Abstract
The invention discloses a method for acquiring user information. The method comprises that: after receiving first request message sent by a user terminal for accessing a website server, the website server acquires a user ID of the user terminal from the user terminal, and acquires corresponding user information from an instant messaging server by using the user ID; therefore, when a client anonymously accesses the website server, the website server also can acquire the detailed user information of the client and actively provides accurate website service to the client according to the user information so as to greatly promote the service quality, increase the client attractive force of the website and further improve the gain of the website to a certain extent. The invention discloses a communication device and a communication system at the same time.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of communications, and in particular, to a method, an apparatus, and a system for acquiring user information.
Background
With the development of technology, websites providing e-commerce services are increasing day by day, competition among e-commerce websites is becoming more and more intense, and how to strive for more customer resources becomes the most concerned problem of each e-commerce website.
At present, most of clients generally adopt an anonymous access mode when accessing an e-commerce website, namely browsing website contents without logging in the website, but in the prior art, each e-commerce website can only obtain user information of the client under the condition that the client logs in the website and provides corresponding services for the client according to the user information, so that a large number of clients which log in anonymously are not used as potential client resources. Therefore, how to obtain the user information of the client under the condition that the client anonymously accesses the electronic commerce website and provide accurate electronic commerce service for the client according to the user information becomes a problem that each electronic commerce website needs to solve firstly because more client resources are strived for.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a method, a device and a system for acquiring user information, which are used for acquiring accurate user information under the condition that a client anonymously accesses an electronic commerce website.
The embodiment of the invention provides the following specific technical scheme:
a method of obtaining user information, comprising:
after receiving a first request message which is sent by a user terminal and used for accessing the website server, the website server sends a second request message which is used for acquiring a user Identification (ID) to the user terminal, and the user terminal logs in an instant messaging server by using the user ID;
the website server receives a user ID returned by a user terminal and sends a third request message for acquiring user information to the instant messaging server, wherein the third request message carries the user ID;
and the instant communication server receives the third request message, acquires corresponding user information according to the user ID, and returns the user information to the website server.
A communication device, comprising:
the communication device comprises a first communication unit, a second communication unit and a communication control unit, wherein the first communication unit is used for receiving a first request message which is sent by a user terminal and used for accessing the communication device and sending a second request message for acquiring a user Identification (ID) to the user terminal; the user terminal logs in an instant messaging server by using the user ID;
the second communication unit is used for receiving the user ID returned by the user terminal and sending a third request message for acquiring user information to the instant communication server, wherein the third request message carries the user ID;
and the third communication unit is used for receiving the user information returned by the instant messaging server.
A communication system, comprising:
the user terminal is used for sending a first request message for accessing the website server to the website server, receiving a second request message which is sent by the website server and is used for acquiring a user ID, and sending the user ID to the website server after the user ID is acquired; the user terminal logs in an instant messaging server by using the user ID;
the website server is used for receiving the first request message sent by the user terminal, issuing the second request message to the user terminal, and sending a third request message for acquiring user information to the instant messaging server after receiving the user ID returned by the user terminal, wherein the third request message carries the user ID;
and the instant messaging server is used for receiving the third request message sent by the website server, acquiring corresponding user information according to the user ID carried by the third request message, and returning the user information to the website server.
In this embodiment, after receiving a first request message sent by a user terminal for accessing a local website server, a website server obtains a user ID of the user terminal for logging in an instant messaging server from the user terminal, and obtains corresponding user information from the instant messaging server by using the user ID; therefore, when a client anonymously accesses the website server, the website server can also obtain the detailed user information of the client and actively provide accurate website service for the client according to the user information, so that the service quality is greatly improved, the client attraction of the website is increased, and the website income is further improved to a certain extent.

Detailed Description
When a client anonymously accesses a website providing electronic commerce service, in order to obtain accurate user information, in the embodiment of the invention, a website server receives a first request message which is sent by a user terminal and used for accessing the website server, and then sends a second request message used for obtaining a user Identification (ID) to the user terminal; the website server receives a user ID returned by a user terminal and sends a third request message for acquiring user information to the instant messaging server, wherein the third request message carries the user ID; and the instant communication server acquires corresponding user information according to the user ID carried in the third request message, and returns the user information to the website server.
Therefore, when a client anonymously accesses an electronic commerce website, the website server can obtain accurate user information of the client from the instant messaging server according to the user ID used when the client logs in the instant messaging server, and provide accurate website service for the client according to the user information.
