Abstract
本发明提供一种盖体卡锁结构,包括一本体及一盖体,该盖体装配在该本体上,该盖体卡锁结构还包括一装配于该盖体上的按钮,该按钮包括一按压件及一弹性复位轴,该按压件设有一定位臂、一轴套及一扣合孔,该复位轴套设在该轴套内,其两端固定在该盖体上,该定位臂固定在该盖体上,该本体上设有一弹性卡扣,该卡扣卡合在该扣合孔内,按压该按钮使复位轴向该盖体内侧弯曲变形并带动按钮向该盖体内侧移动,以此解除该卡扣与该扣合孔的卡持,从而将盖体开启。该盖体卡锁结构操作方便。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种盖体卡锁结构,尤其是关于一种应用于移动电话等便携式电子装置的盖体卡锁结构。
背景技术
移动电话及个人数位助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)等便携式电子装置的应用日益广泛,而提供便携式电子装置能量的电池因随着能量消耗,不得不进行更换,为使电池安装方便,人们设计出许多电池盖卡锁结构。
现有的便携式电子装置的电池盖卡锁结构多采用卡钩和扣锁结构卡固于本体上,即在电池盖一端设置一对卡钩,另一端设置一卡锁销,对应的在本体一端设置一对卡槽,另一端设置一扣锁孔。安装时,先将电池盖的卡钩插入本体的卡槽,再将电池盖以该卡槽为轴朝向本体方向旋转并按压该电池盖直至电池盖的卡锁销卡入本体的扣锁孔中。
该类电池盖安装后虽与本体结合牢固,但拆装时需要用力水平推动电池盖,使卡钩与卡槽及卡锁销与扣锁孔脱离,然后才能将电池盖从本体上掀开并取下,使得拆卸电池盖的过程很繁琐。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种操作方便的盖体卡锁结构。
一种盖体卡锁结构,包括一本体及一盖体,该盖体装配在该本体上,该盖体卡锁结构还包括一装配于该盖体上的按钮,该按钮包括一按压件及一弹性复位轴,该按压件设有一定位臂、一轴套及一扣合孔,该复位轴套设在该轴套内,其两端固定在该盖体上,该定位臂固定在该盖体上,该本体上设有一弹性卡扣,该卡扣卡合在该扣合孔内,按压该按钮使复位轴向该盖体内侧弯曲变形并带动按钮向该盖体内侧移动,以此解除该卡扣与该扣合孔的卡持,从而将盖体开启。
相较于现有技术,本发明盖体卡锁结构的卡扣卡合于在按钮上设置该扣合孔,在本体上设置该卡扣,通过卡扣该扣合孔的卡持将盖体锁持在本体上,并可以通过按压按钮,使按钮上的扣合孔解除与本体的卡扣的卡合,从而简便地开启盖体。

具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种盖体卡锁结构,其应用于移动电话等便携式电子装置中。
请参阅图1,盖体卡锁结构100包括一本体10、一盖体20及一按钮30。盖体20通过按钮30可拆卸地装配于本体10上。
本体10具有一侧壁11,侧壁11上形成有一大致呈方形的切口13,切口13的底壁132凸设有一具有钩状端部的弹性卡扣15。
盖体20具有一外表面21、一与该外表面21相背的内表面22及一折边23。折边23上对应所述切口13的位置开设一大致为矩形的缺口24。内表面22于该缺口24的两侧对称设有一凸块25。每一凸块25上开设一卡槽252。该二卡槽252分别贯穿二凸块25相向的一侧及二凸块25与内表面22相背的一侧。内表面22临近该其中一凸块25处凸设有一定位块26,定位块26上凸设一定位柱261。定位柱261由定位块26的一侧向内表面22的内部延伸形成。
按钮30包括一按压件31及一圆柱状复位轴33,该复位轴33具有弹性。
