Abstract
本发明提供一种电池盖卡锁结构,包括一机体、一电池盖、一按钮及一弹性元件,该电池盖具有一卡扣件,该按钮上设有二卡爪及一卡块,该卡块与该卡扣件相互卡合,该弹性元件一端抵持于按钮上,所述电池盖卡锁结构还包括一安装于机体上的按钮座,该弹性元件另一端抵持于按钮座上,该卡爪可相对滑动地卡合于该按钮座上,该电池盖上还设有一与该卡块相配合的导向体;按压该按钮,该卡扣件与该卡块脱开,该卡块抵顶该导向体使该导向体带动该电池盖向远离该机体的方向移动,以将该电池盖开启。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电池盖卡锁结构,尤其是关于一种应用于移动电话等便携式电子装置的电池盖卡锁结构。
背景技术
移动电话及个人数位助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)等便携式电子装置的应用日益广泛,而提供便携式电子装置能量的电池因随着能量消耗,不得不进行更换,为使电池安装方便,人们设计出许多电池盖卡锁结构。
现有的便携式电子装置的电池盖卡锁结构多采用卡钩和扣锁结构卡固于本体上,即在电池盖一端设置一对卡钩,另一端设置一卡锁销,对应的在机体一端设置一对卡槽,另一端设置一扣锁孔。安装时,先将电池盖的卡钩插入机体的卡槽,再将电池盖以该卡槽为轴朝向机体方向旋转并按压该电池盖直至电池盖的卡锁销卡入机体的扣锁孔中。
该类电池盖安装后虽与机体结合牢固,但拆装时除了需要将卡钩与卡槽及卡锁销与扣锁孔脱离之外,还要施加一外力将电池盖从机体上掀开并取下,使得拆卸电池盖的过程很繁琐。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种使得电池盖与机体卡合稳固且操作方便的电池盖卡锁结构。
一种电池盖卡锁结构,包括一机体、一电池盖、一按钮及一弹性元件,该电池盖具有一卡扣件,该按钮上设有二卡爪及一卡块,该卡块与该卡扣件相互卡合,该弹性元件一端抵持于按钮上,所述电池盖卡锁结构还包括一安装于机体上的按钮座,该弹性元件另一端抵持于按钮座上,该卡爪可相对滑动地卡合于该按钮座上,该电池盖上还设有一与该卡块相配合的导向体;按压该按钮,该卡扣件与该卡块脱开,该卡块抵顶该导向体使该导向体带动该电池盖向远离该机体的方向移动,以将该电池盖开启。
相较于现有技术,所述本发明电池盖卡锁结构通过推动按钮在按钮座的滑动使得按钮的卡合部与电池盖的卡扣件的卡合配合,从而来卡固电池盖于机体上。拆装时,按压该按钮,使卡扣件脱离卡合部的限制,并通过卡块推顶该导向体,使得该导向体带动该电池盖向远离该机体的方向移动,从而开启该电池盖。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1及图2,本发明公开一种电池盖卡锁结构10,其适用于移动电话等便携式电子装置,在本实施例中以移动电话为例加以说明。
本发明电池盖卡锁结构10包括一机体11、一电池盖12、一按钮13、一按钮座14及一弹性元件15。
所述机体11具有一第一端壁111、一与该第一端壁111相对设置的第二端壁112,连接该第一端壁111及第二端壁112的左、右侧壁113、114及一底壁119。该第一端壁111、第二端壁112、左侧壁113、右侧壁114及底壁119围成一矩形的容置槽115,用于容置移动电话的电池(图未示)于其内。该第二端壁112的中部开设有一矩形缺口116。该缺口116与容置槽115相连通。该机体11的左、右侧壁113、114向容置槽115的方向对称延伸二挡块117。靠近该缺口116的底壁119上凸设二定位柱118。
所述电池盖12用于盖设在机体11的容置槽115上以遮蔽电池及内部元件。该电池盖12大致呈矩形片状,其一侧的表面上邻接二长边处各凸设一“L”形卡钩121,以卡持于挡块117上。电池盖12邻接一端设有一卡扣件122。该卡扣件122具有一连接部1221及凸设于连接部1221二端的二臂部1222。所述二臂部1222及连接部1221围成一嵌设口1223。每一臂部1222大致呈“L”状,其平行于电池盖12的方向上具有一第一卡块1224。每一第一卡块1224的末端具有一抵持面1225。电池盖12相邻卡扣件122上设有一大致呈“L”状的导向体1226,其平行于电池盖12的方向上具有一作用部1227,该作用部1227的末端具有一斜面1228。
