Abstract
The invention relates to the field of self-service terminal apparatuses and provides a card-reading magnetic head device. The card-reading magnetic head device is arranged inside a self-service terminal and comprises a stand, a magnetic head, a magnetic head frame and a drive mechanism, wherein the magnetic head frame is used for fixing the magnetic head, and the drive mechanism drives the magnetic head to move along a length direction of a magnetic stripe of the card. The drive mechanism is provided with a first motor, a guide column and a screw rod, wherein one end of the guide column is connected with the stand, and the other end is connected with the magnetic head frame to guide the movement of the magnetic head; and the screw rod is connected with the magnetic head frame and the firstmotor, and drives the magnetic head to linearly move through the motion of the first motor. The invention also discloses a theftproof card reader of the self-service terminal, which is provided withthe card-reading magnetic head device. The movable card-reading magnetic head device can be provided with a card insertion port matched with a long side of the card, and the card is transversely inserted into the card insertion port to be read, thereby the occurrence of magnetic card theft-reading cases because of arranging a card theft-reader at the card insertion port can be effectively avoided,the card can be repeatedly read, and the success ratio of card-reading is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of self-service terminal equipment, in particular to a card reading magnetic head device and a self-service terminal anti-theft card reader using the same.
Background
The appearance of self-service terminal equipment (such as ATM automatic teller machines, mobile phone recharging machines and the like) greatly facilitates the life of people.
In recent years, with the continuous occurrence of card stealing and reading events, the safety protection of self-service terminal equipment is reluctant. In the prior art, a magnetic card is provided with a magnetic stripe, and card information is stored in the magnetic stripe. The card reading magnetic head needs to scan from one end of the magnetic stripe to the other end to obtain the information on the card. As shown in fig. 1, when a user inserts a card into an existing self-service terminal device, the card is completely inserted into a card slot along an arrow direction, and then a magnetic stripe is scanned by a card reader fixed inside the device, so as to read information of the card. The card reader has the defects that lawless persons can install the card stealing and reading magnetic head matched with the magnetic stripe on the card inserting port, and when the card is inserted into the self-service terminal through the card inserting port, the card stealing and reading magnetic head can just completely scan the magnetic stripe, so that card information of a user is stolen; moreover, when one-time card reading is unsuccessful, repeated card reading cannot be performed, and the success rate of card reading is not high.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a card reading magnetic head device and a self-service terminal anti-theft card reader aiming at overcoming the defects in the prior art and effectively avoiding the phenomenon of stealing and reading cards and improving the success rate of reading cards.
The invention discloses a card reading magnetic head device which is positioned in a self-service terminal, comprises a frame, a magnetic head and a magnetic head frame for fixing the magnetic head, and also comprises: and a driving mechanism for driving the magnetic head to move along the length direction of the magnetic strip of the card. This actuating mechanism is equipped with: a first motor; one end of the guide post is connected with the frame, and the other end of the guide post is connected with the magnetic head frame to guide the motion of the magnetic head; and the screw rod is connected with the magnetic head frame and the first motor and drives the magnetic head to do linear motion through the motion of the first motor.
The magnetic head frame is provided with a connecting hole matched with the guide post and a screw hole matched with the screw rod, and guides the motion of the magnetic head. The driving mechanism further comprises a first synchronous belt which is connected with the first motor and the screw rod and drives the screw rod to rotate.
The self-service terminal is provided with a card inserting opening and a conveying device capable of conveying the card to a readable position; the rack is provided with a card inlet corresponding to the card inserting port.
The invention also provides an anti-theft card reader of the self-service terminal, wherein the self-service terminal comprises a shell; this self-service terminal theftproof card reader includes: the card inserting port is matched with the long side direction of the card and can be used for transversely inserting the card; a transfer device disposed at an end of the housing adjacent to the card insertion opening for transferring the card to a readable position; and the card reading magnetic head device.
The said transfer device and direction adaptation of inserting card, include:
a second motor;
the transmission wheel is connected with the second motor and rotates along with the second motor;
and the pressing wheel is arranged in parallel with the conveying wheel and is separated from the gap capable of conveying the card.
The conveying device further comprises a second synchronous belt which is connected with a second motor and a driving wheel and drives the driving wheel to rotate.
The self-service terminal anti-theft card reader can transversely insert a card into the card inserting port and read the card by utilizing the movable card reading magnetic head device and the card inserting port into which the card can be transversely inserted, thereby effectively avoiding the case that the card stealing reader is arranged at the card inserting port to steal and read the magnetic card information; in addition, the card can be repeatedly read through the movable card reading magnetic head device, and the card reading success rate is improved.

