技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药配方，具体涉及一种彻底治疗腰椎间盘突出、骨质增生的中药。
技术背景
骨质增生俗称“骨刺”，中医并称为“骨痹”。是中老年人的常见病、多发病，多发生在年龄在45岁以上的中、老年人，男性多于女性，轻者可使患者肢体发生功能性障碍，重者可致畸或致瘫。最常见于膝、髋、腰椎、颈椎、肘等关节。随着现代生活工作压力的增加，有向年轻化发展的趋势。
颈椎骨质增生表现为颈项强痛，转侧不便，单侧或双侧肩及上肢疼痛麻木，并可引起头晕、心悸、恶心，甚至颈项强痛不能平卧等；腰椎骨质增生症状是腰痛活动不便，一侧或双侧臀部、下肢疼痛麻木；足跟骨质增生主要临床表现单侧或双侧足跟疼痛，不能落地行走，清晨起床下地时疼痛加剧，足跟下如踏有硬物感。“骨痹”多发于中老年人，青年患者偶可见到病因，是人到中年后，肝肾开始虚衰，气血有所不足，人的活动量减少，气血有所不周，加之受寒邪湿气，容于骨髓，发而为痹。
发明内容
方剂组成：秦艽15-30g(最佳20g)补骨脂15-30g(最佳20g)当归15-30g(最佳20g)威灵仙10-25g(最佳15g)木瓜10-25g(最佳15g)苏木10-25g(最佳15g)丹参15-30g(最佳20g)狗脊20-40g(最佳30g)乌蛇(或白花蛇)15-35g(最佳20g)。
功效：活血化痰，滋补肝肾，祛邪止痛，行气通络。
主治：骨质增生，包括颈椎骨质增生，腰椎骨质增生，足跟骨质增生等引起的疼痛麻木。
方解：方中乌蛇(白花蛇)为疗风湿顽痹之要药，当归甘补辛散，若泄温通，既能补血，又能活血。有推陈改新之功，威灵仙辛散兽行，能通十二径，既可祛在表现之风，又可化在里湿，通径达络，可导可宣，为治痹症之要药，对筋骨酸痛，肌肉麻痹皆有一定作用，加入木瓜性味之酸温，威灵仙药性之辛温，加强柔筋缓急止痛，同时取其温通走窜的功效以达祛寒，除湿，通络的目的，补骨脂补肝肾壮筋骨，狗脊补肾壮腰祛风定痛，丹参去淤生新，行而不破，苏木甘咸，能破血行气，活血通径，淤行止痛，消肿疗伤之功，全方敛而不守，行而不燥，阴阳兼顾。
说明
本方多年来用在临床上治疗骨质增生病，收到了良好的效果，而且还可以加减或浸酒用来治疗腰椎间盘突出、颈椎骨质增生、足跟骨质增生及痹症疼痛等病症。
治颈椎骨质增生可加葛根约30g姜黄约20g；疼痛剧烈者可加桃仁约10g红花约10g；腰椎骨质增生可加续断约30g桑寄生约30g；足跟骨质可加川牛漆约15g，淫羊霍约10g。
具体实施方式
实施例1：袁思福，男，38岁，醴陵市水利局干部，自述颈项强痛，转侧不便，双侧肩及上肢疼痛麻木，并感觉有时头晕。湘东医院拍X片为颈椎骨质增生，本着急则治标、缓则治本原则，处方为秦艽20g补骨脂20g当归20g威灵仙15g木瓜15g苏木15g丹参20g狗脊30g乌蛇(或白花蛇)20g，桃仁10红花10。每日一剂，每剂水煎两次分两次服用，服用10剂后疼痛大减，原方进10剂患者自述无头晕、颈项麻木疼痛等症状。以上方为基础加减。秦艽20g补骨脂20g当归20g威灵仙15g木瓜15g苏木15g丹参20g狗脊30g乌蛇(或白花蛇)20g，葛根30g，继服36剂，疼痛全愈。随访2年未复发
实施例2：何加元，男，56岁，醴陵市孙家湾乡人，自述颈项麻木疼痛多年，拍X片为颈椎骨质增生。处方：秦艽20g补骨脂20g当归20g威灵仙15g木瓜15g苏木15g丹参20g狗脊30g乌蛇(或白花蛇)20g，桃仁10红花10，服10剂后患者疼痛大减，自述颈项疼痛缓解，原方又进剂，水煎服每日1剂，又以秦艽20g姜黄20g葛根30g补骨脂20g当归20g威灵仙15g木瓜15g苏木15g丹参20g狗脊30g乌蛇(或白花蛇)20g，浸酒3剂，一个月后方可服用。服用中药及药酒，随访3年未见复发。
