24. hydraulic breaker assembly as claimed in claim 23 is characterized in that, described range adjuster comprises the fluid that forms hydraulic pressure or Pneumatic pressure, and the flap valve that guides the flow direction of described fluid when preventing described fluid pressure loss.
25. hydraulic breaker assembly as claimed in claim 23 is characterized in that, thereby described range adjuster comprises helical spring and the adjusting bolt that is fastened to the compressive force of regulating described spring on the described fixed block.
