本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种通过超声波压点处理的吸油材料,其特征是:包括蓬松的亲油聚烯烃类纤维材料,蓬松的亲油聚烯烃类纤维材料中设有超声波压点,压点的压实面积占总面积的0.5~1.5%。
蓬松的亲油聚烯烃类纤维材料表面设有面层。面层为无纺布材料层。亲油聚烯烃类纤维材料为聚丙烯纤维材料。亲油聚烯烃类纤维材料的细度为2~20μm。
本发明结构合理,制造简单,利用蓬松的亲油聚烯烃类纤维材料,具有优异的吸油性能。

1.一种通过超声波压点处理的吸油材料,其特征是:包括蓬松的亲油聚烯烃类纤维材料,蓬松的亲油聚烯烃类纤维材料中设有超声波压点,压点的压实面积占总面积的0.5~1.5%;蓬松的亲油聚烯烃类纤维材料表面设有面层,面层为无纺布材料层。
