Abstract
本发明涉及一种有效活性成份为稻丰散与吡蚜酮杀虫组合,包括有效活性成份、助剂及填料,其特征在于:有效活性成份为稻丰散与吡蚜酮。稻丰散与吡蚜酮的重量配比为10∶1~1∶3。本发明的优点在于:稻丰散与吡蚜酮复配后,具有明显的增效和持续防治效果,获得了对稻飞虱等同翅目害虫的高效、长效、多功能杀虫剂,显著地降低了药剂用量、施药次数和用药成本,并减缓害虫抗药性发生。

技术领域
本发明属于农药领域,具体涉及一种杀虫剂的组合。
背景技术
吡蚜酮pymetrozine是高效低毒杀虫剂,其对环境、人、畜、害虫天敌及其它有益生物安全,对害虫防治不易产生抗性,其属于友好环境的杀虫剂,目前国内开发了可湿性粉剂。吡蚜酮作用机理为阻塞害虫口针,使其难以穿透叶片,表现为强烈进食抑制作用,并迅速停止进食和危害,但害虫不会立即死亡,其持效期长。
稻丰散phenthoate是高效、广谱、低毒、低残留的非内吸性有机磷杀虫剂。具有触杀性和胃毒作用,其作用机制为抑制昆虫体内的乙酰胆碱酯酶。对多种咀嚼式口器和刺吸式口器害虫有效。具有良好杀卵活性。稻丰散速效性强,害虫接触后很快死亡,但持效期较短。
上述两种不同作用机理的杀虫剂混配后,杀虫效果提高,用药量降低,并可延缓和降低抗药性的发生;同时减少农民施药次数,降低用药成本,使用方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:针对目前单独使用稻丰散、吡蚜酮防治害虫过程中成本较高、防效偏低、药剂使用频率较高及易诱发害虫产生抗药性的实际问题,提供一种稻丰散吡蚜酮杀虫组合。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种稻丰散与吡蚜酮杀虫组合,包括有效活性成分,助剂和填料,其特征在于:有效活性成分为稻丰散和吡蚜酮,稻丰散和吡蚜酮的重量比为10∶1~1∶3。
本发明涉及的复配杀虫剂制剂,成品剂型中稻丰散吡蚜酮的有效成分含量为1%-80%,助剂5%-20%,其余为填料。
本发明涉及的复配杀虫剂中,稻丰散吡蚜酮杀虫组合的剂型为水分散粒剂(WG)等。
本发明的优点在于:稻丰散和吡蚜酮复配后,获得了对稻飞虱等同翅目害虫的明显增效作用,即杀虫的速效性显著、持效期延长,降低了用药量、施药虫的明显增效作用,即杀虫的速效性显著、持效期延长,降低了用药量、施药次数和用药成本,低污染、低残留,并延缓了害虫抗药性的产生。
具体实施方式
在下述各实施例中,稻丰散原药由大丰腾龙股份有限公司提供;吡蚜酮原药由江苏克胜股份有限公司生产。
实施案例1:20%稻丰散吡蚜酮水分散粒剂。各组分含量(按重量计)为,稻丰散原药18%,吡蚜酮原粉2%,分散剂木质素磺酸钠10%,稳定剂邻苯二酚2%,润湿剂十二烷基硫酸钠1%,粘结剂聚乙二醇800 5%,崩解剂碳酸氢钠8%,pH调节剂适量,使悬浮剂pH值为6,渗透剂有机硅2%,白炭黑10%,高岭土补至100%。将稻丰散与吡蚜酮、分散剂、润湿剂、稳定剂、崩解剂、渗透剂、pH调节剂等经气流粉碎后,用湿法造粒和挤压造粒机,制得球形或圆柱形的颗粒即可。
实施案例2:40%稻丰散吡蚜酮水分散粒剂。各组分含量(按重量计)稻丰散原药20%,吡蚜酮原粉20%,分散剂烷基萘甲醛缩合物碘酸盐8%,润湿剂烷基萘磺酸盐2%,稳定剂环氧大豆油2.5%,粘结剂丙三醇4%,崩解剂硝酸铵10%,pH调节剂适量,使悬浮剂pH值为6,渗透剂有机硅2%,白炭黑补至100%。将稻丰散与吡蚜酮、分散剂、润湿剂、稳定剂、崩解剂、渗透剂、pH调节剂等经气流粉碎后,用湿法造粒和挤压造粒机,制得球形或圆柱形的颗粒即可。
实施案例3:稻丰散与吡蚜酮杀虫组合防治水稻稻飞虱室内毒力测定。水稻稻飞虱是水稻的主要害虫,严重影响水稻的产量与经济效益,为有效治理水稻稻飞虱,我们选择有代表性的褐飞虱为防治靶标,于2009年,用稻丰散与吡蚜酮复配进行了防治水稻稻飞虱的室内毒力测定。从田间捕捉水稻褐飞虱成虫。将发芽较好的水稻种子用清水冲洗,漂去秕谷。在常温下浸种24h。用手搓洗谷种几次,再用45~50℃的温水冲洗1~2次,放入塑料盒中,盖上湿毛巾,置于30℃的恒温培养箱内催芽。放入时,塑料盆底部稍稍倾斜,使水尽量不浸没谷种。24h后,将露白的水稻种子均匀地摊在栽培盘中,以谷种不叠起为宜。放上不锈钢网架,置于光照培养箱内(光照2000~3000lx,16h,温度28℃)保湿培育。稻芽长成1.5cm时就可供产卵和饲养。
将有稻芽的栽培盘放入养虫笼内,固定,养虫笼背面对光源。另将一接有从田间采回的成虫的养虫笼的玻璃门打开,使其门与门相对。轻轻振动笼子,将成虫赶至有新稻芽的笼子中。产卵24或48h后再用同样的方法将成虫移去。将成虫已产卵的稻芽在室温27~29℃,光照12h的养虫室内培养,保持稻芽不断水。6~8d后,卵孵化。当稻芽被稻飞虱吃死前,必须更换稻芽。换苗时,先将笼子轻轻倒置,使枯死的稻芽在上面,再将新的稻芽放进笼子。2d后,虫子自动转移至稻芽上,再取走干枯的稻芽。选择室内饲养的3龄若虫。
先用乙醇溶解原药,根据预备实验的结果将适量的两原药配成5个不同配比,再用乙醇将各处理分别稀释成5个系列浓度梯度待用。吡蚜酮稀释成20、10、5、2.5、1.25μg/ml;稻丰散稀释成32、16、8、4、2μg/ml;稻丰散和吡蚜酮有效成分之比为9∶1,稀释成18、9、4.5、2.25、1.125μg/ml待用。
采用NY/T 1154.1-2006推荐的点滴法进行测定。将微量点滴器用溶剂清洗,调节点滴器至备用状态。用毛笔选取整齐一致的试虫用CO2轻度麻醉后置于9cm培养皿中,接着用微量点滴器将药剂逐头点滴于试虫的虫体腹部,每头点滴药液0.1μL,以点滴0.1μL不含药剂但含有乙醇的处理为对照。将点滴后的试虫分别转移至(28±2)℃、相对湿度为75%的培养室中正常培养。每处理4次重复,每重复试虫20头,每处理试虫80头。
处理后24h调查试虫死亡情况(判断供试虫死亡标准是以针轻刺无自主反应),记录总虫数和死虫数。根据调查数据,计算各处理的校正死亡率。并参照NY/T 1154.7-2006采用孙云沛法计算混剂的共毒系数。
按照NY/T 11547.7-2006杀虫剂联合作用划分标准:共毒系数(CTC)≥120表现为增效作用;CTC≤80表现为拮抗作用;80<CTC<120表现为相加作用。从表1可以看出:稻丰散与吡蚜酮的比例为9∶1配比时,共毒系数达188.28。说明该混剂防治水稻稻飞虱具有合理性和可行性。

