Abstract

本发明公开了一种低压断路器的电磁脱扣装置,包括双金属片、磁轭及载流部件分别固定在支架上,磁轭为U型结构,位于支架的上部,且包络双金属片和载流部件的局部;在磁轭的U型结构开口前设置一块衔铁,衔铁下部延伸的两个脚可枢转连接支架;支架在纵向的前壁上开有一槽,在衔铁的脚上延伸设置至少一个凹槽,弹簧一端固定在槽位置处,另一端固定在凹槽位置处;整体精巧,在低压断路器内节约了空间,各零件易加工且装配简单。

一种低压断路器的电磁脱扣装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种低压断路器,尤其涉及其电磁脱扣装置,为低压断路器跳闸执行部件。
背景技术
低压断路器为主电路的一种保护电器,在检测到主电路系统的过电流时,使其脱扣单元产生脱扣动作,起到保护主电路中的电路系统及各个部件不受损等作用。脱扣单元包括磁脱扣机构,磁脱扣机构由衔铁、磁轭、弹簧、支架、载流部件等组成,现有的衔铁通常将两侧折弯,在两折弯处对称地开设通孔,顶部设有向上延伸的致动杆。加工时,在成型加工的金属材质的支架两侧对称开设通孔,支架两侧同时将衔铁两折弯包络,且衔铁两折弯上的通孔均与支架两侧上的通孔对应,便于支承轴分别通过支架两侧开设的通孔及衔铁折弯开设的通孔从而将衔铁与支架相容配,使得衔铁可绕支承轴旋转地支承在支架上。该结构的电磁脱扣装置中,衔铁两侧需折弯,还需开设通孔,不便于衔铁的工艺加工,支架需折弯面两侧的通孔要与衔铁两折弯处的通孔对应以容纳支承轴穿过,使装配繁琐、费时。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单、零件加工方便且衔铁与支架两者之间能够快速、简便可靠装配的低压断路器的电磁脱扣装置。
本发明采用的技术方案是,包括双金属片、磁轭及载流部件分别固定在支架上,磁轭为U型结构,位于支架的上部,且包络双金属片和载流部件的局部;在磁轭的U型结构开口前设置一块衔铁,衔铁下部延伸的两个脚可枢转连接支架;支架在纵向的前壁上开有一槽,在衔铁的脚上延伸设置至少一个凹槽,弹簧一端固定在槽位置处,另一端固定在凹槽位置处。
本发明整体精巧,在低压断路器内节约了空间;各零件易加工且装配简单。

具体实施方式
如图1-3,双金属片16、磁轭15及载流部件12三个零件分别固定在支架11上,磁轭15为U型结构且位于支架11的上部,磁轭15包络双金属片16和载流部件12的局部。在磁轭15的U型结构开口前,设置一块衔铁14,形成衔铁14与磁轭15之间的气隙18。衔铁14下部延伸有两个脚141、142,脚141、142分别和支架11上横向对称开有的两个孔111、112配合,即衔铁14以脚141、142所在的轴支承在支架11上,使衔铁14可自由枢转。
支架11横向一侧壁上设有一可以安装调节螺钉17的凸起113,支架11在其后壁上具有用来固定磁轭15的孔115,支架11在纵向的前壁上开有一槽114。在衔铁14的脚141上延伸设置至少一个凹槽143,弹簧13一端固定挂在凹槽143上,另一端固定在支架11的槽114处,还可固定在其它相对位置处,如支架11的其它位置或者载流部件12上等等。调节螺钉17在弹簧13的作用下可限制衔铁14与磁轭15之间的最大间隙。当弹簧13挂在不同的凹槽143时,可以产生不同的弹簧拉力,只有当电磁吸力大于弹簧拉力时才能吸合衔铁14,使衔铁14向磁轭方向转动,转动过程中衔铁14靠近磁轭15的一面会击动执行机构,操作机构脱扣,实现断路器的跳闸,电磁吸力的大小决定于流过该电磁脱扣装置的电流大小,所以,弹簧13与不同的凹槽143连接时对应不同的脱扣电流,产生的电磁吸力使操作机构脱扣,因此,弹簧13与衔铁14上不同的凹槽143连接可实现断路器脱扣电流值可调。
衔铁14与磁轭15的气隙18是产生电磁吸力的一个可变气隙,在衔铁13吸合的过程中逐渐变小,在通过相同电流大小时,气隙越大,电磁吸力越小,所以,当断路器电流一定时,为保证电磁吸力能将衔铁14与磁轭15可靠的吸合,应设置该气隙18。本实用新型通过在支架11上的凸起113上安装调节螺钉17,与弹簧13相配合来限制衔铁14与磁轭15之间的初始气隙,同时,调节螺钉17是可调的,可调节衔铁14与磁轭15之间的气隙。

Claims (2)

1.一种低压断路器的电磁脱扣装置,包括双金属片(16)、磁轭(15)及载流部件(12),且双金属片(16)、磁轭(15)及载流部件(12)分别固定在支架(11)上,其特征是:磁轭(15)为U型结构,位于支架(11)的上部,且磁轭(15)包络双金属片(16)的局部和载流部件(12)的局部;在磁轭(15)的U型结构开口前设置一块衔铁(14),衔铁(14)下部延伸的第一、第二脚(141、142)可枢转连接支架(11);支架(11)在纵向的前壁上开有一槽(114),在衔铁(14)的第一脚(141)上延伸设置至少一个凹槽(143),弹簧(13)一端固定在槽(114)位置处,另一端固定在凹槽(143)位置处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低压断路器的电磁脱扣装置,其特征是:支架(11)横向一侧壁上设有可安装调节螺钉(17)的凸起(113)。
