Abstract

本发明提供一种电池盖卡锁结构,包括一机体、一电池盖、一按压件及一弹性件,该电池盖上设有二卡钩,该弹性件固定在该机体上,该按压件包括一操作部及一弹性臂,该弹性臂一端固定在该操作部上,另一端固定在该电池盖上,该弹性件包括一弹性部及由该弹性部延伸的卡持部,所述卡持部卡持在所述卡钩上,该按压件抵顶该弹性件,使卡持部发生变形而脱离卡钩的限制使该电池盖开启。该种电池盖卡锁结构操作方便,结构简单。

电池盖卡锁结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电池盖卡锁结构,尤其是关于一种应用于移动电话等便携式电子装置的电池盖卡锁结构。
背景技术
移动电话及个人数位助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)等便携式电子装置的应用日益广泛,而提供便携式电子装置能量的电池因随着能量消耗,不得不进行更换,为使电池安装方便,人们设计出许多电池盖卡锁结构。
现有的便携式电子装置的电池盖卡锁结构多采用卡钩和扣锁结构卡固于本体上,即在电池盖一端设置一对卡钩,另一端设置一卡锁销,对应的在机体一端设置一对卡槽,另一端设置一扣锁孔。安装时,先将电池盖的卡钩插入机体的卡槽,再将电池盖以该卡槽为轴朝向机体方向旋转并按压该电池盖直至电池盖的卡锁销卡入机体的扣锁孔中。
该类电池盖安装后虽与机体结合紧密且牢固,但拆装时较费力,操作不方便,而且用力过大还会损坏电池盖,较为严重的情况下甚至造成便携式电子装置的损坏。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种操作方便的电池盖卡锁结构。
一种电池盖卡锁结构,包括一机体、一电池盖、一按压件及一弹性件,该电池盖上设有二卡钩,该弹性件固定在该机体上,该按压件包括一操作部及一弹性臂,该弹性臂一端固定在该操作部上,另一端固定在该电池盖上,该弹性件包括一弹性部及由该弹性部延伸的卡持部,所述卡持部卡持在所述卡钩上,该按压件抵顶该弹性件,使卡持部发生变形而脱离卡钩的限制使该电池盖开启。
相较于现有技术,本发明电池盖卡锁结构通过按压件推动弹性件形变,使该弹性件脱离对电池盖的限制,从而将该电池盖开启,该种电池盖卡锁结构操作方便,结构简单。