实施案例4:大田药效试验。供试药剂分别是50%稻丰散EC,25%吡蚜酮SC,均由江苏克胜集团股份有限公司提供。20%稻丰散吡蚜酮WG(实施例1所得水分散粒剂)。
50%稻丰散EC100克/667m2;25%吡蚜酮SC分别20克/667m2;20%稻丰散吡蚜酮WG120克/667m2。共设3个处理,每个处理重复3次,小区面积30m2。2008年8月中旬本地稻田第3代白背飞虱低龄若虫高峰期施药,每667m2按上述设计用药量对水50kg喷雾,施药时及药后一周内田间保持水层。本试验田水稻品种为扬辐粳8号。施药前调查虫口基数,药后1、7、15天各查一次田间残留虫量。每小区5点取样,每点连查5穴,每小区查25穴。以虫口存活率计算防治效果,
结果表明:20%稻丰散吡蚜酮WG对水稻白背飞虱防效效果明显(表2)。20%稻丰散吡蚜酮WG在速效性及持效性控制方面均表现良好,对水稻秧苗安全。25%吡蚜酮SC在持效性方面较好,50%稻丰散EC有较好的速效性,但持效性较差。20%稻丰散吡蚜酮WG杀虫组合的校正防效效果优于25%吡蚜酮SC和50%稻丰散EC,说明稻丰散和吡蚜酮复配具有明显的增效作用。

1.稻丰散与吡蚜酮杀虫组合物,包括有效活性成份、助剂,其特征是有效活性成份为稻丰散和吡蚜酮,稻丰散与吡蚜酮重量比为10∶1~1∶3。
2.根据权利要求1所述的稻丰散与吡蚜酮杀虫组合物,其特征是:成品剂型中稻丰散与吡蚜酮的有效成份含量为1%-80%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的稻丰散与吡蚜酮杀虫组合物,其特征在于:稻丰散吡蚜酮杀虫组合的剂型为水分散粒剂。