实施例3：周作英，男，65岁，醴陵市孙家湾人，自述腰肩活动不便，下肢疼痛麻木。在湘东医院拍X照片显示为腰椎骨质增生，处方：秦艽20g补骨脂20g当归20g威灵仙15g木瓜15g苏木15g丹参20g狗脊30g乌蛇(或白花蛇)20g，服用10剂，患者感觉症状缓解，疼痛大减。继服20剂后，患者自述活动自如，无下肢疼痛及麻木感，告病愈，随访4年至今未见复发
实施例4：许忠意，男，67岁，醴陵市孙家湾人。患者在湘东医院拍X片显示为腰椎骨质增生及腰椎间盘突出，还兼有多年风湿病痛，患腰腿病4年余，近来疼痛加剧，走路以手扶杖慢行，夜间痛甚，彻夜不眠，自觉腰如针刺似刀割，有服去痛药6片其痛未止，经服中药数剂无效，处方：秦艽20g补骨脂20g当归20g威灵仙15g木瓜15g苏木15g丹参20g狗脊30g乌蛇(或白花蛇)20g，姜黄20g葛根30g，10剂，每日1剂水煎服，服用3剂后疼痛大减，继续服原方剂，由剧痛转为隐痛。以上方为基础加减为秦艽20g补骨脂20g当归20g威灵仙15g木瓜15g苏木15g丹参20g狗脊30g乌蛇(或白花蛇)20g，桃仁10g红花10g。又以浸酒调理，每天以1两酒为度。浸酒配方：秦艽20g补骨脂20g当归20g威灵仙15g木瓜15g苏木15g丹参20g狗脊30g乌蛇(或白花蛇)20g，继服3个月后，疼痛全愈，随访4年未见复发，且行动自如，已不用拐杖就能行走，余症消失。
实施例5：朱勇军，男，19岁，醴陵市孙家湾人，两腿不能下地行走，湘东医院拍X片为两足跟骨质增生，处方：秦艽20g补骨脂20g当归20g威灵仙15g木瓜15g苏木15g丹参20g狗脊30g乌蛇20g。患者在服5剂后便感疼痛大减，继服15剂后患者不再疼痛，自述行动自如，至今已17年未见复发，自述无不适感。
实施例6：张女士，女，40岁，醴陵市孙家湾人，患腰椎间盘突出已2年，醴陵市中医院拍X片显示腰椎间盘突出，做牵引，服中医院中药效果不佳。处方：秦艽20g补骨脂20g当归20g威灵仙15g木瓜15g苏木15g丹参20g狗脊30g乌蛇20g。，用10剂后能从卧床到下床活动，于是再服50剂，已能做家务劳动。随访3年未见复发。

1.一种新型有奇效的抗骨质增生的中药祖传秘方，其特征在于它由下面几个部分组成：本配方组成为：
秦艽15-30g 补骨脂15-30g 当归15-30g 威灵仙10-25g 木瓜10-25g 苏木10-25g 丹参15-30g 狗脊20-40g 乌蛇(或白花蛇)15-35g。治疗颈椎间盘骨质增生可加葛根约30g姜黄约20g；疼痛剧烈者可加桃仁约10g红花约10g；腰椎骨质增生可加续断约30g桑寄生约30g；足跟骨质可加川牛漆约15g，淫羊霍约10g。
2.本配方即可煎服，每日一剂，也可浸酒服用作为辅助治疗。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型有奇效的抗骨质增生的中药祖传秘方，它的配方优选重要配比为：秦艽20g 补骨脂20g 当归20g 威灵仙15g 木瓜15g 苏木15g 丹参20g 狗脊30g 乌蛇(或白花蛇)20g。治颈椎间盘骨质增生可加葛根30g姜黄20g；疼痛剧烈者可加桃仁10g红花10g；腰椎骨质增生可加续断30g桑寄生30g；足跟骨质可加川牛漆15g，淫羊霍10g。