具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种电池盖卡锁结构,其应用于移动电话等便携式电子装置中,在本较佳实施例中以移动电话为例加以说明。
请参阅图1及图2,本发明电池盖卡锁结构10包括一机体11、一电池盖12、一按压件13及一弹性件14。电池盖12通过按压件13及弹性件14可拆卸的装配在机体11上。
所述机体11大致呈长方体,其具有一表面110、二相对的侧壁111及二相对的端壁112。所述侧壁111及端壁112分别与该表面110相垂直。临近一端壁112的表面110上开设一凹槽113,该凹槽113大致呈狭长的长方形,该凹槽113的底部凸设二定位柱116。该凹槽113一侧的表面110上向上延伸形成一凸台114。临近该凹槽113的凸台114上凹设一容置槽115,该容置槽115用于收容电池(图未示)。
该电池盖12形状大小与该机体11相当,该电池盖12具有一底壁120及由该底壁120边缘弯折而成的周壁121。该周壁121可卡合在该凸台114上,使所述电池盖12盖设在机体11上以遮蔽电池。该周壁121具有二端部122。临近一端部122的电池盖12上开设一矩形开口124,该开口124的位置与所述机体11上的凹槽113相对应。该电池盖12底壁120的内表面上,在该开口124两侧对称的凸设二卡钩125,每一卡钩125的自由端具有一钩部126,所述钩部126分别朝该开口124的方向延伸。该开口124远离端部122的一侧上形成二卡合柱127。
该按压件13包括一操作部131及一弹性臂132。该操作部131大致呈矩形,其可容置在该开口124内。该操作部131具有一矩形本体1310,该本体1310上形成一凸块1311。该弹性臂132包括二臂部133及一固定部134。所述二臂部133具有弹性,每一臂部133大致呈“ㄈ”形,其一端固定在临近该本体1310二相对的边缘处。该固定部134包括二卡环1341及一连接片1342。每一卡环1341具有一定位孔1343,每一卡环1341分别与一臂部133另一端相连接。该连接片1342将所述二卡环1341相连。本较佳实施例的按压件13是塑胶材料通过注塑一体成型的。该弹性臂132可通过定位孔1343与卡合柱127的配合固定在该电池盖12上。
请结合参阅图3及图4,该弹性件14由一弹性片弯折而形成。该弹性件14包括一弹性部141、二卡持部142及二定位部143。该弹性部141大致呈弧形,该按压件13的凸块1311可抵持在该弹性部141上。二卡持部142分别由该弹性部141的两端弯折而形成,每一卡持部142具有一倾斜的作用部1422,所述作用部1422可分别卡持在所述卡钩125的钩部126上。每一定位部143大致呈“L”形,其包括一连接部1432及一延伸部1434,连接部1432一端与所述作用部1422相连接,连接部1432长度大于所述凹槽113的深度,以使卡持部142凸出于该凹槽113。每一延伸部1434由对应的连接部1432的另一端垂直弯折而成,每一延伸部1434上分别开设一通孔1436,该弹性件14可通过通孔1436与定位柱116的配合固定在该机体11上。
组装该电池盖卡锁结构10时,先将该弹性件14通过通孔1436套设在所述定位柱116上,同时使连接部1432及延伸部1434抵持在该凹槽113内,由于该连接部1432长度大于该凹槽113的深度,所以该弹性件14的卡持部142凸出在该凹槽113之外。然后,将按压件13的操作部131放置在该开口124内,同时所述卡合柱127容置于定位孔1343中,并通过热熔的方式使该弹性臂132固定在该电池盖12上。接着,将电池盖12放置在该机体11上,并使该本体1310与该凹槽113相对。最后下按该电池盖12,所述卡钩125的钩部126卡持在所述卡持部142的作用部1422上,同时该卡合部123卡合在该凸台114上,从而使该电池盖12固定在该机体11上。
开启该电池盖卡锁结构10时,首先,外力下压该操作部131,该凸块1311按压该弹性部141,使该弹性部141产生形变。该弹性部141带动所述卡持部142,从而使卡持部142脱离对钩部126的限制。然后,对开有开口124一侧的电池盖12的端部122施加一作用力,使该卡合部123从该凸台114上脱离,从而使该电池盖12开启。
本发明电池盖卡锁结构10通过按压件13推动弹性件14形变,使该弹性件14脱离对电池盖12的限制,从而将该电池盖12开启,该种电池盖卡锁结构10操作方便,结构简单。
可以理解,该弹性件14的延伸部1434可以省略,该连接部1432固定在该凹槽113的侧壁上。

Claims (8)

1.一种电池盖卡锁结构,包括一机体、一电池盖及一按压件,该电池盖上设有二卡钩,其特征在于:该电池盖卡锁结构还包括一弹性件,该弹性件固定在该机体上,该按压件包括一操作部及一弹性臂,该弹性臂一端固定在该操作部上,另一端固定在该电池盖上,该弹性件包括一弹性部及由该弹性部延伸的卡持部,所述卡持部卡持在所述卡钩上,该按压件抵顶该弹性件,使卡持部发生变形而脱离卡钩的限制使该电池盖开启。
2.如权利要求1所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于:该弹性臂包括二臂部及一固定部,每一臂部的一端固定在该操作部上,该固定部与所述臂部相连接,该固定部具有二定位孔,该电池盖上设有二卡合柱,该固定部通过定位孔固定在所述卡合柱上。
3.如权利要求2所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于:该按压件是塑胶材料通过注塑一体成型的。
4.如权利要求1所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于:该机体上凹设一凹槽,该弹性件还包括二定位部,所述卡持部凸出于该凹槽,所述定位部固定在该凹槽的侧壁上。
5.如权利要求4所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于:该凹槽的底部凸设有定位柱,每一定位部包括一连接部及由该连接部一端弯折的延伸部,该延伸部上开设一通孔,该延伸部通过通孔固定在所述定位柱上。
6.如权利要求5所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于:该弹性件由一弹性片弯折而成。
7.如权利要求1所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于:该电池盖上开设一开口,该按压件容置于该开口中。
8.如权利要求7所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于:该按压件上设有一凸块,该凸块抵持在该弹性部上。
