Abstract

一种高压电容器更换工具,用于拆装高压电容器,包括一底座以及立于底座上的立柱,在立柱上固定有轨道横梁,轨道横梁上通过钢丝绳挂有可上下调节的吊钩,所述的立柱通过旋转机构安装底座上,在轨道横梁上安装有可沿横梁移动的电动跑车,钢丝绳缠绕于一绕线柱上,绕线柱通过一绕线电机驱动,绕线柱以及绕线电机固定于电动跑车上。本发明使用方便,通过自动机械拆装取代现有手工拆装,大大降低了工人劳动强度,提高了拆装效率。

一种高压电容器更换工具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高压变电站内维护器具,具体地说是一种便于更换高压电容器的更换工具。
背景技术
如附图1所示为使用于高压变电站中的电容器及其固定铁架结构示意图,这类电容器体积大,重量大,每支电容器重达80kg,需要更换安装的时候需要将电容器从其固定铁架上拆卸下来,全靠手工作业,劳动强度大,难度也大,并且由于变电站中电容器数量多,更换时速度慢,非常浪费时间。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种代替人工手工作业、降低工人劳动强度、提高更换效率的高压电容器更换工具。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种高压电容器更换工具,用于拆装高压电容器,包括一底座以及立于底座上的立柱,在立柱上固定有轨道横梁,轨道横梁上通过钢丝绳挂有可上下调节的吊钩,所述的立柱通过旋转机构安装底座上,在轨道横梁上安装有可沿横梁移动的电动跑车,钢丝绳缠绕于一绕线柱上,绕线柱通过一绕线电机驱动,绕线柱以及绕线电机固定于电动跑车上。
所述的旋转机构包括固定套于立柱下端的轴承,轴承外圈套于一固定于底座上的套筒中,在套筒上安装有防止立柱从套筒中脱出的锁定销。
所述的电动跑车设置有通过驱动电机驱动的滑轮,滑轮卡于轨道横梁的轨道中。
在底座上设置有加强底座稳定性的配重块。
在轨道横梁上设置有便于拉动轨道横梁摆动的拉杆或绳索,在拉杆或绳索上设置有控制电动跑车以及绕线电机动作的控制手柄。
本发明使用方便,通过自动机械拆装取代现有手工拆装,大大降低了工人劳动强度,提高了拆装效率。

具体实施方式
为了便于本领域技术人员的理解,下面将结合具体实施例及附图对本发明结构原理作进一步详细描述:
如附图2所示。本实施例所揭示的工具主要用于拆卸重量较大的高压电容器中。该工具包括一底座1以及立于底座1上的立柱2,在立柱2上固定有轨道横梁3,轨道横梁3上通过钢丝绳挂有可上下调节的吊钩4,立柱2通过旋转机构5安装底座1上,在轨道横梁3上安装有可沿横梁3移动的电动跑车6,钢丝绳缠绕于一绕线柱上,绕线柱通过一绕线电机驱动,绕线柱以及绕线电机固定于电动跑车6上。其中,为了便于调整吊钩4的位置,旋转机构5包括固定套于立柱2下端的轴承51,轴承51外圈套于一固定于底座1上的套筒52中,在套筒52上安装有防止立柱2从套筒52中脱出的锁定销53,并且电动跑车6也设置有通过驱动电机驱动的滑轮61,滑轮61卡于轨道横梁3的轨道31中。为了平衡吊钩4吊装电容器时整体重量,在底座1上设置有加强底座稳定性的配重块7。为了方便控制操作该工具,在轨道横梁3上设置有便于拉动轨道横梁3摆动的拉杆或绳索8,在拉杆或绳索8上设置有控制电动跑车6以及绕线电机动作的控制手柄81。
操作时,首先通过平板小车将电容器及其固定铁架运至该工具下方,然后通过控制手柄81调整吊钩4至电容器上方,并将吊钩4钩于电容器相应位置上,然后将固定电容器与固定铁架的螺丝拆卸使电容器可顺利从固定铁架中移出。安装时反向操作既可。很明显,相对现有手工拆装方式而言,该工具用于承担主要的电容器重量,使拆装更加方便、快捷,提高了工作效率、降低了工作强度。
以上为实施例为本发明实现的优选方案,并非限定性穷举,在相同构思下本发明还可以有其他变换形式,需要说明的是,在不脱离本发明发明构思的前提下,任何显而易见的替换均在本发明保护范围之内。

Claims (1)

1.一种高压电容器更换工具,用于拆装高压电容器,包括一底座(1)以及立于底座上的立柱(2),在立柱上固定有轨道横梁(3),轨道横梁上通过钢丝绳挂有可上下调节的吊钩(4),其特征在于:所述的立柱通过旋转机构(5)安装底座上,在轨道横梁上安装有可沿横梁移动的电动跑车(6),钢丝绳缠绕于一绕线柱上,绕线柱通过一绕线电机驱动,绕线柱以及绕线电机固定于电动跑车上;所述的旋转机构包括固定套于立柱下端的轴承(51),轴承外圈套于一固定于底座上的套筒(52)中,在套筒上安装有防止立柱从套筒中脱出的锁定销(53);
所述的电动跑车设置有通过驱动电机驱动的滑轮(61),滑轮卡于轨道横梁的轨道(31)中;在底座上设置有加强底座稳定性的配重块(7);在轨道横梁上设置有便于拉动轨道横梁摆动的拉杆或绳索(8),在拉杆或绳索上设置有控制电动跑车以及绕线电机动作的控制手柄(81)。
