Abstract

本发明涉及一种触摸屏结构结构,该触摸屏结构包括触摸板、粘合层、显示屏及印刷电路板,该触摸屏结构还包括支架,该支架设置在该触摸板及该显示屏之间,通过该粘合层将该触摸板和该显示屏固定在该支架上,该支架包括基板和垂直该基板外周延伸的侧壁,该侧壁插接在该印刷电路板上,固定该支架,该支架将该触摸板和显示屏隔离,防止按压时触碰显示屏产生水波纹。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种触摸屏结构,尤其涉及一种设有支架的触摸屏结构。
背景技术
近年来,随着移动电话等各种电子设备的高性能化和多样化的发展,在液晶等显示组件的前面安装了光透过性的触摸板的电子设备正在增加。现有触摸屏结构包括触摸板、粘帖层及显示屏,触摸板和显示屏由粘帖层粘帖起来,触摸板导电层的两端形成有电极,通过导电排线电连接到控制板上,控制电子设备各功能的切换。
然而,现有触摸板和显示屏粘帖一体,触摸时会按压到显示屏出现水波纹,影响显示效果。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种触摸屏结构,该触摸屏结构可有效防止水波纹。
本发明涉及一种触摸屏结构,该触摸屏结构包括触摸板、粘合层、显示屏及印刷电路板,其该触摸屏结构还包括支架,该支架设置在该触摸板及该显示屏之间,通过该粘合层将该触摸板和该显示屏固定在该支架上该支架包括基板和垂直该基板外周延伸的侧壁,该侧壁插接在该印刷电路板上,固定该支架。
由于该触摸板和显示屏之间设置该支架,就可以通过该支架的厚度隔离该触摸板和该显示屏接触,防止该显示屏产生水波纹。

具体实施方式
请参考图1、图2,其揭示了本发明较佳实施方式的触摸屏结构100,该触摸屏结构100包括触摸板10、支架30、粘合层20、显示屏40及印刷电路板50。该支架30设置在该触摸板10及该显示屏40之间,该触摸板10及该显示屏40通过该粘合层20固定在该支架30上,该支架30固定在该印刷电路板50上。
该支架30配合该触摸板10及显示屏40的外周形状设置成环状,由硬度较大的金属材料制成,该支架30的厚度在0.3mm~0.5mm范围内,将该触摸板10及显示屏40隔离,防止按压时该触摸板10与该显示屏40接触,产生水波纹,本实施例中该支架30由钢铁制成长条环槽。
请参考图3,该支架30包括基板31和垂直该基板31外周延伸的侧壁32。本实施方式中,该侧壁32延伸的的方向为该基板31下表面,反向则为该基板31的上表面。该侧壁32的高度与该显示屏40的厚度一致,使得该侧壁32可包裹住该显示屏40;该侧壁32上配合印刷电路板50形成有多个避位槽34和凸块35,该凸块35可将该支架30固定在印刷电路板50上。本实施例中该凸块35插接在印刷电路板50的凹槽内,固定该支架30。该侧壁32的一边还形成一排线孔33,该显示屏40的导电排线41由该排线孔33伸出与印刷电路板电连接。本实施例中,该支架30的排线孔33设置在该侧壁32的一长边,并配合导电排线41的宽度设置。
请参考图2,该粘合层20配合该基板31的形状设置,并且该粘合层20面积不大于该基板31的面积。本实施例中该粘合层20配合该基板31的外周形状设置成环状,该粘合层20厚度约14μm左右,以丙烯或橡胶等粘合剂为材料制成。该粘合层20包括第一粘合层21和第二粘合层22。该第一粘合层21设置在该触摸板10和该支架30之间,将该触摸板10粘帖在该基板31的上表面。该第二粘合层22设置在该支架20和该显示屏40之间,将该显示屏40粘帖在该基板31的下表面。
请参考图4,当按压该触摸板10时,触摸板会因为受压而下弯,由于该触摸板10和显示屏40之间设置该支架30,就可以通过支架的厚度有效隔离该触摸板10和该显示屏40接触,防止该显示屏40产生水波纹;并且该支架30的侧壁32包裹该显示屏40的外周,可支撑该显示屏40防止外力破损,延长该触摸屏结构100的使用寿命。

Claims (6)

1.一种触摸屏结构,该触摸屏结构包括触摸板、粘合层、显示屏及印刷电路板,该粘合层包括第一粘合层和第二粘合层,其特征在于:该触摸屏结构还包括一支架,该支架的厚度在0.3mm~0.5mm范围内,该支架包括基板和垂直该基板外周延伸的侧壁,该侧壁插接在印刷电路板上,且该侧壁的高度与显示屏的厚度一致,该第一粘合层设置在该触摸板和该支架之间,将该触摸板粘帖在该基板的上表面,该第二粘合层设置在该支架和该显示屏之间,将该显示屏粘帖在该基板的下表面。
2.如权利要求1所述的触摸屏结构,其特征在于:该支架配合触摸板及显示屏的外周形状设置成环状。
3.如权利要求2所述的触摸屏结构,其特征在于:该支架由硬度较大的金属材料制成。
4.如权利要求1所述的触摸屏结构,其特征在于:该粘合层配合基板的外周形状设置成环状,并且该粘合层面积不大于该基板的面积。
5.如权利要求1所述的触摸屏结构,其特征在于:该侧壁四周配合印刷电路板形成有多个避位槽和凸块,该凸块插接在印刷电路板内,固定该支架。
6.如权利要求1所述的触摸屏结构,其特征在于:该侧壁上还形成排线孔,显示屏的导电排线由该排线孔伸出与印刷电路板电连接。
