本发明提供一种电池盖卡锁结构,包括一机体、一电池盖、一按钮、一弹性元件及一安装于机体上的按钮座,该电池盖具有一卡扣件,该按钮上设有卡爪及一卡块,该卡块与该卡扣件相互卡合,该弹性元件一端抵持于按钮上,该弹性元件另一端抵持于按钮座上,该卡爪可相对滑行地卡合于该按钮座上。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电池盖卡锁结构,尤其是关于一种应用于移动电话等便携式电子装置的电池盖卡锁结构。
背景技术
移动电话及个人数位助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)等便携式电子装置的应用日益广泛,而提供便携式电子装置能量的电池因随着能量消耗,不得不进行更换,为使电池安装方便,人们设计出许多电池盖卡锁结构。
现有的便携式电子装置的电池盖卡锁结构多采用卡钩和扣锁结构卡固于本体上,即在电池盖一端设置一对卡钩,另一端设置一卡锁销,对应的在机体一端设置一对卡槽,另一端设置一扣锁孔。安装时,先将电池盖的卡钩插入机体的卡槽,再将电池盖以该卡槽为轴朝向机体方向旋转并按压该电池盖直至电池盖的卡锁销卡入机体的扣锁孔中。
该类电池盖安装后与机体结合紧密且牢固,但拆装时费力不方便,而且用力过大还会损坏电池盖,甚至连同便携式电子装置一同掉到地上,造成便携式电子装置的损坏。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种使得电池盖与机体卡合稳固且操作方便的电池盖卡锁结构。
一种电池盖卡锁结构,包括一机体、一电池盖、一按钮、一弹性元件及一安装于机体上的按钮座,该电池盖具有一卡扣件,该按钮上设有卡爪及一卡块,该卡块与该卡扣件相互卡合,该弹性元件一端抵持于按钮上,该弹性元件另一端抵持于按钮座上,该卡爪可相对滑行地卡合于该按钮座上。
相较于现有技术,所述本发明电池盖卡锁结构通过该按钮在按钮座的滑行使得按钮的卡合部与电池盖的卡扣件的卡合配合,从而来卡固电池盖于机体上,拆装时只需轻轻按压该按钮即可解锁。

具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种电池盖卡锁结构,其适用于移动电话等便携式电子装置,在本实施例中以移动电话为例加以说明。
请参阅图1及图2,本发明电池盖卡锁结构10包括一机体11、一电池盖12、一按钮13、一按钮座14及一弹性元件15。
所述机体11具有一顶壁111、一与该顶壁111相对设置的底壁112以及连接该顶壁111及底壁112的一左、右侧壁113、114。该顶壁111、底壁112、左侧壁113及右侧壁114围成一矩形的电池容置槽115,用于容置移动电话的电池(图未示)于其内。该底壁112的中部贯通开设有一矩形状通孔116。该通孔116与电池容置槽115相连通。该机体11的左、右侧壁113、114向电池容置槽115对称突设二挡块117。该机体11邻接通孔116凸设二热熔柱118。
所述电池盖12用于盖设在机体11的电池容置槽115上以遮蔽电池。该电池盖12大致呈矩形片状,其朝机体11的表面上邻接其二相对侧部各凸设一“L”形卡钩121,用于钩挂于挡块117上。电池盖12朝机体11的表面上邻接一端凸设一卡扣件122。该卡扣件122大致为一“U”形片体,其具有一底部1221及凸设于底部1221二端的二臂部1222。该二臂部1222围成一嵌设槽1223。每一臂部1222的末端朝向电池盖12的另一端凸设一第一卡块1224。该第一卡块1224的末端具有一抵持面1225。
所述按钮13具有一按压部131。该按压部131大致呈阶梯状,其具有一正按压面1311及一相对的副按压面1312。该按压部131的周侧邻接该副按压面1312向外凸设一抵持肋1314。该副按压面1312上对称延伸有一对卡爪1315及一第二卡块1316。该二卡爪1315及第二卡块1316大致呈一等腰三角形分布。该卡爪1315具有弹性,用于卡在按钮座14上。该第二卡块1316远离按压部131的一端向其两侧对称延伸二卡合部1317。该卡合部1317远离卡爪1315的顶部为一斜面1318。该副按压面1312于该二卡爪1315之间还凸设一柱体1319,用于套设该弹性元件15于其上。
所述按钮座14大致是一截面为“T”字形的板体,其具有一第一侧壁141及相对的一第二侧壁142。该第一侧壁141的中部向第二侧壁142开设一盲孔143,并于该第二侧壁142处形成一抵持壁144。该第一侧壁141于该盲孔143的两侧向第二侧壁142对称贯通开设有二插槽145,并于该插槽145的外侧邻接第一侧壁141各形成一卡合柱146,以便该二卡爪1315分别钩挂于对应的卡合柱146上。该插槽145与盲孔143相连通。该按钮座14的二端对应机体11的热熔柱118各开设一热熔孔147。