In the above scheme, the user ID returned by the user terminal to the website server may be an identity used when the user terminal logs in the instant messaging server, or may be identification information specially set for obtaining user information.
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, the communication system includes a user terminal 10, a website server 11, and an instant messaging server 12; wherein,
the user terminal 10 is configured to send a first request message for access to the web server 11, receive a second request message issued by the web server 11 and used for acquiring a user ID, and send the user ID to the web server 11 after acquiring the user ID; wherein, the user terminal 10 logs in the instant communication server 12 by using the user ID;
the website server 11 is configured to receive the first request message sent by the user terminal 10, issue the second request message to the user terminal 10, and send a third request message for acquiring user information to the instant messaging server 12 after receiving a user ID returned by the user terminal 10, where the third request message carries the user ID;
the instant messaging server 12 is configured to receive a third request message sent by the website server 11, obtain corresponding user information according to the user ID carried in the third request message, and return the user information to the website server 11.
Referring to fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, the website server 11 includes a first communication unit 110, a second communication unit 111, and a third communication unit 112; wherein,
a first communication unit 110, configured to receive a first request message sent by the user terminal 10 to access the local website server 11, and send a second request message for obtaining a user identifier ID to the user terminal 10; the user terminal logs in an instant messaging server by using the user ID;
a second communication unit 111, configured to receive a user ID returned by the user terminal 10, and send a third request message for obtaining user information to the instant messaging server 12, where the third request message carries the user ID;
and a third communication unit 112, configured to receive the user information returned by the instant messaging server 12.
The web server 11 may further include a first processing unit 113 and a second processing unit 114, wherein,
the first processing unit 113 is configured to, after the third communication unit 112 receives the user information returned by the instant messaging server 12, determine a background management terminal having a service connection with the user terminal 10 according to the user information, and connect the background management terminal with the user terminal.
The second processing unit 114 is configured to, after the third communication unit 112 receives the user information returned by the instant messaging server 12, determine a mailbox address or/and a mobile phone number of the user according to the user information, and send the latest product information to the mailbox or/and the mobile phone of the user.
Based on the above system architecture, in the embodiment of the present invention, it is assumed that the website server 11 is a background server of an e-commerce website a (hereinafter, referred to as website a), and the instant messaging server 12 is a background server of the instant messaging software a; most clients of website a are engaged with other clients through instant messaging software a on their user terminals 10, and user information filled in by each client when registering the ID number of instant messaging software a is stored on instant messaging server 12, and the user information may include but is not limited to the following: the name of the user, the age of the user, the name of the company to which the user belongs, the title of the user, the contact information of the user, and the like, may be one of them or any combination thereof.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after the client a logs in the instant messaging server 12 through the user terminal 10, the instant messaging software a installed on the user terminal 10 stores an ID number (hereinafter referred to as ID a) used by the client a when logging in on the user terminal 10, so that when the client a accesses the website a without logging in (also referred to as anonymous access), the website server 11 can obtain the user information of the client a by obtaining the ID a. Referring to fig. 3, in the embodiment of the present invention, in a case that the client a accesses the website a anonymously, a detailed flow of the website server 11 obtaining the user information of the client a is as follows:
step 300: the client a anonymously accesses the website a through the user terminal 10, and in this process, the user terminal 10 transmits an access request message to the website server 11.
Step 310: the website server 11 sends an inquiry message (also referred to as a get user ID request message) to the user terminal 10 to detect whether the user terminal 10 stores an ID number, i.e., ID a, used when the client a logs in the instant messaging server.
Step 320: when the user terminal 10 determines that there is a pre-stored IDA locally, the IDA is acquired.
In practical applications, if the user terminal 10 determines that there is no ID a pre-stored locally, a corresponding notification message is returned to the web server 11, and after receiving the notification message, the web server 11 receives the access of the client a according to a normal flow. In the present embodiment, only the case where ID a exists will be described as an example.
Step 330: the user terminal 10 returns a response message carrying ID a to the web server 11.
Step 340: the website server 11 sends an obtaining request message carrying the ID a to the instant messaging server 12 to obtain the user information pre-stored corresponding to the ID a.
On the other hand, the acquisition request message may also carry identification information of the website server 11, where the identification information includes, but is not limited to, the following: domain name, IP address, keys and digital certificates, etc.
Step 350: the instant communication server 12 locally acquires the user information of the client a according to the ID a carried in the acquisition request message.
