Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及切割或剪切织物的方法和设备,尤其是涉及对钢增强织物的剪切。
背景技术
轮胎带束层(tire belt)坯件,特别是用于中型子午线卡车轮胎和越野车轮胎的,包括涂敷有橡胶的大型钢增强件。大直径钢丝的剪切力学显著地不同于客车带束层钢丝的剪切力学。卡车轮胎带束层和越野车带束层要比客车带束层具有带有较多细丝的更大的钢丝,需要更多的能量来剪切。当切割角度减小时,需要更多的能量来切割。此外,当该角度减小时,钢丝在切割期间可以移动,导致钢丝端部不均匀带有扇形端部或具有折角。
用于切割轮胎带束层坯件的一种现有剪切装置是α剪切机,类似于一对剪刀。如图1所示,该α剪切机具有一个绕砧座枢转的运动刀刃,进入与该砧座的接合以进行切割。这种类型的剪切机的缺点是在切割期间刀面角减小,在切割进行中需要增加用于切割的能量。附图2示出另一种现有切割装置。该铡刀式剪切机也具有固定砧座,以铡刀方式把刀刃向下引。该类型剪切机的缺点是刀刃具有非常小的刀面角,这意味着突然穿过材料进行切割,需要大量的能量,于是需要重型增强机。附图3示出第三种现有装置。该型剪切机具有圆形刀刃,其以比切割器的水平行进稍快的速度滚动。被切割的材料是静止的,而刀刃在砧座上滚动。尽管该型剪切机与前述类型剪切机相比有改进性,但是它仍然具有相当大的刀面角,导致需要大的力来进行切割。
因此,需要一种具有改进剪切力学的切割装置,其能切割穿过增强件,产生光滑均匀又对带束层钢丝端部具有最小磨损的切割。进一步的目的是没有损伤或弯折地切割处理,产生光滑的切割。光滑的切割导致较少量的能量消耗而该切割会产生较高质量的产品。如果把切割力最小化,则也能最小化刀刃的磨损。
发明内容
提供一种切割器设备,其具有可旋转地安装于第一毂的第一圆刀刃和可旋转地安装于第二毂的第二圆刀刃。第一毂和第二毂分别由第一马达和第二马达驱动;其中第一刀刃和第二刀刃平行放置且每个刀刃的中心彼此偏移距离d。定义
“切割带束层”或“切割制动器增强结构”是指平行帘线的至少两个帘布层的切割层,织造或非织造,位于胎面之下,未锚定于胎圈,具有相对于轮胎赤道面范围在5度-90度的左、右帘线角。
“帘线”是指构成轮胎中的帘布层的其中一个增强股。
“帘布层”是指涂敷橡胶的平行帘线的连续层。
“刀面角”是指在切割点处在刀刃和砧座之间的角度。

具体实施方式
图4、5示出本发明的切割器机构100,用于切割增强帘布层,尤其是具有大直径钢或金属增强件的帘布层。如图4所示,切割器机构100包括可旋转地安装于毂支撑件112的第一刀刃110。第一刀刃110优选为圆形且具有光滑非锯齿圆周外刀口111。毂支撑件112连接于第一马达115用于在切割操作期间驱动圆形刀刃110。该切割器机构还包括第二刀刃120,该第二刀刃优选为圆形且具有光滑非锯齿外圆周刀口122。该第二刀刃安装于毂支撑件124,其是可旋转地安装且由第二马达126驱动。
第二刀刃120相对第一刀刃定位成刀刃的平面彼此平行且较 近地隔开,刀刃中心彼此偏移一个距离d。优选地,刀刃的周向刀口稍微重叠一个距离X,其中X是干涉重叠。该干涉重叠X的范围可以是约0.1英寸-约1英寸,更优选为约0.2-约0.5英寸。
待切割的材料坯件包括橡胶或者在弹性体内嵌入平行增强件的弹性坯件。增强件可以是钢或金属,可以非常大,具有可以大于0.3英寸的直径。材料坯件的平面在刀刃之间被供入,相对于刀刃平面成90度取向。材料坯件通常是橡胶坯件,带有较近地平行隔开的大型钢增强件。刀刃以范围在约5-约90度的角度切割过增强件。把材料坯件输送或供给到位于两个旋转刀刃之间的咬口。当刀刃旋转时,进行切割,将材料分成两半。第一切下部分在刀刃之上经过,第二切下部分在刀刃之下经过。上部刀刃起切割刀刃的作用而下部刀刃起砧座的作用。第一刀刃以第一速度旋转而第二刀刃以第二速度旋转。优选地,刀刃以约相同的速度旋转。
图6示出切割装置的几何形状。注意到图示的整个刀面角以及刀刃的重叠。如图7所示,改变刀刃的干涉重叠要比以相同比例改变切割器直径对刀面角有较大的影响。图7示出重叠量增加时,刀面角减小。
希望最大化系统的刀面角,因为较大的刀面角导致在给定时间切割较少的材料,这减小了用来执行切割的能量。于是,在约0.1英寸-约0.5英寸范围内的刀刃重叠是优选的。可选地,一个刀刃可以在另一个刀刃尺寸的约10%-90%的范围内,更为优选地可以在另一个刀刃尺寸的约20%-40%的范围内。为了最大化刀面角,希望最大化重叠量且使一个刀刃比另一个刀刃大许多。
为了说明本发明,本领域的普通技术人员会明白,可以对其进行各种改变和改型而不会超出本发明的范围。因此,可以理解对上述特定实施例可以进行变形,其会落在由后附权利要求书限定的本发明所有适用范围内。
Claims (4)
1.一种剪切弹性体材料的切割器设备,该弹性体材料具有直径范围为0.2英寸-约0.3英寸的大钢帘线,该切割器设备包括:
第一圆形刀刃旋转地安装于第一毂,第二圆形刀刃旋转地安装于第二毂,其中所述第一毂和第二毂分别由第一马达和第二马达驱动;其中所述第一刀刃和第二刀刃成平行关系放置,每个刀刃的中心彼此偏移距离d,其中刀刃具有一个范围是从约0.2-约0.5英寸的重叠距离X,并且一个刀刃在另一个刀刃尺寸的20%-40%的范围内。
2.如权利要求1所述的切割器设备,其特征在于:所述刀刃以相同的速度旋转。
3.如权利要求1所述的切割器设备,其特征在于:比率R/r的范围为0.1-1,其中r是第一刀刃的半径,R是第二刀刃半径。
4.如权利要求1所述的切割器设备,其特征在于:所述刀刃具有范围在0.05英寸-1英寸的重叠距离X。
