冷熔成型运动头盔
技术领域
本发明涉及一种运动头盔的制作方法,特别是一种冷熔成型运动头盔(cold fusion in-mould helmets)。
背景技术
运动头盔如脚踏车头盔(bicycle helmets)、溜冰盔(skate helmets)、滑雪盔(snow helmets)、登山盔(climbing helmets)及马盔(riding helmets)的结构多大同小异。但如采用一体成型结构的高级头盔,其外壳为PC制成的壳体,在外壳内部装填有质轻且软的材料层形成内盔与头部接触。当发生碰撞时,质轻且软的内盔将担负吸震缓冲的作用。
上述外盔所采用的材料一般以高单价PC居多。由于原物料成本随着石油价格不断攀升而居高不下,厂商必须以较低廉的材料来因应制造成本的增加,而PVC、PET、PETG即是被锁定的替代材料。由于上述廉价替代材料均具有不耐高温的物性,因此在成型的过程中必须以较低温度进行蒸熔方能完成。
发明内容
缘是,本发明主要在于提供一种冷熔成型运动头盔,是将不耐高温的塑料片上单边粘贴耐高温的覆盖膜后经印刷、吸塑、切边切孔等工序制成外盔壳体;将已成型好的外盔壳体,与预先成型的内盔共同置于成型机的模具中,以较低压力、较低温度、较短时间蒸熔成一体成型的运动头盔。

具体实施方式
本发明的目的可通过下面的技术方案加以实现:
在不耐高温的塑料片如PVC、PET、PETG上单边粘贴耐高温(约120℃)的覆盖膜(protective tape)后经过印刷、吸塑、切边切孔等工序制成外盔壳体;
将已成型好的PVC、PET、PETG外盔壳体,与已成型的发泡性聚苯乙烯(Expandable Polystyrene;EPS)内盔共同置于成型机的模具中,以较低压力(0.5±0.1bar)、较低温度(110±2℃)、较短时间(168±5sec)蒸熔成一体成型运动头盔。
以上述冷熔成型制成的运动头盔,能获得与传统高单价PC外盔一样的外观、功能、碰撞防护力及耐冲击性。
以上述冷熔成型制成的运动头盔,因PVC、PET、PETG外盔与EPS内盔一体成型毫无空隙,藉此均匀分散碰撞后的应力以保护头部安全。
以上述冷熔成型制成的运动头盔,能避免PVC、PET、PETG外盔用胶水或胶带结合EPS内盔,不耐太阳日晒而变形的缺点。

Claims (5)

1.一种冷熔成型运动头盔,其特征在于:将不耐高温的塑料片上单边粘贴耐高温的覆盖膜后经印刷、吸塑、切边切孔等工序制成外盔壳体;将已成型好的外盔壳体,与预先成型的内盔共同置于成型机的模具中,以压力0.5±0.1bar、温度110±2℃、时间168±5sec蒸熔成一体成型的运动头盔。
2.如权利要求1所述的冷熔成型运动头盔,其特征在于:该外盔壳体材料为PVC。
3.如权利要求1所述的冷熔成型运动头盔,其特征在于:该外盔壳体材料为PET。
4.如权利要求1所述的冷熔成型运动头盔,其特征在于:该外盔壳体材料为PETG。
5.如权利要求1所述的冷熔成型运动头盔,其特征在于:该内盔材料为EPS。