请一并参阅图3,所述按钮13具有一按压部131,该按压部131大致呈阶梯板状,其具有一按压面1311及一相对的底面1312。该按压部131的周侧具有一凸棱1314。该底面1312上对称延伸有一对卡爪1315及一第二卡块1316。该二卡爪1315及第二卡块1316大致呈一等腰三角形分布在该底面1312上。该卡爪1315具有弹性,用于卡在按钮座14上。该第二卡块1316大致呈“T”字形,其远离按压部131的一端具有一第一倾斜面1317,该第一倾斜面1317可与所述斜面1228相配合,使该电池盖12被该按钮13推顶并开启。该第二卡块1316末端的两侧具有对称延伸的二卡合部1318,所述第二卡块1316远离卡爪1315的表面边缘具有一第二倾斜面1319。该底面1312与该二卡爪1315之间还凸设一柱体1310。
请一并参阅图4,该按钮座14包括一底座141及一凸块142。该底座141大致呈矩形板状,临近该底座141两端的表面上对应机体11的定位柱118各开设一固定孔143。该凸块142包括一矩形块144及一凸缘146。该矩形块144固定在该底座141上,该矩形块144包括一第一侧壁1440及一与该第一侧壁1440相对的第二侧壁1442。该第一侧壁1440上开设一贯通第二侧壁1442的矩形通孔1443。在该第二侧壁1442的中部延伸一与底座141相连接的一抵持壁1444。该矩形块144上与该矩形通孔1443相临接的二侧部分别开设一开口1445,所述开口1445与该矩形通孔1443相通。该矩形通孔1443的二相对的孔壁上延伸有二大致呈“L”形的弯折臂1446,所述弯折臂1446用于支撑按钮13的卡爪1315。该凸缘146大致呈“ㄇ”形,其由该矩形块144的顶部延伸,该凸缘146具有一矩形缺口1462,该矩形缺口1462与该矩形通孔1443相贯通。
所述弹性元件15在本实施例中为一柱状螺旋弹簧,其套在按钮13的柱体1310上,并容置于矩形通孔1443内。该弹性元件15一端抵持于抵持壁1444,另一端抵持于按钮13的底面1312上。
请一并结合参阅图5及图6,装配时,首先将弹性元件15套设于按钮13的柱体1310上;然后将弹性元件15及柱体1310一同容置于矩形通孔1443内,使该弹性元件15一端抵持于抵持壁1444,另一端抵持于按钮13的底面1312上,同时压紧按钮13的二卡爪1315使得卡爪1315从凸块142的第一侧壁1440克服弹性元件15的弹力后插入该矩形通孔1443中,此时第二卡块1316与该凸缘146相接触;随后松开二卡爪1315,此时二卡爪1315卡持在对应的开口1445内,并可在弯折臂1446上沿着矩形通孔1443滑动;最后将带有该按钮13及弹性元件15的按钮座14安装于机体11上,并使得凸棱1314抵持于机体11的第二端壁112的内侧。此时,将按钮座14套设在固定孔143上并热熔为一体,而该按钮13容置于该缺口116内。
请一并参阅图7,需将该电池盖12盖设于该机体11上时,首先将该电池盖12与该容置槽115对准,并将该电池盖12的卡钩121卡持于挡块117上;然后将该电池盖12以二卡钩121的连线为轴朝该机体12旋转,直至第二卡块1316嵌设于该嵌设口1223中,此时卡扣件122的第一卡块1224抵接于该第二卡块1316的卡合部1318;最后按压该电池盖12使得卡合部1318通过第二倾斜面1319与抵持面1225的滑动配合使第一卡块1224于卡合部1318的底部。此时,该导向体1226的斜面1228与第二卡块1316的第一倾斜面1317相对。
