Abstract

一种能够保护刚挠板窗口的技术。它是在刚挠板层压前在刚性层内侧窗口位置粘贴一种保护膜,使得刚挠板在后续生产中避免溶液进入刚挠板内。保护膜的理化特性除与挠性内层基材特性相同外还具有耐酸、碱特性,在刚挠板的生产过程中不会破坏和损坏。

所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种刚挠多层印制板生产过程中窗口保护的技术,能够简单、方便的保护刚性板开窗口的区域,生产出美观的刚挠印制板。 
背景技术
目前,公知的刚挠印制板窗口保护是采用外保护的方法,即刚挠印制板孔金属化前,在开窗口的位置粘贴胶带或涂保护胶。这种方法很难完全阻止后续加工过程中其它溶液通过窗口进入印制板内层,一旦溶液渗入,不仅影响刚挠印制板挠性段的美观,而且容易引起刚挠结合区的刚性层边缘镀层分层。另外这种方法要求刚挠板的窗口在每次接触溶液前均需要保护,然后再去除,操作非常繁琐。 
发明内容
为了克服外保护刚挠板窗口带来的质量缺陷、美观问题和繁琐的操作,本发明提供一种方法,该方法不仅能提高刚挠板的质量和美观,而且只需要在层压刚挠板前采取一次保护措施就能保证在整个生产过程中溶液无法进入刚挠板内层。 
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:在层压刚挠板前,将挠性段对应的刚性板的位置先开槽,然后在开好槽的刚性板的内层粘贴一种覆盖膜。该覆盖膜具有如下特性:覆盖膜的材质特性必须与挠性板材的基材特性相同;厚度薄(小于0.05mm),因此,层压后不影响刚挠板的整体厚度;耐高温高压,因此,在层压过程中不会因为层压的高温高压而变形;耐酸、碱,因此,在刚挠板后续的生产过程中的酸性、碱性溶液不会将其腐蚀而导致溶液进入刚挠板内层。 
本发明的有益效果是,可以对刚性层的开槽部位通过简单的一次层压达到有效的保护,在后续加工工序中避免了酸碱性溶液进入刚挠板内部而影响其美观性和引起镀层分层等质量缺陷。

Claims (2)

1.一种刚挠板窗口保护方法,在层压前使用耐酸、碱的保护膜一次性保护刚性板开槽后的窗口,其特征是:在层压前,将覆盖膜粘贴在刚挠板窗口的内侧,用以阻止后序加工中溶液进入刚挠板的内层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的窗口保护方法,其特征是:保护膜厚度要小于0.05mm,材质特性必须与挠性板材的基材特性相同,即属于同种材质。