Detailed Description
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Fig. 1 shows a card reading method in the prior art. As shown in figure 1, the card 1 is equipped with the magnetic stripe 2, steals card reader 3 and sets up in self service terminal 4's card inserting card slot department, with the adaptation of magnetic stripe 2, vertically inserts self service terminal 4 along the arrow direction when card 1, steals card reader 3 and can completely scan magnetic stripe 2 to steal the information of getting card 1.
It should be noted that, in the present invention, the card 1 may be a bank card or a telephone card, and all cards storing information through a magnetic stripe are in this range; the self-service terminal can be self-service transaction terminal equipment such as an ATM (automatic Teller machine), a telephone card recharging machine and the like.
FIG. 2 shows the structure of the magnetic card reading head assembly 10 according to one embodiment of the present invention. The card reading head device 10 includes a drive mechanism 11, a magnetic head 12 for reading a card, a head holder 13 for holding the magnetic head 12, and a frame 14. The driving mechanism 11 is connected with the head frame 13 and comprises a first motor 111, a first synchronous belt 112 for conducting the motion of the first motor 111, a guide post 113 and a screw 114; wherein,
the head holder 13 can hold the magnetic head 12, and is provided with a coupling hole 131 slidably coupled to the guide post 113 and a screw hole 132 adapted to the screw 114. The screw 114 is engaged with the screw hole 132 and is connected to the first motor 111 through the first timing belt 112. When the first motor 111 rotates, the first synchronous belt 112 drives the screw 114 to rotate, and drives the magnetic head 12 to move through the screw hole 132 engaged with the screw 114, so as to scan the magnetic card.
The guide post 113 is located on one side of the screw 114, and has a shaft parallel to the screw 114 and fitted into the connection hole 131 with a clearance, so as to guide the movement of the magnetic head 12. In one embodiment, when the screw 114 drives the head frame 13 to move, the guiding column 113 controls the head frame 13 to move linearly along the column body.
In one embodiment, a sliding bearing may be further provided, fixedly connected to the head frame 13, instead of the connection hole 131; a nut may also be provided fixedly attached to head frame 13 in place of threaded bore 132 to engage threaded rod 114 for movement.
The rack 14 is provided with a card insertion slot 141 corresponding to the position of the card insertion slot of the self-service terminal 4, and a card is inserted into the magnetic head 12.
For example, in an embodiment, the length direction of the guide post 113 and the screw 114 is consistent with the length direction of the magnetic stripe, when the first motor 111 drives the screw 114 to rotate, the screw 132 engaged with the screw 114 on the head frame 13 can drive the magnetic head 12 to move along the direction of the guide post 113, and the directions of the two guide posts 113 are consistent with the length direction of the magnetic stripe, so that the magnetic head 12 can completely scan the magnetic stripe.
The card reading magnetic head device 10 can be applied to the existing self-service terminal 4, the inserted card is scanned back and forth, the success rate of card reading is improved, for example, when the card reading is unsuccessful once, the card reading magnetic head device 10 can be arranged through the self-service terminal 4 to repeatedly read the card, and therefore the success rate of card reading is improved.
Fig. 3 shows the structure of the anti-theft card reader in the self-service terminal 4 in one embodiment of the invention. The anti-theft card reader comprises a card slot 20, a transmission device 21 and the card reading magnetic head device 10. The card insertion opening 20 is adapted to a long side of the card 1, and the card 1 can be inserted laterally, so that the card reading magnetic head device 10 can read information of the card 1.
The transport device 21 is provided with a second motor 22 (not shown) for transporting the card 1 to a readable position for reading the information of the card 1 by the magnetic head 12. The conveying distance of the conveying device 21 can be controlled by the positioning piece 15 provided on the frame 14. The spacer 15 is provided with a sensor between the transport means 21 and the card reading head means for sensing a position signal of the card 1 and generating a control signal for controlling the movement of the transport means 21. In one embodiment, when the card 1 is transported to a position where the magnetic head 12 can scan the magnetic stripe 2, the sensor on the positioning plate 15 senses the position signal of the card 1 and controls to turn off the second motor 22.
Due to the arrangement of the card inserting port 20 for the transverse insertion of the card, the card stealing and reading device can be prevented from reading complete magnetic stripe information, so that the occurrence of card stealing and reading cases can be effectively avoided.
As shown in fig. 4, when the card 1 is transversely inserted into the self-service terminal 4 of the present invention along the arrow direction in fig. 4, the card-stealing reader 3 arranged at the card insertion slot of the self-service terminal 4 cannot scan from one end to the other end of the magnetic stripe 2, so that the complete magnetic stripe information cannot be stolen.
In order to better explain the anti-theft card reader of the self-service terminal of the invention, fig. 5 shows the structure of the conveying device 21 in the above embodiment. The conveyor 21 is located inside the housing of the self-service terminal 4 at an end near the card slot 20 and comprises a second motor 22, a second timing belt 23, a drive wheel 25 and a pinch roller 24.
There is a gap between the drive wheel 25 and the pressure wheel 24, which gap fits the card 1. The drive wheel 25 can rotate over the pressure roller 24 and, by means of a relative movement with the pressure roller 24, transports the card 1 to a readable position.
For example, the card 1 is inserted into the housing 11 through the card insertion slot 20, and one end of the card 1 is positioned in the gap between the driving wheel 25 and the pressing wheel 24. When the driving wheel 25 rotates on the housing 11, the card 1 is driven by the driving wheel 25 to move to the positioning plate 15 by the friction force of the driving wheel 25 and the pressing wheel 24.
The above card transport device 21 further includes a second motor 22. One end of the second motor 22 is connected to a second timing belt 23. The second timing belt 23 is connected to the transmission wheel 25. The second timing belt 23 in this embodiment is configured and functions to conduct the movement of the motor as the first timing belt 112 in the card reading head device described above.
When the card 1 is inserted into the card inserting opening 20, the self-service terminal 4 generates a control signal to control the second motor 22 to rotate, and the card 1 is sucked into the anti-theft card reader of the self-service terminal; when the card is in an abnormal state or the self-service terminal device receives a card withdrawing control signal, the self-service terminal 4 generates the control signal to control the rotation of the second motor 22 to withdraw the card 1.
The above-mentioned technology of controlling the rotation of the second motor 22 to suck and eject the card is known in the art and will not be described in detail herein.

4. A card reading head assembly according to claim 3 wherein the self-service terminal is provided with a card slot and a transport assembly for transporting a card to a readable location; the rack is provided with a card inlet corresponding to the card inserting port.

The self-service terminal anti-theft card reader according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the magnetic head device comprises a magnetic head frame, which is provided with a connecting hole matched with the guide post and a screw hole matched with the screw rod for guiding the movement of the magnetic head.