需开启该电池盖12时,只需按压该按钮13的按压面1311使得按钮13克服弹性元件15的弹力朝容置槽115的方向滑动,直至卡扣件122的第一卡块1224从第二卡块1316的卡合部1318的底部脱开,此时,继续按压按钮13,使该导向体1226的斜面1228与第二卡块1316的第一倾斜面1317相抵持,并由该第一倾斜面1317推顶该导向体1226的斜面1228,使得该导向体1226带动该电池盖12向远离该机体11的方向移动,最终推开该电池盖12。
所述本发明电池盖卡锁结构10通过该按钮13在按钮座14的滑动使得按钮13的卡合部1318与电池盖12的卡扣件122的卡合配合,从而来卡固电池盖12于机体11上。拆装时,按压该按钮13,使卡扣件122脱离卡合部1318的限制,并通过第二卡块1316的第一倾斜面1317推顶该导向体1226的斜面1228,使得该导向体1226带动该电池盖12向远离该机体11的方向移动,从而开启该电池盖12。
可以理解,所述柱体1310也可省去,而将该弹性元件15直接压缩于按钮座14及按钮13之间。
可以理解,所述柱体1310也可凸设于按钮座14的抵持壁1444上。
可以理解,该导向体1226与作用部1227可视为一体,即该作用部1227为该导向体1226的一部分。
Claims (10)
1.一种电池盖卡锁结构,包括一机体、一电池盖、一按钮及一弹性元件,该电池盖具有一卡扣件,该按钮上设有二卡爪及一卡块,该卡块与该卡扣件相互卡合,该弹性元件一端抵持于按钮上,其特征在于:所述电池盖卡锁结构还包括一安装于机体上的按钮座,该弹性元件另一端抵持于按钮座上,该卡爪可相对滑动地卡合于该按钮座上,该电池盖上还设有一与该卡块相配合的导向体;按压该按钮,该卡扣件与该卡块脱开,该卡块抵顶该导向体使该导向体带动该电池盖向远离该机体的方向移动,以将该电池盖开启。
2.如权利要求1所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于:该卡块一端具有一倾斜面,该导向体的末端具有一与该倾斜面相配合的斜面,该卡块的倾斜面可抵顶该导向体的斜面。
3.如权利要求1所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于:所述按钮具有一按压部,所述卡爪及卡块由该按压部一侧延伸形成。
4.如权利要求3所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于:所述卡块呈“T”字形,其远离该按压部的一端具有对称延伸的二卡合部,所述卡合部卡合于该卡扣件。
5.如权利要求1所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于:所述按钮座具有一抵持壁,该弹性元件抵持于该抵持壁。
6.如权利要求1所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于:所述按钮座开设一通孔,该通孔具有二相对的孔壁,每一孔壁上分别开设一开口,该卡爪卡持在所述开口内并可沿着该通孔滑动。
7.如权利要求3所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于:所述按压部凸设一柱体,该弹性元件套设于该柱体上。
8.如权利要求1所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于:所述机体具有一第一端壁、一与该第一端壁相对设置的第二端壁、连接该第一端壁及第二端壁的一左、右侧壁及一底壁,该第一端壁、第二端壁、左侧壁、右侧壁及底壁围成一容置槽。
9.如权利要求8所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于:所述机体的第二端壁开设有一缺口,该按钮的按压部容置于该缺口内。
10.如权利要求8所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于:所述机体向容置槽凸设一挡块,该电池盖对应凸设卡钩,该卡钩抵持于该挡块上。
