Abstract

一种远程签名装置,用来让签署人员签署异地的文件,所述远程签名装置包括一位于所述文件所在地的本地计算机和一位于签署人员所在地的远端计算机,所述本地计算机和所述远端计算机之间通过网络连接起来,所述远程签名装置还包括一连接到所述远端计算机的手写板和连接到所述本地计算机的一摄像头和一绘图仪,所述摄像头摄录文件的内容,并将该内容通过所述本地计算机和网络传送给所述远端计算机,所述手写板感受写在其上的签名,将所述签名转换为对应的数字信号,并将所述数字信号通过所述远端计算机和网络传送给所述本地计算机,所述本地计算机根据所述数字信号控制所述绘图仪在所述文件上绘制签名。本发明还包括一种远程签名的方法。

远程签名装置和方法
技术领域
本发明是关于一种远程签名装置和方法,特别是指一种便于签署异地文件的远程签名装置和方法。
背景技术
随着公务活动的增多,越多越多的文件需要签署,若签署人员和文件在不同的地方,文件的签署就比较麻烦,目前采用的方法是将文件传真给签署人员,签署人员签完后,再传真回来,过程繁琐且成本较高。
另一方面,当前信息化蓬勃发展,运用密钥的数字签名也使用的越来越普遍,但是由于人们长期形成的习惯难以一时改变,且在许多场合下数字签名无法适用,广大用户既希望沿用传统的纸面手写签名,又希望能应用信息系统,能够实现异地签名。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种可签署异地文件的远程签名装置和方法。
一种远程签名装置,用来让签署人员签署异地的文件,所述远程签名装置包括一位于所述文件所在地的本地计算机和一位于签署人员所在地的远端计算机,所述本地计算机和所述远端计算机之间通过网络连接起来,所述远程签名装置还包括一连接到所述远端计算机的手写板和连接到所述本地计算机的一摄像头和一绘图仪,所述摄像头摄录文件的内容,并将该内容通过所述本地计算机和网络传送给所述远端计算机,所述手写板感受写在其上的签名,将所述签名转换为对应的数字信号,并将所述数字信号通过所述远端计算机和网络传送给所述本地计算机,所述本地计算机根据所述数字信号控制所述绘图仪在所述文件上绘制签名。
一种远程签名方法,包括以下步骤:
一摄像头摄录一文件的内容,并将所述内容传送给一位于异地的远端计算机;
一与所述远端计算机相连的手写板感受到对应所述内容的签名,并将所述签名转换为对应的数字信号;
所述数字信号通过所述远端计算机被传送到一本地计算机,所述本地计算机与所述文件处于相同的地方;及
所述本地计算机根据所述数字信号控制一与所述本地计算机相连的绘图仪,让所述绘图仪在所述文件上绘制签名。
相较于现有技术,本发明可方便的对异地文件进行签署。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本发明远程签名装置包括一本地计算机11、连接到本地计算机11的一绘图仪13和一摄像头15、一远端计算机21和一连接到远端计算机21的手写板23。本地计算机11和远端计算机21通过网络连接起来。
本地计算机11和远端计算机21可以为个人电脑、服务器或各种便携式终端。摄像头15为高清晰摄像头,以能清楚摄录文件上的文字,摄像头15用来将文件的内容摄录下来,并传送给远端计算机21,绘图仪13为一般的CAD绘图仪或其它类别的绘图仪,其被本地计算机11控制,用来给文件绘制签名,手写板23能感触写在它上面的签名,并将签名转换为数字信号。
请参阅图2,图2为采用图1中的远程签名装置进行签名的流程图。
使用该远程签名装置时,首先用摄像头15摄录文件(步骤301),而后将摄录下来的内容传送给本地计算机11,本地计算机11通过网络将摄录下来的内容传送给远端计算机21,签名人员在远端计算机21处查看摄录下来的内容,从而查看文件(步骤302),签名人员查看完后,若认为需要签名,则签名人员在手写板23上签名(步骤303),手写板23感触到写在它上面的签名,并将该签名转换为对应的数字信号,手写板23而后将该数字信号传送给远端计算机21(步骤304),远端计算机21可直接将该数字信号传送给本地计算机11,或首先对该数字信号进行加密处理,而后将加密过后的数字信号传送给本地计算11(步骤305),本地计算机11接受该数字信号,若该数字信号经过加密,则解密该数字信号,然后将该数字信号传送给该绘图仪13,从而控制该绘图仪13在文件上绘出签名人员的签名(步骤306),而后摄像头15将绘图仪13绘制的签名摄录下来,并将摄录下来的图像传送给远端计算机21,签名人员在远端计算机21处查看签名(步骤307)。

Claims (7)

1.一种远程签名装置,用来让签署人员签署异地的文件,其特征在于:所述远程签名装置包括一位于所述文件所在地的本地计算机和一位于签署人员所在地的远端计算机,所述本地计算机和远端计算机之间通过网络连接起来,所述远程签名装置还包括一连接到所述远端计算机的手写板和连接到所述本地计算机的一摄像头和一绘图仪,所述摄像头摄录文件的内容,并将该内容通过所述本地计算机和网络传送给所述远端计算机,所述手写板感受写在其上的签名,将所述签名转换为对应的数字信号,并将所述数字信号通过所述远端计算机和网络传送给所述本地计算机,所述本地计算机根据所述数字信号控制所述绘图仪在所述文件上绘制签名。
2.如权利要求1所述的签名装置,其特征在于:所述远端计算机将所述数字信号加密后传送给所述本地计算机。
3.如权利要求1所述的签名装置,其特征在于:所述本地计算机和远端计算机可为个人电脑、服务器或便携式终端。
4.如权利要求1所述的签名装置,其特征在于:所述摄像头为高清晰摄像头,能清楚摄录所述文件上的文字。
5.一种远程签名方法,包括以下步骤:
一摄像头摄录一文件的内容,并将所述内容传送给一位于异地的远端计算机;
一与所述远端计算机相连的手写板感受到对应所述内容的签名,并将所述签名转换为对应的数字信号;
所述数字信号通过所述远端计算机被传送到一本地计算机,所述本地计算机与所述文件处于相同的地方;及
所述本地计算机根据所述数字信号控制一与所述本地计算机相连的绘图仪,让所述绘图仪在所述文件上绘制签名。
6.如权利要求5所述的远程签名方法,其特征在于:所述远端计算机先加密所述数字信号,而后将加密后的数字信号传送给所述本地计算机。
7.如权利要求5所述的远程签名方法,其特征在于:所述绘图仪绘制完签名后,所述摄像头将绘制的签名摄录下来,并将摄录下来的图像传送给所述远端计算机。