所述弹性元件15在本实施例中为一柱状螺旋弹簧,其套在按钮13的柱体1319上,并容置于盲孔143内。该弹性元件15一端抵持于抵持壁144,另一端抵持于按钮13的副按压面1312上。
请参阅图3及图4,装配时,首先将弹性元件15套设于按钮13的柱体1319上;然后将弹性元件15容置于盲孔143内,同时压紧按钮13的二卡爪1315使得卡爪1315从按钮座14的第一侧壁141克服弹性元件15的弹力后插入该插槽145;随后松开二卡爪1315,此时二卡爪1315卡在对应的卡合柱146上,并可沿着插槽145滑移,该弹性元件15一端抵持于抵持壁144,另一端抵持于按钮13的副按压面1312上;最后将带有该按钮13及弹性元件15的按钮座14安装于机体11上,并使得抵持肋1314抵持于机体11的底壁112的内侧,此时,热熔柱118套设于热熔孔147内并热熔为一体,而该按钮13部分容置于该通孔116上,如此即将该电池盖卡锁结构10安装完毕。
需将该电池盖12盖设于该机体11上时,首先将该电池盖12与该电池容置槽115对准,并将该电池盖12的卡钩121钩挂于挡块117上;然后将该电池盖12以二卡钩121的连线为轴朝该机体12旋转直至第二卡块1316嵌设于该嵌设槽1223中,此时卡扣件122的第一卡块1224抵接于该第二卡块1316的卡合部1317;最后按压该电池盖12使得第二卡块1316的卡合部1317通过抵持面1225与斜面1318的滑行配合而发生弹性形变,如此第二卡块1316的卡合部1317滑离卡扣件122的第一卡块1224而恢复形变,从而卡持该卡扣件122的第一卡块1224于卡合部1317的底部。
需开启该电池盖12时,只需按压该按钮13的正按压面1311使得按钮13克服弹性元件15的弹力朝电池容置槽115滑移,直至卡扣件122的第一卡块1224从第二卡块1316的卡合部1317的底部脱开,此时,松开按钮13后该卡扣件1224通过抵持面1225与斜面1318的滑行配合而自动脱离于卡合部1317。
可以理解,所述柱体1319也可省去,而将该弹性元件15直接压缩于按钮座14及按钮13之间。
可以理解,所述柱体1319也可凸设于按钮座14的抵持壁144上。
可以理解,所述按钮座14也可螺纹连接于机体11上。
可以理解,所述按钮座14也可粘接于机体11上。
所述本发明电池盖卡锁结构10通过该按钮13在按钮座14的滑行使得按钮13的卡合部1317与电池盖12的卡扣件122的卡合配合,从而来卡固电池盖12于机体11上,拆装时只需轻轻按压该按钮13即可解锁。

1.一种电池盖卡锁结构,包括一机体、一电池盖、一按钮及一弹性元件,该电池盖具有一卡扣件,该按钮上设有卡爪及一卡块,该卡块与该卡扣件相互卡合,该弹性元件一端抵持于按钮上,其特征在于:所述电池盖卡锁结构还包括一安装于机体上的按钮座,该弹性元件另一端抵持于按钮座上,该卡爪可相对滑行地卡合于该按钮座上。
2.如权利要求1所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于:所述按钮具有一按压部,该卡爪及卡块由该按压部一侧延伸形成。
3.如权利要求2所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于:所述卡块远离按压部的一端向卡块的两侧对称延伸二卡合部,该卡合部卡合于该卡扣件。
4.如权利要求1所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于:所述按钮座开设一盲孔,并形成一抵持壁,以便该弹性元件收容于该盲孔内并抵持于该抵持壁。
5.如权利要求1所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于:所述按钮座开设有插槽,并形成一卡合柱,以便该卡爪钩挂于该卡合柱上且可沿着该插槽滑移。
6.如权利要求2所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于:所述按压部凸设一柱体,用于套设该弹性元件于其上。
7.如权利要求2所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于:所述按压部大致呈阶梯状,其周侧向外凸设一抵持肋。
8.如权利要求1所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于:所述机体具有一顶壁、一与该顶壁相对设置的底壁以及连接该顶壁及底壁的一左、右侧壁,该顶壁、底壁、左侧壁及右侧壁围成一电池容置槽,用于容置移动电话的电池于其内。
9.如权利要求8所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于:所述机体的底壁贯通开设有一通孔,用于部分容置按钮的按压部于其内。
10.如权利要求8所述的电池盖卡锁结构,其特征在于:所述机体向电池容置槽突设挡块,该电池盖对应凸设卡钩,该卡钩钩挂于该挡块上。
