Abstract

本发明公开一种线缆连接器,其包括绝缘本体以及若干导电端子,所述绝缘本体上设有若干收容对应导电端子的收容通道;所述导电端子设有一焊接端,所述绝缘本体上设有若干收容导电端子焊接端的收容槽以及若干将所述收容槽分别间隔开的肋条,所述肋条末端设有向上突出的热熔柱,所述热熔柱通过热熔后形成自肋条末端两侧分别向所述收容槽内延伸的热熔块,所述焊接端尾部的角落被所述热熔块所挡止。本线缆连接器将线缆与导电端子的固定点和导电端子与绝缘本体的固定点设置于同一位置,增强绝缘本体与导电端子的固持力,防止被线缆将导电端子拉出绝缘本体。

线缆连接器
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种线缆连接器,尤指一种用于液晶显示器(Liquid CrystalDisplay,LCD)等电子设备内的线缆连接器。
【背景技术】
随着科技的发展,各种电子电器设备不断涌现,他们给人们的生活带来极大的方便并且使我们的生活越来越丰富多彩。线缆连接器用来在这些电子电器设备之间起到连接和传导作用,其对整个电子电器设备的正常工作有着不可替代的作用。一种线缆连接器,该线缆连接器用于连接印刷电路板与显示面板,其包括绝缘本体、若干收容于绝缘本体内的端子以及线缆,所述绝缘本体包括若干收容对应端子的收容通道,所述端子包括对接部以及自对接部向后延伸的焊接部,所述焊接部与线缆的导体焊接在一起,所述对接部的中间设有向后倾斜向外延伸的固持片,所述固持片与收容通道内壁的干涉配合将端子固定于收容通道内或者所述固持片卡持于收容通道内壁的凹陷内将将端子固定于收容通道内。然而,随着信号传输要求的越来越高,对线缆的阻抗会产生较高的要求。因此,一种具有双绞线的线缆连接器由此而产生。但是,双绞线是通过两根线缆互相缠绕来提高阻抗,两根线缆的缠绕会对端子产生一定的拉力,上述线缆连接器中的端子就会被双绞线拉出绝缘本体的收容通道或端子会被拉变形。
因此,针对上述缺陷,有必要对上述技术结构进行改良,以弥补现有技术的不足。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种线缆连接器,其具有改良结构的线缆连接器连接,可增强端子的固定效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种线缆连接器,其包括绝缘本体以及若干导电端子,所述绝缘本体上设有若干收容对应导电端子的收容通道;所述导电端子设有一焊接端,所述绝缘本体上设有若干收容导电端子焊接端的收容槽以及若干将所述收容槽分别间隔开的肋条,所述肋条末端设有向上突出的热熔柱,所述热熔柱通过热熔后形成自肋条末端两侧分别向所述收容槽内延伸的热熔块,所述焊接端尾部的角落被所述热熔块所挡止。
与现有技术相比,本发明线缆连接器具有如下有益效果:将线缆与导电端子的固定点和导电端子与绝缘本体的固定点设置于同一位置,增强绝缘本体与导电端子的固持力,防止被线缆将导电端子拉出绝缘本体。

