Abstract

节水马桶由双储水箱马桶、双层浴缸及控制器构成。双储水箱马桶由双储水箱与马桶坐构成,双储水箱由循环水箱与自来水箱构成,循环水箱设有循环水自控进水阀,循环水自控进水阀的进水口与双层浴缸连接,自来水箱设有自来水自控进水阀,自来水自控进水阀的进水口与自来水管连接。利用放水阀及进水水泵将浴缸的洗浴水放到以及抽到双层浴缸的密封型腔内,利用出水水泵将双层浴缸的密封型腔内的洗浴水抽到双储水箱的循环水箱内,先用循环水箱内的循环水冲一次马桶,然后再用自来水箱小量的自来水冲洗马桶。

本发明涉及一种节水马桶,特别是一种与浴缸组合的马桶。 
背景技术
现有的马桶冲水通常是利用自来水,不利于节省有限的水资源。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种节水马桶,减少水资源的浪费。 
本发明所采取的技术方案是:节水马桶,包括有马桶坐及储水箱,节水马桶由双储水箱马桶、双层浴缸及控制器构成。双储水箱马桶由双储水箱与马桶坐构成,双储水箱由循环水箱与自来水箱构成,循环水箱设有循环水自控进水阀,循环水自控进水阀的进水口与双层浴缸连接,自来水箱设有自来水自控进水阀,自来水自控进水阀的进水口与自来水管连接。 
为了收集洗浴水用于冲马桶,双层浴缸由内缸与外壳构成,内缸与外壳构成一个密封型腔,密封型腔位于内缸与外壳之间,内缸的底部排水口连接有进水水泵,进水水泵通过管道与密封型腔的进水接头连接,密封型腔的出水接头与出水水泵连接,出水水泵的出水口通过出水管道与循环水自控进水阀连接。 
为了减少出水水泵的工作时间,节省电能,内缸壁的中下部位置设有手动的放水阀,放水阀由单向阀与开关构成,单向阀的放水流向由内缸流向密封型腔内。将内缸的大部分洗浴水放入密封型腔后,剩余的洗浴水再用出水水泵抽到密封型腔内。 
节水马桶的工作原理是:利用放水阀及进水水泵将浴缸的洗浴水放到以及抽到双层浴缸的密封型腔内,利用出水水泵将双层浴缸的密封型腔内的洗浴水抽到双储水箱的循环水箱内,先用循环水箱内的循环水冲一次马桶,然后再用小量自来水冲洗马桶。 
本发明的有益效果是:利用双层浴缸的密封型腔收集洗浴水用于冲马桶,节省水资源;双层浴缸的内缸设置单向的放水阀将洗浴水放入密封型腔内,节省抽水电源。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图与具体实施例对本发明进行进一步的说明: 
图1所示的节水马桶结构示意图,节水马桶,包括有马桶坐1及储水箱2,节水马桶由双储水箱马桶4、双层浴缸3及控制器22构成。双储水箱马桶4由双储水箱5与马桶坐1构成,双储水箱5由循环水箱6与自来水箱7构成,循环水箱6设有循环水自控进水阀8,循环水自控进水阀8的进水口与双层浴缸3连接,自来水箱7设有自来水自控进水阀9,自来水自控进水阀9的进水口与自来水管连接。 
所述的双层浴缸3由内缸10与外壳11构成,内缸10与外壳11构成一个密封型腔12,密封型腔12位于内缸10与外壳11之间,内缸10的底部排水口13连接有进水水泵14,进水水泵14通过管道15与密封型腔12的进水接头16连接,密封型腔12的出水接头17与出水水泵18连接,出水水泵18的出水口通过出水管道19与循环水自控进水阀8连接。循环水箱6设有循环水冲水阀27及循环水冲水开关25,自来水箱7设有自来水冲水阀28及自来水冲水开关26。利用双层浴缸3的密封型腔12收集洗浴水,用于冲洗马桶,再用小量的自来水清洗一次,为了达到节水的目的,循环水箱6的容积是自来水箱7容积的三倍以上,至少可以节省三分之二以上的自来水。 
所述的内缸10壁的中下部位置设有手动的放水阀20,放水阀20由单向阀与开关构成,单向阀的放水流向由内缸10流向密封型腔12内。打开放水阀20,内缸10的洗浴水可以自动流向双层浴缸3的密封型腔12内,密封型腔12内的洗浴水不能返流回内缸10。 
 为了实现洗浴水自控冲马桶,控制器22设于双层浴缸3外壳11的上部位置,控制器22设有水位控制开关21,水位控制开关21设于密封型腔12的上部位置,如果密封型腔12的洗浴水已满,水位控制开关21控制进水水泵14停止抽水。控制器22设有控制开关23,控制开关23设于控制器22的上方位置以方便操作。循环水箱6上部设有冲水水位控制开关24,冲水水位控制开关24与控制器22通过控制线连接,循环水箱6的洗浴水满到冲水水位控制开关24的位置,自动控制出水水泵18停止工作。

1.节水马桶,包括有马桶坐(1)及储水箱(2),其特征在于:所述的节水马桶由双储水箱马桶(4)、双层浴缸(3)及控制器(22)构成双储水箱马桶(4)由双储水箱(5)与马桶坐(1)构成,双储水箱(5)由循环水箱(6)与自来水箱(7)构成,循环水箱(6)设有循环水自控进水阀(8),循环水自控进水阀(8)的进水口与双层浴缸(3)连接,自来水箱(7)设有自来水自控进水阀(9),自来水自控进水阀(9)的进水口与自来水管连接;双层浴缸(3)由内缸(10)与外壳(11)构成,内缸(10)与外壳(11)构成一个密封型腔(12),密封型腔(12)位于内缸(10)与外壳(11)之间,内缸(10)的底部排水口(13)连接有进水水泵(14),进水水泵(14)通过管道(15)与密封型腔(12)的进水接头(16)连接,密封型腔(12)的出水接头(17)与出水水泵(18)连接,出水水泵(18)的出水口通过出水管道(19)与循环水自控进水阀(8)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的节水马桶,其特征在于:所述的内缸(10)壁的中下部位置设有手动的放水阀(20),放水阀(20)由单向阀与开关构成,单向阀的放水流向由内缸(10)流向密封型腔(12)内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的节水马桶,其特征在于:所述的控制器(22)设于双层浴缸(3)外壳(11)的上部位置,控制器(22)设有水位控制开关(21),水位控制开关(21)设于密封型腔(12)的上部位置,控制器(22)设有控制开关(23),控制开关(23)设于控制器(22)的上方位置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的节水马桶,其特征在于:所述的循环水箱(6)上部设有冲水水位控制开关(24),冲水水位控制开关(24)与控制器(22)通过控制线连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的节水马桶,其特征在于:所述的循环水箱(6)设有循环水冲水阀(27)及循环水冲水开关(25),自来水箱(7)设有自来水冲水阀(28)及自来水冲水开关(26)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的节水马桶,其特征在于:所述的循环水箱(6)的容积是自来水箱(7)容积的三倍以上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的节水马桶,其特征在于:所述的节水马桶的工作原理是:利用放水阀及进水水泵将浴缸的洗浴水放到以及抽到双层浴缸的密封型腔内,利用出水水泵将双层浴缸的密封型腔内的洗浴水抽到双储水箱的循环水箱内,先用循环水箱内的循环水冲一次马桶,然后再用小量自来水冲洗马桶。
