Abstract

植物纤维地膜原料及其无污染制造方法属于农用生物质材料技术;该植物纤维地膜原料是农作物秸秆或其它植物茎秆经切段、常温浸泡、揉搓、挤压、自然爆破撕裂获得;其初始扣解度达20SR°以上,长宽比30~50,浆张指数为5~15N.m/g;制造方法简单,制造过程不添加任何化学物质,秸秆或茎秆无需蒸煮,无污染现象,节省能源,初始扣解度大,有利于植物纤维地膜的加工成型。

植物纤维地膜原料及其无污染制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种植物纤维地膜原料及其无污染制造方法,属于农用生物质材料技术。
背景技术
我国每年可生产秸秆7亿多吨,资源丰富,但利用率很低。随着农村清洁燃料的丰富,大部分农作物秸秆及其它植物茎秆都在田间被直接焚烧,既污染环境,也影响交通安全。为了禁止焚烧秸秆,政府每年花大量的人力物力进行宣传和监督。因此如何科学合理地利用农作物秸秆、变废为宝,对于保护环境、提高农业资源利用率、促进农业生态建设与可持续发展具有积极意义。
目前农作物秸秆及其它植物茎秆可做成肥料、燃料、基料、饲料、材料等,但因为技术、成本以及制作过程中的污染等问题,市场推广受到限制,秸秆利用率仅在20~30%之间,因此开发一种对农作物秸秆及其它植物茎秆进行低成本无污染利用的技术具有重大的社会意义。
秸秆目前传统获得植物纤维的方式是:切碎→除尘→搓丝→加压蒸煮→研磨→植物纤维。此外利用高压蒸汽进行汽爆分离秸秆、加入化学试剂分离秸秆获得秸秆纤维等,其加工工艺繁琐、耗费能源,且有些工艺存在安全隐患,在蒸煮过程中产生废液,存在污染现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种植物纤维地膜原料及其无污染制造方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种植物纤维地膜原料,该原料的物理性能指标为:初始扣解度为20SR°以上,纤维长宽比为30~50,浆张指数为5~15N.m/g。
植物纤维地膜原料无污染制造方法,其工艺如下;
(1)切段:将农作物秸秆或其它植物茎秆切段;
(2)浸泡:将(1)中的秸秆段常温浸泡;
(3)揉搓、挤压、自然爆破撕裂:将(2)中浸泡过的秸秆段用纤维制取机进行揉搓、挤压、自然爆破撕裂,获得植物粗纤维,筛分除杂,获得植物纤维地膜原料;纤维制取机运转条件为:主轴转速50~110r/min,常温喂料。
本发明工艺简单,茎秆无须蒸煮,浸泡水可循环利用,无污染现象,节省能源,操作简单,初始扣解度大,原料性能好,有利于原料的进一步加工。
具体实施方式:
下面实施例对本发明进行详细描述。
将农作物秸秆或其它植物茎秆切成3~10cm段,用常温循环水进行常温浸泡24小时,纤维制取机主轴转速80r/min下,进行揉搓、挤压、自然爆破撕裂,获得植物粗纤维,筛分除尘后获得植物纤维地膜原料。所获得植物纤维地膜原料初始扣解度为20SR°以上,纤维长宽比为30~50,浆张指数为5~15N.m/g。
整个过程不添加化学助剂,不需要高温蒸煮,清洁无污染,节省能源,原料获得率不小于85%。

Claims (1)

1.一种植物纤维地膜原料无污染制造方法,其特征在于工艺如下;
(1)切段:将农作物秸秆切段;
(2)浸泡:将(1)中的秸秆段用常温循环水进行常温浸泡;
(3)揉搓、挤压、自然爆破撕裂:将(2)中浸泡过的秸秆段用纤维制取机进行揉搓、挤压、自然爆破撕裂,获得植物粗纤维,筛分除杂,获得植物纤维地膜原料;纤维制取机运转条件为:主轴转速50~110r/min,常温喂料;上述植物纤维地膜原料的初始叩解度为:20°SR以上,纤维长宽比为:30~50,浆张指数为:5~15N·m/g。
