Abstract

本发明公开了一种安全有效的治疗家兔疥螨病的外用酊剂。本发明治疗家兔疥螨病的外用酊剂，通过下述技术方案予以实现，每1000ml溶剂中含有5～100g百里酚，所述溶剂由乙醇和丙三醇以8：2的比例组成。本发明将百里酚的应用到畜牧与特产养殖中，特别是用于治疗家兔疥螨病，克服了现有技术中易造成药物残留的缺陷，保证了兔肉的质量，特别是能够满足出口肉兔对药物残留量的严格要求。

技术领域
本发明属于兽药领域，是一种治疗家兔疥螨病的外用酊剂。
背景技术
兔螨病又称兔疥癣病，是由兔疥螨和痒螨寄生于体表而引起的一种外寄生虫病，患病家兔以皮肤剧痒、发炎、形成痂皮、脱毛及消瘦为主要特征，严重时可造成死亡，对养兔业危害较大。目前用于治疗该病的药物以农药杀虫剂敌百虫、抗寄生虫抗生素伊维菌素等药物为主，这些药物毒性大，使用安全性较差，易残留，影响兔肉的质量，特别是出口肉兔严格限制伊维菌素的使用。
百里酚(Thymol)又名麝香草酚、麝香草脑、百里香酚，来源于唇形科植物百里香、麝香草、牛至、香青兰及唇形科香薷属植物香薷、江香薷、石香薷、木香薷、萼果香薷、野拔子等。
百里酚其药理作用有抗菌作用，既可杀灭细菌又可杀灭真菌；能促进支气管分泌，有祛痰的作用；局麻、镇痛和止痒作用。临床应用包括外用抗真菌抗寄生虫剂型有粉剂和软膏剂，用于治疗湿疹、尿布疹、皮肤真菌感染、裂伤、冻疮、痤疮、耳炎、及皮肤寄生虫感染。如痱子粉、麝香虎骨膏、复方麝香草脑滴丸；口腔科制剂，如麝香草酚醑、牙髓慢失活剂、牙髓快失活剂等。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是，克服现有技术中存在的不足，提供一种安全有效的治疗家兔疥螨病的外用酊剂。
本发明治疗家兔疥螨病的外用酊剂，通过下述技术方案予以实现，每1000ml溶剂中含有5～100g百里酚，所述溶剂由乙醇和丙三醇以8∶2的比例组成。
本发明为含有植物杀螨有效成分百里酚的外用兽药新制剂，适用于家兔耳螨病、足螨病的治疗。其特点是：对家兔螨虫具有高效触杀作用，体外可在10分钟以内迅速杀灭兔耳螨；临床疗效高，治愈率可达100％，一般用药一次即可治愈；药物使用安全性好，毒性低，小鼠口服百里酚的LD50为1.8g；无抗生素残留，可用于出口肉兔螨病的治疗。
本发明将百里酚的应用到畜牧与特产养殖中，特别是用于治疗家兔疥螨病，克服了现有技术中易造成药物残留的缺陷，保证了兔肉的质量，特别是能够满足出口肉兔对药物残留量的严格要求。
具体实施方式
本发明按照下表中各实施例进行配比：

  实施例1   5g   乙醇800ml，丙三醇200ml
  实施例2   10g   乙醇800ml，丙三醇200ml
  实施例3   25g   乙醇800ml，丙三醇200ml
  实施例4   50g   乙醇800ml，丙三醇200ml
  实施例5   100g   乙醇800ml，丙三醇200ml
制备方法：
以实施例1举例说明：将5g百里酚溶于800ml乙醇中，再加入200ml丙三醇，混合均匀，即成。
本发明的临床疗效：
用0.5％浓度的药液治疗耳螨及足螨病20例，用药一次治愈为18例(90％)，两次治愈为2例(10％)。用10％浓度的药液治疗32例，用药一次治愈为32例。治愈率均达到100％。家兔耳螨病用药后5天，耳廓内患处血痂开始脱落，7～10天痊愈。家兔足螨病用药后7天，患处脱毛区开始长出新毛。
