技术领域
本发明涉及一种特别是用于尤其是车辆的空气调节、调整和制冷系统的管配件。
背景技术
如人们所知,目前人们越来越关注减小温室效应,这迫使人们不断地寻求旨在减少流体传输管线的泄漏的对于流体传输管线的创新方案。特别是,配件的一个关键部位是橡胶软管(其主要具有由热塑性材料制成的基层,即最内层)与刚性管线(主要是金属管线)之间的连接界面。
如人们所知,空气调节、制冷以及调节系统的柔性管线通常使用带有热塑性材料基层的低渗透性软管。
在这些情况中,为了确保在软管与配件之间界面对制冷气体的气密性,可以使用两种独立的技术:
-采用由弹性体材料制成的密封环的方案,被称作“通过弹性环获得的密封”;
-涂敷于插入件的粘结剂溶液,其用作软管与配件之间界面处的填料,粘附于刚性插入件,但不粘附于软管的内表面,被称作“采用填料溶液的密封。”
图1示出第一方案,在该方案中,一个或多个弹性环3插置在橡胶软管1与刚性插入件2之间并因此插置在刚性插入件2与软管1的内表面之间。
借助于弹性环来形成的密封的优点是,相比借助于粘结剂来形成密封的方案更坚固且更可靠,这是因为这些部件在变形下的弹性反作用力能够随着时间的过去而补偿橡胶软管壁的弹性特性的自然变差。
不过,缺点是气体会穿过弹性环3向外部环境渗透。
借助于粘结剂溶液来形成的密封,如图2所示,其中粘结剂溶液4布置在软管1与刚性插入件2之间,基本上在插入件2中,其优点是可浸透软管1与刚性插入件2之间的界面处的微孔,并且,由于这样的界面沿着接触表面的大部分延伸,气密性比采用前述方案的弹性环3要好。
不过,由于粘结剂溶液4与橡胶软管1的内热塑性层之间没有粘结作用,软管壁的弹性特性随着时间的过去自然变差必定会伴随有界面处的密封压缩减小,直至粘结剂溶液4部分地与橡胶软管1的壁分开,导致气体从管道泄漏出去。
发明内容
本发明的目标是提供一种特别是用于空气调节、调整和制冷系统的管配件,该管配件可提供对于管道内其它的高气密性且随着时间过去仍可确保配件的可靠性。
在此目标之下,本发明的目的是提供一种管配件,该管配件可避免气体由于软管的老化并因此由于橡胶软管壁的弹性特性的自然变差而从软管渗透出来。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种管配件,其中通过联接软管而获得的组装成本比采用弹性环的方案低。
本发明的再一目的是提供一种管配件,该管配件高度可靠,相对易于提供,且成本具有竞争性。
该目标以及这些和其它目的将在下文中变得更清楚,它们通过一种用于带有热塑性基层的类型的橡胶软管的管配件来实现,,该管配件特别是用于尤其是车辆和类似物的空气调节、调整以及制冷系统,该管配件包括适于插入所要连接的软管的刚性插入件以及适于围绕所述软管夹紧的钟形元件,其特点是,它包括双面粘结剂溶液,其布置在所述刚性插入件的外表面上,并适于在所述刚性插入件与橡胶软管的所述内层的所述热塑性材料之间产生粘结作用。

具体实施方式
参见图3,由于在前文已描述和讨论了图1和2,并且在所有的附图中对相同的元件使用相同的附图标记,对于带有设有相应钟形元件5的刚性插入件2的软管1,根据本发明的配件包括使用双面粘结剂溶液6,该双面粘结剂溶液布置在刚性插入件2的表面上,并能与两个界面,即刚性插入件2的表面和带有热塑性材料制成的基层的橡胶软管1的内表面7,都产生粘结作用。
使用双面粘结剂溶液6可将前述两种现有技术方案的优点相结合,这是因为,由于与两个表面的粘结作用,与软管1和插入件2成为一体(不管橡胶软管壁的弹性特性如何自然变差),从而能在管道内产生高气密性且同时具有可靠的耐用性。
有利的是,仅借助于非限制性的表示,作为双面粘结剂,可以是指慢聚合溶液(在环境温度下至少6÷12小时),包含酚醛树脂、甲醛系共聚物、乙酸乙烯酯、丙烯酸系聚合物、二甲苯、乙苯、异丙醇、甲醇、甲基乙基酮、乙醇等。
由于以下两因素的组合而产生与橡胶软管1的热塑性基底的粘结作用:
-在配件夹紧过程中产生的压力;以及
-在预设时间和温度下(例如室温下一天)的后续保持。
因此,根据本发明的配件能提供一种密封系统,该系统可降低热调整系统制冷剂气体的泄漏水平,并在产品的整个使用寿命中都能做到这样的降低,且同时能相对于前面描述的采用弹性环的解决方案进一步降低组装成本。
实际上,已发现,因为根据本发明的配件能减少排放入大气的有害排放物且同时能降低成本,所以它完全实现了所想要的目标和目的。
如此构思的配件容许有许多修改和变型,所有这些修改和变型均落入本发明概念的范围内;所有的细节可进一步以其它技术上等效的元件来替代。
实际上,所使用的材料以及可能的形状和尺寸可根据要求和技术水平而为任何材料以及形状和尺寸。
当在任何权利要求中提及的技术特征后跟有附图标记时,仅是为了增加权利要求的可理解度而包括这些附图标记的,因此,这样的附图标记对由这样的附图标记以举例方式标示的每个元件的解释不具有任何限制作用。

Claims (3)

1.一种用于橡胶软管的管配件,所述橡胶软管为带有热塑性基层的类型,所述管配件特别是用于尤其是车辆及类似物的空气调节、调整以及制冷系统,所述管配件包括适于插入所要连接的软管的刚性插入件以及适于围绕所述软管夹紧的钟形元件,其特征在于,所述管配件包括双面粘结剂溶液,所述双面粘结剂溶液布置在所述刚性插入件的外表面上,并适于在所述刚性插入件与所述橡胶软管的所述内层的所述热塑性材料之间产生粘结作用。
2.如权利要求1所述的配件,其特征在于,所述刚性插入件和所述橡胶软管由于所述双面粘结剂溶液提供的粘结作用而构成整体。
3.一种用于连接带有热塑性材料制成的基层的橡胶软管的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
提供刚性插入件;
提供适于夹紧在所述软管上的钟形元件;
将双面粘结剂溶液布置在所述刚性插入件的外表面上;
将所述配件夹紧到所述软管上;
在预设温度下将所述软管保持连接一段预设的时间。
