Abstract

本发明公开了一种苦豆豆足部抑菌喷剂的生产方法,主要工艺过程是公丁香、当归、青川椒用蒸馏水提取挥发油,再用吐温80和甘油包含;五倍子、草红花、肉桂、马齿苋、虎杖、黄柏用蒸馏水混合提取,得药液A;加入苦参总碱浸膏到药液A中,搅拌、过滤,得药液B;冰片用乙醇溶解,加入药液B中得药液C,把挥发油加入到药液C中,搅拌过滤,滤液即为成品。本生产方法优选中药配方,采用先进提取工艺分离精制而成。本品为纯天然植物提取的有效抑菌产品,对皮肤无任何刺激且有燥湿、杀虫作用,适用于金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌等致病菌、细菌、有害微生物引起的皮肤症状。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种抑菌喷剂的生产方法,特别指一种以苦豆豆为主要原料的足部抑菌喷剂的生产方法。
背景技术
足癣是一种的常见皮肤病,系指趾、跖面皮肤的浅部真菌感染,以脚丫白斑湿烂或足跖、趾间起水疱为特征,主要致病菌是红色毛癣菌、絮状表皮癣菌和石膏样毛癣菌。此病好发于成年人,南方较多见,尤以穿胶鞋、球鞋、塑料鞋足部多汗者易患此病。临床表现为趾间浸渍糜烂、散发臭味、瘙痒难忍、足癣合并细菌感染还可出现脓包、红肿热痛等症状。此病病程缓慢,常经年累月发作。中医认为此病系外受风毒,湿热虫毒郁结而至,久之血虚肌肤失养。而现代医学认为,细菌、病毒是造成此病症的主要原因。
槐属豆科植物苦豆豆的药用功能在临床已得到了证明。苦参总碱对金黄色葡萄球菌、真菌、白色念珠菌、大肠杆菌有较强的杀灭作用。以苦参总碱为主要有效成分,佐以其它具有清热燥湿、解毒杀虫的中药材,制备出有效杀灭有害细菌的同时,还具有清毒、燥湿、杀虫抑菌的喷剂对足部卫生是大有好处的。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种苦豆豆足部抑菌喷剂的生产方法,这种生产方法优选中药配方,采用现代生物技术,从多种植物中萃取精华,采用先进提取工艺分离精制成对足部具有杀虫抑菌功效的喷剂。
本发明要解决的技术问题由如下方案来实现:苦豆豆足部抑菌喷剂的生产方法,其特征是:将公丁香、当归、青川椒的粗粉分别加入到挥发油提取器中,三种药材的重量比为1∶1-2∶1-2,各加入6-10倍重量的蒸馏水提取,提取8-9小时,混合三种挥发油,再用吐温80和甘油包含,留取待用,其中吐温80和甘油与混合后挥发油的重量比分别为1∶1-2和2-3∶1,将净选后的五倍子、草红花、肉桂、马齿苋、虎杖、黄柏六种药材粗粉混合后放入提取罐中,六种药材的重量比为1∶1∶1-2∶2∶2∶2,加入8-10倍重量的蒸馏水提取二次,每次提取时间为1-2小时,合并两次提取液,再水浴浓缩、过滤得药液A,留取待用,将苦参总碱液水浴浓缩成浸膏,按药液A重量的5%加入到药液A中,搅拌均匀放置后过滤,得到药液B待用,将冰片用6-10倍重量的浓度为75%乙醇溶解,再将其按药液B重量的10%-16%加入到药液B中成为药液C,放置12小时后过滤,再把用吐温80和甘油包含后的挥发油加入到药液C中,吐温80和甘油包含后的挥发油与药液C的重量比为1∶20-40,搅拌均匀后过滤,滤液即为成品。
本发明的优点是:本生产方法工艺科学合理,它采用现代生物技术,优选中药配方,以苦豆豆为主要原料,从苦豆豆、马齿苋、虎杖等中药中萃取精华,并辅以当归、公丁香、青川椒等燥湿除虫、清热解毒、杀菌止痒功效的中草药,采用先进提取工艺分离精制而成。实验表明苦豆豆足部抑菌喷剂对细菌、真菌等多种致病菌具有较好的抑制作用。其中,苦豆豆属于豆科槐属,多年生草本植物,耐旱防风固沙作用强,其有效成分苦参总碱作为抗菌消炎药已载入国家药品标准。有研究显示,苦参总碱对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、大肠杆菌和淋病奈瑟菌等多种致病菌均具有较强的抑制作用,而且抑菌效果稳定,对皮肤和粘膜无刺激性,属于无毒级,在皮肤粘膜消毒方面具有很好的应用前景。其它辅助中药材如公丁香、青川椒等对苦参总碱的抗菌具有协同作用,能够显著增强配方抑菌效果。苦豆豆足部抑菌喷剂为纯天然植物提取的有效抑菌产品,由纯植物药物精制而成,对皮肤无任何刺激且有燥湿、杀虫作用,适用于金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌等致病菌、细菌、有害微生物引起的皮肤症状。本成品使用方法为用清水洗净患处,喷出少量本品涂上,并按摩片刻至完全吸收,每天两次至三次。

具体实施方式
下面详述实施例:将公丁香9kg、当归12kg、青川椒12kg(分别单提)粗粉加入到挥发油提取罐中,各加入8倍重量的蒸馏水回流提取8小时,回收后混合挥发油共得10kg(油水混合物比例为1∶10)。再用10kg吐温80和5kg甘油包含,留取待用。将净选后的五倍子9kg、草红花9kg、肉桂15kg、马齿苋18kg、虎杖18kg、黄柏18kg粗粉混合后放入提取灌中,加入蒸馏水提取二次,第一次加入10倍重量的蒸馏水870kg,提取2小时,第二次加入8倍重量的蒸馏水700kg,提取1.5小时,合并两次的提取液,再水浴浓缩至300kg,过滤得到药液A,留取待用。将苦参总碱液水浴浓缩成浸膏取15kg加入到药液A中,搅拌均匀放置后过滤,得到315kg药液B待用,将冰片6kg用42kg的浓度为75%的乙醇溶解后加入到药液B中,得363kg药液C,放置12小时后过滤,再把用吐温80和甘油包含后的挥发油加入到药液C中,搅拌均匀后再过滤,滤液即为成品。

1、苦豆豆足部抑菌喷剂的生产方法,其特征是:将公丁香、当归、青川椒的粗粉分别加入到挥发油提取器中,三种药材的重量比为1∶1-2∶1-2,各加入6-10倍重量的蒸馏水提取,提取8-9小时,混合三种挥发油,再用吐温80和甘油包含,留取待用,其中吐温80和甘油与混合后挥发油的重量比分别为1∶1-2和2-3∶1,将净选后的五倍子、草红花、肉桂、马齿苋、虎杖、黄柏六种药材粗粉混合后放入提取罐中,六种药材的重量比为1∶1∶1-2∶2∶2∶2,加入8-10倍重量的蒸馏水提取二次,每次提取时间为1-2小时,合并两次提取液,再水浴浓缩、过滤得药液A,留取待用,将苦参总碱液水浴浓缩成浸膏,按药液A重量的5%加入到药液A中,搅拌均匀放置后过滤,得到药液B待用,将冰片用6-10倍重量的浓度为75%乙醇溶解,再将其按药液B重量的10%-16%加入到药液B中成为药液C,放置12小时后过滤,再把用吐温80和甘油包含后的挥发油加入到药液C中,吐温80和甘油包含后的挥发油与药液C的重量比为1∶20-40,搅拌均匀后过滤,滤液即为成品。
