背景技术
国际专利申请公布WO/2006/117539A披露了一种用于处理部分成型容器的机器,其包括一转换位置输送(indexing conveying)装置、一布置成供给该输送装置的供给机、多个部分成型的容器、包含多个设备的一个或更多个站、以及一个控制装置,所述一个或更多个站布置为对由多个部分成型的容器所构成的一组容器执行基本相同的操作,转换位置输送装置布置成使得所述一组容器前进通过站,所述控制装置布置成使得供给机将每次转换位置期间所供应到输送装置的部分成型容器的数目减少至一个整数。
机器由控制装置通过一定数目的伺服机构进行操作,伺服机构与机器所执行的每个操作相关联。伺服机构之一用于对机器的一个运动机械部分进行自动导引(homing),一个伺服电机驱动所述运动机械部分,控制装置控制着伺服电机,并且一个机械止动部件用于将运动机械部分停止在初始位置处,其中控制装置布置成用以监测伺服电机功耗并且用以当伺服电机功耗达到一个预定值时依据伺服电机的位置识别出初始位置。
该公布的机器提供一种监测伺服电机功耗的控制装置,但在诸如机器故障这样的情况下,机器必须停止,并且不能容易地从控制装置中得到任何数据。
发明内容
因此,本发明的一个目的就是对现有技术进行改进。
依据本发明的第一方面,提供一种设备,包括第一构件和可相对于所述第一构件移动的第二构件、用于驱动所述第二构件的伺服电机、用于控制所述伺服电机的逻辑控制器、通往所述逻辑控制器的一个或更多个输入、用于储存所述运行数据的存储器、以及通往所述存储器的一个接口,所述输入或每个输入用于传输运行数据,所述接口用于提供对所述运行数据的访问。
依据本发明的第二方面,提供一种方法,包括:操作一伺服电机以在第一部构件与第二构件之间产生相对运动,利用一逻辑控制器控制所述伺服电机,在所述逻辑控制器处接收运行数据,在一存储器处储存所述运行数据,以及通过一接口提供对所述运行数据的访问。
依据本发明的第三个方面,提供一种成型-灌装-密封式(form-fill-seal)包装机器,包括:用于控制所述机器的部件的一逻辑控制器、通往所述逻辑控制器的一个或更多个输入、用于储存所述运行数据的存储器,以及通往所述存储器的一个接口,所述输入或每个输入用于传输运行数据,所述接口用于提供对所述运行数据的访问。
依据本发明的第四个方面,提供一种方法,包括:形成一个部分成型的容器,灌装所述部分成型的容器,密封所述部分成型的容器,利用一逻辑控制器控制一个部件,在所述逻辑控制器处接收运行数据,在一存储器处储存所述运行数据,以及通过一接口提供对所述运行数据的访问。
由于本发明,则有可能提供和操作一种设备,使得该设备运行时可以连续地采集并保存运行数据。当使用该设备时访问运行数据是有可能的,它支持连续的故障监测,这可以通过接口从远离设备处远程执行。在任何时候都可以得到设备运行参数和性能的历史,并可以加以实时监测以预测故障。

具体实施方式
图1示出了一个用作成型-灌装-密封式包装机器的一部分的配件应用站10。可以使用所述站10来将灌注喷口配件应用到用于包装流体食品的纸盒,所述流体食品例如乳品或汁液。该纸盒由层压制品构成,所述层压制品包括一个纸板基层、以及由防潮热塑性塑料构成的最内层和最外层,在基层与最内层之间可能插置有一层由铝或热塑性塑料构成的阻氧层。环形链式输送器6使得顶部开口、底部密封的纸盒套筒8转换位置而通过包括有配件应用站10的机器的各站。
在图1中,提供砧的第一构件是一个旋转的、带有四臂的十字叉架(spider)12的形式,十字叉架12可水平地往复运动并且可绕其轴线旋转。这种形式的十字叉架是已知的,例如,根据在PCT/GB2006/003722中描述的