按压件31包括一主体板部310,该主体板部310包括一第一表面311及与该第一表面311相背的第二表面312。第一表面311上凸设一卡持件313、一轴套314、二截面呈“L”形的折翼315及一定位臂316。卡持件313为板状,其上开设一矩形的扣合孔3132。轴套314上设有一轴孔3142。轴孔3142的轴向平行于该第一表面311,其用于套设所述复位轴33。二折翼315对称突出于主体板部310的端部边缘处。定位臂316包括一大致呈“U”形的弹性缓冲部317及一定位部318。缓冲部317的一端与其中一折翼315连接,也可以直接连接于第一表面311上。定位部318由缓冲部317的另一端向平行于第一表面311的方向弯折形成,其上开设有一与所述定位柱261对应的定位孔3182。
请一并参阅图1及图2,安装按钮30于本体10上时,先将复位轴33套于轴孔3142内,复位轴33的两端分别卡入凸块25的卡槽252,同时,将定位柱261套入定位臂316的定位孔3182内,再通过热熔的方式将定位臂316与定位柱261固接。此时,按钮30的主体板部310位于缺口24处,其二折翼315分别于缺口24两侧抵持在折边23上。
请结合参阅图3及图4,需将盖体20卡锁于本体10上时,将按钮30的扣合孔3132与本体10的卡扣15对准,按压盖体20使卡扣15弹性卡合于扣合孔3132内,由此使盖体20卡锁在本体10上。
需开启盖体12时,只需按压按钮30,使复位轴33及定位臂316的缓冲部317受压发生弹性变形,按钮30深入盖体20内侧,卡扣15解脱与扣合孔3132的卡持,此时,只需施加一向上的力,盖体20即从本体10上取下。当解除对按钮30的按压时,按钮30在复位轴33的回复力下又恢复至原位置。
本发明盖体卡锁结构100通过按压按钮30,使按钮30上的扣合孔3132解除与本体10的卡扣15的卡合,从而简便地开启盖体20。
可以理解,所述定位臂316也可以设两个。
可以理解,所述二折翼315也可以省略。
Claims (10)
1.一种盖体卡锁结构,包括一本体及一盖体,该盖体装配在该本体上,其特征在于:该盖体卡锁结构还包括一装配于该盖体上的按钮,该按钮包括一按压件及一弹性复位轴,该按压件设有一定位臂、一轴套及一扣合孔,该复位轴套设在该轴套内,其两端固定在该盖体上,该定位臂固定在该盖体上,该本体上设有一弹性卡扣,该卡扣卡合在该扣合孔内,按压该按钮使复位轴向该盖体内侧弯曲变形并带动按钮向该盖体内侧移动,以此解除该卡扣与该扣合孔的卡持,从而将盖体开启。
2.如权利要求1所述的盖体卡锁结构,其特征在于:该按压件包括一主体板部,该主体板部包括一第一表面及与该第一表面相背的第二表面。
3.如权利要求2所述的盖体卡锁结构,其特征在于:该第一表面凸设有一板状的卡持件,所述扣合孔开设于该卡持件上。
4.如权利要求2所述的盖体卡锁结构,其特征在于:该轴套上开设有一轴孔,该轴孔的轴向平行于该主体板部的第一表面,该复位轴呈圆柱状,其套设于该轴孔内。
5.如权利要求2所述的盖体卡锁结构,其特征在于:该盖体的侧壁上开设一与该主体板部对应的缺口,该盖体于该缺口的两侧各设有一凸块,每一凸块上开设一卡槽,该复位轴的两端分别卡入该二卡槽内。
6.如权利要求5所述的盖体卡锁结构,其特征在于:该按压件还包括二截面呈“L”形的折翼,该二折翼对称突出于该主体板部的端部边缘处,并分别于该缺口两侧抵持在该盖体的侧壁上。
7.如权利要求2所述的盖体卡锁结构,其特征在于:该盖体上设有一定位块,定位块上凸设一定位柱,该定位臂上开设有一与该定位柱对应的定位孔,该定位柱套设于该定位孔内。
8.如权利要求7所述的盖体卡锁结构,其特征在于:该定位臂包括一“U”形的弹性缓冲部及一定位部,该缓冲部连接于第一表面上,该定位部由该缓冲部的另一端向平行于该第一表面的方向弯折形成,所述定位孔开设于该定位部上。
9.如权利要求1所述的盖体卡锁结构,其特征在于:该本体具有向其一表面弯折的侧壁,该侧壁上形成有一方形的切口,所述卡扣凸设于该切口的底部。
10.如权利要求1所述的盖体卡锁结构,其特征在于:该卡扣的端部呈钩状。
