Abstract

塑料材料整体式卡紧件
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料材料整体式卡紧件——此后称为塑料整体式卡紧件——用以将门密封件固定到机动车辆的门框架，如权利要求1的前序部分所限定。
背景技术
上面所述类型的卡紧件用以将各种部件固定到机动车辆的车体。例如塑料整体式卡紧件用以将密封件，特别是密封条或突出的边缘工具，安装进汽车的门框架。它们包括与密封件配合的头部和装配有弹簧部件的杆部，当卡紧件插入车体孔时，弹簧部件会朝向彼此暂时变形，然后通过卡扣肩部在另一侧从后面卡住孔的边缘，将卡紧件固定以防止其从所述孔中被抽出。进一步使用与头部间隔开的弹性凸缘，装配之后，弹性凸缘可以抵靠在相向车体侧上以密封所述孔。通常，凸缘呈圆锥状以利于施加弹力。
对这种类型卡紧件的一个要求是它们需安装容易，尤其是所需施加的安装力不太大。另一要求是可以将它们容易地从车体上拆卸。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种塑料卡紧件，用以将门密封件固定到汽车门框架，本发明的所述卡紧件在所述配合孔有比较大的公差时也能固定地容纳在门框架内。
本发明的卡紧件包括邻近第二杆部外表面元件并朝向相向的弹簧部件延伸的固定部件。固定部件的外侧直径与在这个区域的第二杆部外表面元件的外侧直径基本匹配。
由于本发明的这个特征，即使是在出现较大的公差时，卡紧件被固定以防止由于轴向力和/或圆周力从所述配合孔中被拉出或撬出。在拆卸时也能够获得较大的夹紧稳定性。本发明卡紧件的另一优点是其增大抵靠孔壁的抵靠面。另外，卡紧件更好地定心于所述孔中。
本发明的一个实施例中，固定部件的径向外表面是圆状的，优选的是，所述圆的半径与配合孔的半径匹配。
为了使固定部件还在尺寸上稳定、和相应地在机械上达到相当的硬度，本发明的另一实施例设置为将其与凸缘相向侧相连接。
优选的是，固定部件只设置在杆部的一侧上，两个固定部件再优选地设置于第二杆部的不同侧。这种设计使本发明卡紧件的模制成型相对容易。
本发明卡紧件的另一实施方式，其头部是扁的(flat)且细长的。这个特征使得其以相对简单的方式插入密封条的孔中。优选地，细长头部的端部区域呈三角形或梯形，并且，在本发明的另一设计中，它们从中心朝向端部逐渐变细。这个特征更加简化了将头部插入到密封条孔中。
当将密封条安装进机动车辆门的框架时，首先将卡紧件连接到密封条，其中其头部穿过所述条的孔。在这个过程中，所述孔暂时变形以允许插入所述头部。由于所述条的弹性，所述变形得以完成并随后轻松地回复。
接下来，密封条通过一个或多个卡紧件被固定到门框架上，其中第二杆部和其弹簧部件被压入门框架上的孔中。装配所需的这些压紧力相对较小。另外，也获得了比较高的保持力。
下面根据附图来阐明本发明的具体实施方式。

具体实施方式
图1至3示出了塑料整体式卡紧件10。所述卡紧件包括头部12，第一杆部14，圆锥形凸缘16和第二杆部18。头部12相对平，从顶视图看，其中心接近矩形并包括基本上成三角形(从上部看去分别呈梯形)的两个相对的端部区域20、22，这些端部区域向其自由端逐渐变细。所述形状尤其清楚地表示在图3中。所述端部区域20、22还在其顶部朝向自由端倾斜。
第一杆部14呈圆柱形。凸缘16呈圆形并有弹性。
杆部18的横截面呈细长的圆柱形，因此相对平。所述杆部18配置有外表面部件，其中一个外表面部件如图1至3中24所示。这些外表面部件24以弧形的方式向杆部18的自由端收敛，其横截面的外表面是圆状的。在自由端它们形成圆细端26。
两弹簧部件28、30从细端26，沿着杆部18相对侧，朝向凸缘16斜向上延伸，且相对于杆部18成90度偏置。它们连接到如图1和2中32所示的凸缘下表面。弹簧部件28、30分别配置有凸缘16附近的肩部或者卡扣面36、38，当将卡紧件10插入安装孔时，周以从下方卡住孔的边缘。在这样的过程中，弹簧部件28、30相对于杆部18变形，直至定位面36、38卡扣在孔边缘后面的位置。这种设计已为人们所知。
特别地如图2所示，固定部件40在凸缘16下边集成到杆部18上。固定部件40的外表面与杆部18的外表面24汇合在一起。每个固定部件40于邻近外表面24处集成在杆部18上，所述固定部件40在杆部18的不同侧上被设置在杆部18的相对外侧24。固定部件40实际上相当于增大了杆部18靠近凸缘16的上部区域，固定部件40的外侧是圆状的，且其直径接近于在固定部件40区域位置的外侧24的直径。
图4示出了包括圆形接收孔46的弹性密封条部分44。如图5所示，头部12插入到孔46中，并且，该图中，所述头部抵靠在突出的边缘48的顶侧。凸缘16的相向侧抵靠在所述突出的边缘48的下侧。
图6示出了位于通过圆形部件52示出的省略车的车体部分(门框架)的安装孔50。应当记住，装配之后，固定部件40抵靠在孔50的壁上，因此可以将卡紧件10牢固地固定在所述孔中。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于将门密封件固定到汽车门框架的塑料整体式卡紧件，包括：
第一杆部，其具有远端和近端；
头部，其连接到所述远端；
弹性凸缘，其连接到所述第一杆部并靠近所述近端；
相对扁的第二杆部，其从所述弹性凸缘逐渐变细地向着远离头部的下方延伸，其中所述第二杆部包括自由端，在自由端形成圆细端；
一对弹簧部件，所述两个弹簧部件在相对的两侧连接到所述第二杆部的自由端并从所述自由端斜向延伸到弹性凸缘下表面，所述一对弹簧部件的每一个通过卡合肩部连接到所述弹性凸缘；
至少一个固定部件连接到所述第二杆部并朝相对的弹簧部件的方向延伸，所述至少一个固定部件的每一个都邻近所述第二杆部的外表面部件且邻近所述弹性凸缘，所述固定部件的外侧直径与所述外表面部件的外侧直径基本匹配；
一对弧形所述外表面部件，其趋向所述自由端收敛延伸并且每一个都在靠近所述弹性凸缘(16)的相对端处具有固定部件(40)，并且
由此，所述固定部件通过抵靠在门密封件孔的内表面来防止所述卡紧件移动，所述门密封件通过所述卡紧件被紧固到汽车门框架。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卡紧件，其特征在于所述固定部件(40)在其径向外侧是圆状的。
3.根据权利要求1和2之一所述的卡紧件，其特征在于所述固定部件(40)被连接到所述弹性凸缘的相向侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的卡紧件，其特征在于所述固定部件(40)被设置在所述第二杆部(18)的不同侧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的卡紧件，其特征在于所述头部(12)是扁的且细长。
6.根据权利要求5所述的卡紧件，其特征在于头部端部区域(20，22)从顶视图看时呈近似三角形，并且向其自由端逐渐变细。
7.根据权利要求5和6之一所述的卡紧件，其特征在于所述头部(12)的端部区域(20，22)在顶侧朝向端部倾斜。
