Abstract

本发明提供了一种改进的液压快速接头，属于一种液压设备上的部件，连接头内侧安装有隔板，自锁顶杆的一端插进隔板内、另一端安装在连接公头内，连接母头两侧分别安装有连接公头和另一连接公头，另一连接公头通过螺纹与连接母头安装在一起，连接公头与另一连接公头插装在一起，连接公头的外插接面为锥形面，而另一连接公头的内插接面为与该锥形面相对应的另一锥形面，两锥形面之间安装有密封圈。这种快速接头，橡胶密封圈形成一次密封，两连接公头上的锥形面形成二次密封，当二次密封面磨损或划伤后可，可将连接母头与另一连接公头拧紧，达到再次密封的效果，充分保障了密封的可靠性，延长了使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明提供了一种液压设备上的部件，尤其是一种液压接头。
背景技术
液压快速接头在石油开采行业的作业通井机、抽油机清洗机等液压设备中作为连接部件，是一种易损件。在液压设备使用的可靠性和经济性方面，它常成为限制性部件，影响到设备的整体性能。目前的液压快速接头的结构是，它有连接头，连接头内侧安装有隔板，自锁顶杆的一端插在隔板内、另一端安装在连接公头内，连接母头两侧分别安装有连接公头和另一连接公头，连接公头与另一连接公头插装在一起，另一自锁顶杆的一端插在另一连接公头内、另一端插在另一隔板内，另一隔板安装在另一连接头的内侧，两自锁顶杆的插进隔板端的外面分别套装有复位弹簧。这种液压快速接头的缺点是易损坏，导致连接失效，且不易修复，造成浪费。通过对现有的液压快速接头失效原因的调查统计，发现因为密封失效占快速接头失效原因的98％左右。橡胶密封圈失效的主要原因是磨损造成的橡胶密封圈损坏和实际工作压力高于橡胶圈所能承受的工作压力。而由于现有的液压快速接头上的密封面为圆筒状的直面，密封面一旦磨损或有较硬的杂质划伤后就会形成泄漏，且不能修复与再次利用。橡胶密封圈也设置在这一直面上。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是，提供一种改进的液压快速接头，以延长其使用寿命，提高其使用的可靠性。
本发明是这样实现的，一种改进的液压快速接头，它有连接头，连接头内侧安装有隔板，自锁顶杆的一端插进隔板内、另一端安装在连接公头内，连接母头两侧分别安装有连接公头和另一连接公头，另一连接公头通过螺纹与连接母头安装在一起，连接公头与另一连接公头插装在一起，连接公头的外插接面为锥形面，而另一连接公头的内插接面为与该锥形面相对应的另一锥形面，两锥形面之间安装有密封圈，另一自锁顶杆的一端插在另一连接公头内、另一端插进另一隔板内，另一隔板安装在另一连接头的内侧，两自锁顶杆的插进隔板端的外面分别套装有复位弹簧。
采用上述结构的液压快速接头，橡胶密封圈形成一次密封，两连接公头上的锥形面的接触式锥度机械密封形成二次密封，当二次密封面磨损或划伤后可，可将连接母头与另一连接公头拧紧，达到再次密封的效果，充分保障了密封的可靠性，延长了使用寿命。连接头、隔板、自锁顶杆、复位弹簧等可采用现有的液压快速接头上的对应零件，可较快地投入生产应用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图给出的实施例进一步说明本发明的具体结构。
如附图所示，本发明之一种改进的液压快速接头，它有连接头1，连接头内侧安装有隔板2，自锁顶杆3的一端插进隔板内、另一端安装在连接公头4内，连接母头6两侧分别安装有连接公头4和另一连接公头7，另一连接公头通过螺纹与连接母头安装在一起，连接公头与另一连接公头7插装在一起，连接公头的外插接面41为锥形面，而另一连接公头的内插接面71为与该锥形面相对应的另一锥形面，两锥形面之间安装有密封圈5，另一自锁顶杆8的一端插在另一连接公头内、另一端插进另一隔板9内，另一隔板安装在另一连接头10的内侧，两自锁顶杆的插进隔板端的外面分别套装有复位弹簧11。
密封圈的材料为氟磺化聚乙烯橡胶。
连接头、隔板、自锁顶杆、复位弹簧等采用现有的液压快速接头上的对应件。连接母头的外形及外部结构也与现有的相同。
这种液压快速接头与被连接件的连接方式、连接原理也与现有的液压快速接头相同，不再赘述。
显然，“另一连接公头的内插接面71为与该锥形面相对应的另一锥形面”是指，连接公头的外插接面的锥形面，与另一连接公头的内插接面的锥形面的锥度相同，两锥形面可对接在一起。
与现有的液压快速接头一样，复位弹簧套装在两自锁顶杆的插进隔板端的外面，且位于隔板的内腔内，复位弹簧的一端顶在连接头上、另一端顶在自锁顶杆上。
在这种液压快速接头上，密封圈实现一次密封，两连接公头上的锥形面形成二次密封。通过调整另一连接公头与连接母头之间的旋紧力来改变两锥形面的接触应力，可调节密封性能，使得二次密封充分可靠。当两锥形面磨损后，可进一步旋紧另一连接公头，使得接触应力增大，达到再次密封的效果，充分保障了密封的可靠性。这种螺纹连接方式还便于各部件的维修、更换。

1.一种改进的液压快速接头，其特征在于，它有连接头(1)，连接头内侧安装有隔板(2)，自锁顶杆(3)的一端插进隔板内、另一端安装在连接公头(4)内，连接母头(6)两侧分别安装有连接公头(4)和另一连接公头(7)，另一连接公头通过螺纹与连接母头安装在一起，连接公头与另一连接公头(7)插装在一起，连接公头的外插接面(41)为锥形面，而另一连接公头的内插接面(71)为与该锥形面相对应的另一锥形面，两锥形面之间安装有密封圈(5)，另一自锁顶杆(8)的一端插在另一连接公头内、另一端插进另一隔板(9)内，另一隔板安装在另一连接头(10)的内侧，两自锁顶杆的插进隔板端的外面分别套装有复位弹簧(11)。