【具体实施方式】
如图1至图6所示,本发明线缆连接器100包括包括绝缘本体1、收容于绝缘本体1的若干导电端子2、组装于所述绝缘本体1上的遮蔽壳体3以及若干与所述导电端子2电性连接的线缆4。在本实施例中,所述线缆4为双绞线;在其他实施例中,所述线缆4也可以是其他种类线。
如图1至图6所示,所述绝缘本体1大体为凸字形结构且包括主体部11以及一对位于主体部11两侧的侧部12。所述主体部11内设有对接部111以及自对接部111向后延伸形成的尾部支撑部112,所述对接部111内设有若干收容通道1111,所述支撑部112内设有若干分别自支撑部112上表面向上突出的肋条1121以及若干分别由所述肋条1121间隔形成的收容槽1122,所述收容槽1122分别与对应的收容通道1111一一对应排列。所述肋条1121末端分别设有向上突出的热熔柱1123(见图4),所述热熔柱1123通过热熔后形成自肋条1121末端两侧分别向所属收容槽内延伸的热熔块1124。所述侧部12包括位于前端的引导部121以及自引导部121向后延伸的固持部122。所述固持部122上设有上下贯穿的固持孔1221以及向外延伸的固持块1222。
所述导电端子2包括与对接端子(未图示)对接的母端对接端21。所述对接端21包括顶板211和底板212以及分别自位于一侧前端和另一侧后端的连接板213。所述顶板211和底板212上均设有向一侧突出的突肋214。所述导电端子2进一步包括自对接端21的底板212向后延伸形成焊接端22。所述焊接端22尾部的两个角落分别被所述热熔块11124所挡止以防止导电端子2在外力的作用下向后移动。
所述遮蔽壳体3包括具有互补结构的下壳体31和上壳体32。所述下壳体31上设有一对向上突出的固持柱311以及一对分别自两侧边向上延伸的L型止挡块312。所述固持柱311设有若干突刺(未标号)。所述下壳体31的后端设有向上延伸的第一线缆夹持片313。所述上壳体32的边缘设有分别向下延伸一对固持片321、两对L型夹持部322以及第二线缆夹持片323。所述固持片321上设有一固持口324。所述上壳体32的中间还设有一对抵触线缆4的弹性部325。
所述导电端子2自绝缘本体1的后端自后向前插入绝缘本体1的收容通道1111内,所述导电端子2的突肋214和收容通道1111的内壁产生干涉固持作用,所述导电端子2的焊接端22收容于收容槽1122内,利用设备将所述肋条1121上的热熔柱1123热熔形成位于肋条1121末端两侧且与肋条一体的热熔块1124,所述热熔块1124将导电端子2的焊接端22的两个角包覆在内以防止导电端子2在外力的作用下向后移动。所述线缆4焊接在导电端子2的焊接端22上并自绝缘本体1的支撑部112向后延伸。所述线缆4与导电端子2的固定点和导电端子2与绝缘本体1的固定点位于同一位置,用于增强绝缘本体1与导电端子2的固持力,防止被线缆4将导电端子2拉出绝缘本体1。所述下壳体31自下而上组装在绝缘本体1上,所述固持柱311收容于固持孔1221内并通过突刺与固持孔1221的内壁干涉配合将下壳体31固持于绝缘本体1上,所述止挡块312防止下壳体31左右移动。所述上壳体32组装在绝缘本体1上,所述两对L型夹持部322分别夹持在绝缘本体1的左右两侧以及尾部,所述固持片321的固持口324将绝缘本体1的固持块1222收容在内。所述下壳体31的第一线缆夹持片313和上壳体32的第二线缆夹持片323将线缆4夹持在中间。

Claims (7)

1.一种线缆连接器,其包括绝缘本体以及若干导电端子,所述绝缘本体上设有若干收容对应导电端子的收容通道;其特征在于:所述导电端子设有一焊接端及凸伸入收容通道内的对接端,该对接端包括顶板和底板以及分别自位于一侧前端和另一侧后端的连接板,线缆连接器进一步包括组装于绝缘本体上的遮蔽壳体,所述遮蔽壳体包括具有互补结构的下壳体和上壳体,该上壳体的中间还设有一对抵触线缆的弹性部;所述绝缘本体上设有若干收容导电端子焊接端的收容槽以及若干将所述收容槽分别间隔开的肋条,所述肋条末端设有向上突出的热熔柱,所述热熔柱通过热熔后形成自肋条末端两侧分别向所述收容槽内延伸的热熔块,所述焊接端尾部的角落被所述热熔块所挡止。
2.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器,其特征在于:所述焊接端是自所述对接端的底板向后延伸形成,所述焊接部尾部的两个角均被所述热熔块所阻挡。
3.如权利要求2所述的线缆连接器,其特征在于:所述顶板和底板的一侧均设有与收容通道内壁干涉配合的突肋。
4.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体包括设有所述收容通道的对接部以及自对接部向后延伸的支撑部。
5.如权利要求4所述的线缆连接器,其特征在于:所述若干收容槽以及若干肋条均位于所述支撑部内。
6.如权利要求4所述的线缆连接器,其特征在于:所述若干收容槽分别与所述收容通道一一对应。
7.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器,其特征在于:所述下壳体具有与绝缘本体干涉配合的固持柱,所述上壳体具有夹持绝缘本体的L型夹持部。
