Abstract

本发明公开一种壳体组件,其用于带有装芯片卡的连接器的便携式电子装置上,该壳体组件包括一本体、一按钮组件及一控制架;该本体上开设一容置芯片卡的狭槽,该按钮组件及控制架可滑动装设于本体上,芯片卡装设于连接器且抵持于控制架上,该按钮组件与控制架运动连接,以取出芯片卡。本发明的壳体组件通过拨动按钮组件,并通过控制架将芯片卡推出,操作简单、方便。

技术领域
本发明是关于一种壳体组件,尤其是关于一种应用于便携式电子装置的壳体组件。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的提高,移动电话已经广泛运用于人们的生活中,同时也对其便携性提出了越来越高的要求。因此,便携式电子装置体积变得越来越小的,相应地,对空间的利用率越来越高。
现有的移动电话,移动电话的用户识别卡(Subscriber Identification Module Card,以下通称SIM卡)等装有IC(Integrated Circuit,集成电路)芯片的芯片卡的卡持结构通常设置于电池槽的底壁上。该卡持结构不仅占据电池槽的纵向空间,增大了移动电话的厚度,携带不方便。
另有一种移动电话,其SIM卡的卡槽设置于电池槽所在的一侧壁上,通过直接将SIM卡置入卡槽中,但其取出SIM卡需借助针等细长物体,使用不方便。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种空间利用率高、方便芯片卡取出的壳体组件。
本发明的一种壳体组件,其用于带有装芯片卡的连接器的便携式电子装置上,该壳体组件包括一本体、一按钮组件及一控制架;该本体上开设一容置芯片卡的狭槽,该按钮组件及控制架可滑动装设于本体上,芯片卡装设于连接器且抵持于控制架上,该按钮组件与控制架运动连接,以取出芯片卡。
相较现有技术,本发明的壳体组件通过拨动按钮组件,使其驱动控制架,将芯片卡推出,操作简单、方便。

具体实施方式
本发明较佳实施例的壳体组件应用于便携式电子装置上,本实施例以其应用在移动电话上为例加以说明。
请参阅图1及图2,该壳体组件包括一本体10、一按钮组件20、一控制架30、一开关40及一连接器50。该按钮组件20及控制架30可滑动装设于本体10上,该开关40固定地安装于本体10上,且位于按钮组件20与连接器50之间。该按钮组件20与控制架30运动连接。
该本体10用以装设移动电话电路板等通讯组件,其包括两相对的侧壁110及一端壁116,该端壁116的两端分别与两侧壁110连接。其中一侧壁110上开有一安装槽111,该安装槽111包括一通槽1111及滑槽1113,该滑槽1113开设于侧壁110的内侧,该通槽1111开设于滑槽1113的底壁上,并贯通于侧壁110。该本体10包括一第一表面112及一相对的第二表面114。该本体10的第一表面112上向下凹设形成一容置电池的电池槽115,该电池槽115的端壁上开有一狭槽1151,该狭槽1151大致呈长方形。
该本体10的第二表面114上由两相对侧壁110及一端壁116围成一容置腔113,该容置腔113与电池槽115相邻,并与狭槽1151相贯通。在该本体10第二表面114上设置有平行于安装槽111所在侧壁110的一第一导轨1131及一第二导轨1133,该第一导轨1131及第二导轨1133大致呈L型,其一部分与容置腔113的端壁116相接,另一部分设置于容置腔113的底壁上。该第一导轨1131相对第二导轨1133靠近容置腔113。该第二表面114上开有一贯通的安装摄像头的容置孔1135。
该按钮组件20包括一按钮板21及一凸设于按钮板21中部上的按钮23。该按钮23上设置有若干凸棱,以增加和手接触的摩擦力。该按钮板21上与按钮23相对的另一面开有一容置槽211。该按钮板21与容置槽211同侧的一端上垂直凸设有一抵持块213,该抵持块213大致呈长方体。
该控制架30包括一第一杆31、一第二杆33及一延伸杆35,该第二杆33与第一杆31垂直连接,该延伸杆35垂直凸设于第二杆33靠近第一杆31处,且与第一杆31平行。该第一杆31及第二杆33上设有若干大致圆柱形的支撑柱311,该支撑柱311保证将控制架30安装于本体10后保持平衡。该第二杆33与支撑柱311相对的面上两端分别凸设有两相对的导向部334,该导向部334之间形成一导向槽335,其用于可滑动地安装在第一导轨1131上。
该开关40为摄像头的快门控制开关,该开关40一端与本体10上的电路板电连接,另一端与摄像头的快门控制机构(图为示)电连接。该开关40上设置有一压块41,按压该压块41,该开关40导通以启动快门控制机构(图为示),从而使移动电话进行拍照。该压块41可滑动地安装在按钮板21的容置槽211上。
该连接器50用于使芯片卡80与电路板电连接,其设置于本体10上。该连接器50的两端分别凸设有一导向板51,每一导向板51大致呈倒立的L型,该两导向板51之间形成一容置芯片卡80的安装孔53。
请结合参阅图3及图4,组装时,先将按钮组件20的按钮23穿过并露出于本体10上的通槽1111,按钮板21可滑动地安装于滑槽1113上;再将开关40的压块41置入容置槽211并抵持于按钮组件20;接着,将控制架30上第二杆33的导向槽335与第一导轨1131配合,使第一杆31安放于第二导轨1133上,并使延伸杆35抵持于按钮组件20上的抵持块213;将连接器50固定地安装于容置腔113上,再将芯片卡80通过狭槽1151装入连接器50上的安装孔53中,并使之抵持于控制架30的第一杆31上,即完成该壳体组件的装配。
拍摄时,按压按钮23,按钮组件20推动开关40上的压块41,该开关40导通,启动摄像头的快门,从而完成拍摄。请参阅图5,当需要取出芯片卡时,取出电池,往电池槽115方向拨动按钮23,该按钮组件20上的抵持块213驱动延伸杆35,该控制架30的导向槽335沿着第一导轨1131上滑动,从而驱动第一杆31推挤芯片卡80,使芯片卡80露出于狭槽1151,从而可方便地取出芯片卡80。
可以理解,本发明的壳体组件的开关40不限于为摄像头的快门开关,其也可为移动电话的电源开关或者应用程序开启开关等。
可以理解,该壳体组件的电池槽115装入电池后,该狭槽1151不限于被电池遮盖,当狭槽1151不被遮盖,取出芯片卡80无需取下电池。
可以理解,该壳体组件的控制架30的第一杆31可以省略,仅第二杆33作为导向杆,相应地,第二导轨1133也可略去,仅需一导轨及一导向杆对控制架30进行导向。
可以理解,该壳体组件的控制架30上的导向槽335的个数不限于两个,其可为多个,甚至只有一个。
可以理解,该控制架30可以其他方式与按钮组件20相运动连接,只需拨动按钮组件20可推动控制架30即可,例如,卡合连接,螺纹连接。
可以理解,该安装芯片卡80的狭槽1151不限于开设于电池槽115的侧壁上,其可开设于本体10的端部,只需用手拨动按钮组件20,通过控制架30可将芯片卡80推出即可。
可以理解,该按钮组件20的按钮23可以与按钮板21相分离,该按钮23可动地安装于按钮板21上。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明权利要求公开的范围和精神内做其它形式和细节上的各种修改、添加和替换。当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的各种修改、添加和替换等变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (8)

