直驱动永磁发电机,包括定子(4)、定子固定轴(1)和围绕定子(4)并活动连接于定子固定轴(1)上的转子(3),转子(3)内侧面上粘贴有与定子的铁芯(41)相对应的永磁体(33),其特征在于所述定子铁芯(41)各嵌线槽中心线与定子固定轴(1)中心线之间设有夹角α,所述转子(3)的内侧面上粘贴的永磁体(33)采用磁瓦,磁瓦的弧度与转子(3)的内侧面弧度相同,所述各磁瓦间保持一定间距d。
2.按权利要求1所述的风轮直驱动永磁发电机,其特征在于所述转子(3)内侧面各磁瓦的间距d为6~7.5mm。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的风轮直驱动永磁发电机,其特征在于所述转子永磁体(33)的材质为钕铁硼。
4.按权利要求1所述的风轮直驱动永磁发电机,其特征在于所述定子铁芯(41)各嵌线槽中心线与定子固定轴(1)中心线之间夹角α为3~4度。