P-S120UC机器。十字叉架12由一个电动的旋转伺服电机14驱动转动,这是通过皮带轮传动装置形式的传动装置16而实现的,由此使得十字叉架12所固定到的水平轴杆18围绕其自身的轴线而步进地转动。
受控以致振荡地旋转的一个电动旋转伺服电机20,使得轴杆18通过齿轮齿条副(rack-and-pinion)布置22而往复运动。轴杆18被支撑在轴承24、26、28中从而允许轴杆18的旋转以及往复运动。一超声堆(或超声探头)30安装在水平滑动件32上,该滑动件本身通过包括有一个电动旋转伺服电机36的驱动器34而沿轴向往复运动。
一个可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)38控制着应用站10的各物件,例如伺服电机14、20和36。例如,伺服电机36的功率输出由PLC38控制,以确保由第二构件、焊头(horn)40施加在由砧12所支持的纸盒8外表面上的力不会超过PLC38所储存的预定的期望值。以下更详细地描述逻辑控制器38的操作,参见附图2。
当应用站10运转时,一个或更多个灌注喷口配件被接收在砧12上,这是通过开动其直线驱动器将砧12从其缩回位置驱动到其恢复位置而实现的,在其恢复位置砧12从供给轨道擒纵机构(escapement)接收一个配件。各自具有擒纵机构44的一对投送配件的重力轨道42用来提供灌注喷口配件,每个擒纵机构44都具有相对应的气动的活塞-汽缸式喷射器46。接着,直线驱动器被驱动以使得砧12从恢复位置移动至缩回位置。接着,砧枢轴驱动器开动,使砧12从缩回位置枢转至插入位置,将配件向下运送入纸盒8的开口顶部。
接着开动直线砧驱动器,以驱动砧12从缩回位置移动至装配位置,使得砧12将配件的圆柱部分插入纸箱壁的通孔中,直到配件的圆周凸缘与纸盒壁的围绕着通孔的一部分的内表面相接触时,阻止砧运动。
当直线砧驱动器移动所述配件的凸缘与纸盒壁内表面相接触时,与此同时或大约与此同时,焊头驱动器34开动以将超声波焊头40从其缩回位置移动至焊接位置,且焊头40在焊接位置与纸箱壁的围绕着通孔的部分的外表面相接触。当超声波焊头40在其焊接位置且砧12在其安装位置时,接着焊头40开动,通过将超声能量发送到纸箱壁和配件凸缘内,从而以超声波焊接方式将配件凸缘焊接至纸箱壁。
图2更详细地描述了与伺服电机36相关的逻辑控制器38,伺服电机36通过驱动器34使得超声堆30往复运动。堆30包括一个焊头40,焊头40当灌注喷口配件应用于纸箱8时作用于砧12。逻辑控制器38控制着伺服电机36的运行,并且接收从电机36、以及从站10中其它部件返回的运行数据,这些运行数据储存在逻辑控制器38中。逻辑控制器38有一个或更多个输入,所述输入或每个输入用于传输运行数据。在逻辑控制器38内部或者外部有一个存储器,用于储存运行数据。
运行数据可以包括信息,例如伺服电机36的功耗,从超声波发生器56收集的性能数据例如频率变化、共振频率、焊接开始和结束频率、每次焊接的时间长度、能量值和电力故障,以及从监控器例如一个温度传感器收集到的数据。装置,例如温度传感器,将它们的运行数据通过一个功能单元48传给逻辑控制器38。逻辑控制器38收集到的所有运行数据不断地被储存,因为这些数据在各个输入处被接收至逻辑控制器38。站10进行的每单次焊接的运行数据被逻辑控制器38储存,提供完整的可追踪性。
运行数据可以被监测,因为它通过逻辑控制器38的一个接口50由一个远离站10的适当装置收集并且可以用同样的方式被访问。例如,逻辑控制器38可以设有一个网络接口50,网络接口50可以允许将控制器38连到互联网上。在这种情况下,一台具有正确IP地址和安全访问权限(security access)的计算机就可以通过控制器38的网络接口50访问储存在控制器38中的运行数据。接口50连到存储器(可以在逻辑控制器38内部或外部),接口50提供对运行数据的访问。
接口50可以包含一个过滤器,以限制使得外部设备只能访问由逻辑控制器38储存的一部分运行数据。一个维护部52和一个质量控制部54可以连到网络接口50,接口50中的过滤器可以设置成使得这些部中的每个均可访问储存在逻辑控制器38中运行数据的不同子集。
逻辑控制器38可以设置用来监测运行数据,以实现实时故障监测。逻辑控制器38所监测的运行数据中的每个参数,可以被分配一个偏离最优值的故障容差。例如,故障容差可以是+/-3%。逻辑控制器38可以设置成当故障容差超过了组成运行数据的任何参数以上时就会触发警报。可以在本地引发此警报也可以通过逻辑控制器38将此警报传到远程装置。
即使没有引发故障,也可以监测故障容差以调节站10的参数。例如,如果探测到运行数据中的一项受监测参数正偏离其最优值,仍没超出故障容差边界,可对由逻辑控制器38控制的部件的操作进行调节以达到站10的最佳可能状态。
可以被逻辑控制器38监测的另一类故障是:缺少所述纸盒8以及将要附接在纸盒8上的灌注喷口配件这二者或其中任何一个。如果由于某种原因,没有纸盒8和/或灌注喷口配件,则逻辑控制器38可以设置为确保超声堆30不会触发。功能单元48可以连接一个装置,该装置用来监测是否存在着必需的纸盒8和配件,并为逻辑控制器38提供运行数据的结果。
为了调节与其连接的部件的运行,逻辑控制器38可以监测运行数据。例如,如果逻辑控制器38要接收来自温度传感器的运行数据,该运行数据显示焊头40区域处的温度正在升高,于是作为回应,超声堆30的运行参数可被改变。考虑到温度的上升,超声密封频率会被改变,从而节约超声堆30处的能量。
逻辑控制器38可以设有一个用户界面来代替或补充所述网络接口50。例如,本地用户界面可以包括一个显示装置和键区。这就允许现场监测储存在逻辑控制器38中的运行数据。逻辑控制器38发出的警报也可以通过该用户界面显示。
用户界面也可以用来选择运行规格,例如站10将要使用的纸箱类型和灌注喷口配件的构造。用户对运行规格的选择改变了由逻辑控制器38控制和监测的预定最优参数。
在成型-灌装-密封机器中的其它逻辑控制器,例如灌装机中的PLC58,连接到站10的逻辑控制器38。运行数据可以在多个逻辑控制器之间共享,并且性能监测、性能调整和故障报警可以全部包括由多个逻辑控制器采集的运行数据。逻辑控制器38的接口50可以用于访问在成型-灌装-密封机器内由其它逻辑控制器储存的运行数据。

Claims (46)

44.如权利要求43所述的方法,其中检测所述运行数据中的故障检测包括检测所述运行数据是否超过预定的故障容差。
45.如权利要求43或44所述的方法,且其还包括在检测到故障后,传输故障信号。
46.如权利要求37至45中任一项所述的方法,且其还包括监测所述运行数据,并据此调整对所述伺服电机的控制。