1.一种壳体组件,其用于带有装芯片卡的连接器的便携式电子装置上,其包括一本体,该本体上开设一容置芯片卡的狭槽,该本体还包括一周壁,其特征在于:该壳体组件还包括一滑动装设于本体周壁上的按钮组件及一可滑动装配于本体上的控制架,芯片卡装设于连接器且抵持于控制架上,该按钮组件与控制架运动连接,以取出芯片卡。
2.如权利要求1所述的壳体组件,其特征在于:该本体的周壁包括两相对的侧壁及一端壁,该一侧壁上开有一安装按钮组件的安装槽;该本体上的两侧壁及端壁围成一安装控制架及连接器的容置腔,该安装槽与容置腔相贯通。
3.如权利要求2所述的壳体组件,其特征在于:该控制架包括一导向杆及一延伸杆,该延伸杆设于导向杆上;该按钮组件包括一按钮板,该按钮板的一端设有一抵持块;该按钮板可滑动地装设于安装槽上,该延伸杆与抵持块配合。
4.如权利要求3所述的壳体组件,其特征在于:该导向杆上设有至少一对与延伸杆相垂直的导向部,该对导向部之间形成一导向槽;该本体上设有一导轨,该导向槽可滑动地安装于导轨上。
5.如权利要求2所述的壳体组件,其特征在于:该控制架包括一第一杆、一与第一杆垂直连接的第二杆及一第二杆上靠近与第一杆连接处的延伸杆;该按钮组件包括一按钮板,该按钮板的一端设有一抵持块;该按钮板可滑动地装设于安装槽上,该延伸杆与抵持块配合。
6.如权利要求5所述的壳体组件,其特征在于:该第二杆上设有至少一对与延伸杆相垂直的导向部,该对导向部之间形成一导向槽;该本体上设有一第一导轨及一第二导轨,该第一导轨与第二导轨平行;该导向槽可滑动地安装于第一导轨上,该第二杆置于第二导轨上。
7.如权利要求2所述的壳体组件,其特征在于:该安装槽包括一滑槽及一通槽,该滑槽凹设于侧壁内侧,该通槽开设于滑槽的底壁上并贯通于侧壁;该按钮组件包括一按钮板,该按钮板上凸设有一按钮;该按钮通过通槽露出于侧壁,该按钮板可滑动地安装于滑槽上。
8.如权利要求1所述的壳体组件,其特征在于:该按钮组件包括一按钮板及一可动地安装于该按钮板上的按钮,该壳体组件还包括一开关,该开关包括一压块;按压该按钮,该按钮作用于压块,使该开关导通。