If the obtaining request message also carries the identification information of the website server 11, the instant messaging server 12, after obtaining the user information pre-stored in the corresponding IDA, first performs authentication on the website server 11 according to the identification information, and after determining that the website server 11 passes the authentication, obtains the corresponding user information according to the ID a.
In this embodiment, the instant messaging server 12 may store the user information of the client a locally or on a special functional entity, and the step 350 is only described in the first case as an example.
Step 360: the instant messaging server 12 sends an acquisition response message carrying the user information of the client a to the web server 11.
Step 370: the web server 11 returns an access response message to the user terminal 10.
In practical applications, step 370 may be sent in any time period after step 300, and this embodiment is described by taking only one case as an example.
Step 380: the web server 11 performs corresponding subsequent processing for the access of the client a based on the obtained user information of the client a.
In this embodiment, the subsequent processing performed by the website server 11 according to the user information of the client a may include, but is not limited to, the following:
for example, the name of the company to which the client a belongs is recorded in the user information of the client a: the first company, the website server 11 determines the device ID and the network address of the background management terminal that provides business consulting services for the first company according to the company name, and connects the user terminal 10 of the client a with the background management terminal, so that the client a can obtain the required business information in time.
For another example, the user information of the client a records an email box of the client a, so that the website server 11 can actively send the latest product information to the email box of the client a by mail, so that the client a can know the latest development of the product at any time.
For another example, the user information of the client a records the mobile phone number of the client a, so that the website server 11 can actively send the latest market demand information to the mobile phone of the client a in a short message manner, so that the client a can obtain effective market information in time, or the website server 11 can also send the mobile phone number of the client a to a background management terminal to be presented to relevant background management personnel, and the background management personnel can directly perform service negotiation with the client a through a telephone, so that the business operation time of the client a is saved to a certain extent.
On the other hand, after the website server 11 obtains the user information of the client a, the information can be automatically stored, compared with a manual entry mode, the processing time is saved to a great extent, and the worker efficiency is improved.
To sum up, in the embodiment of the present invention, after receiving an access request message sent by a user terminal 10 and used for accessing the website server 11, the website server 11 acquires a user ID of the user terminal 10 from the user terminal 10, and acquires corresponding user information from the instant messaging server 12 by using the user ID; therefore, when a client anonymously accesses the website server 11, the website server 11 can also obtain the detailed user information of the client and actively provide accurate website service for the client according to the user information, so that the service quality is greatly improved, the client attraction of the website is increased, and the website income is further improved to a certain extent.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the embodiments of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, provided that such modifications and variations in the embodiments of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the embodiments of the present invention are intended to include such modifications and variations as well.
Claims (15)
1. A method of obtaining user information, comprising the steps of:
after receiving a first request message which is sent by a user terminal and used for accessing the website server, the website server sends a second request message which is used for acquiring a user identification ID to the user terminal;
the website server receives a user ID returned by the user terminal and sends a third request message for acquiring user information to the instant messaging server, wherein the third request message carries the user ID;
and the instant communication server receives the third request message, acquires corresponding user information according to the user ID, and returns the user information to the website server.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the user ID is an identity used when the user terminal logs in to the instant messaging server.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein if the third request message carries identification information of the web server, the instant messaging server obtains the user information after performing identity authentication on the web server according to the identification information.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the user terminal, after receiving the second request message, determines whether a pre-stored user ID for accessing the instant messaging server is stored locally, and if so, returns the user ID to the website server; otherwise, the website server is informed that no preset user ID exists locally.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the user information comprises one or any combination of a user name, a user age, a name of a company to which the user belongs, a user title, a user mailbox address, and a user telephone number.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1-4, characterized in that after receiving the user information returned by the instant messaging server, the website server determines a background management terminal in service contact with the user terminal according to the user information, and connects the background management terminal with the user terminal.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein if the user information includes a mailbox address or/and a mobile phone number of a user, the website server sends the latest product information to the mailbox or/and the mobile phone of the user after receiving the user information.
8. A communications apparatus, comprising:
the communication device comprises a first communication unit, a second communication unit and a communication control unit, wherein the first communication unit is used for receiving a first request message which is sent by a user terminal and used for accessing the communication device and sending a second request message for acquiring a user Identification (ID) to the user terminal;
the second communication unit is used for receiving the user ID returned by the user terminal and sending a third request message for acquiring user information to the instant communication server, wherein the third request message carries the user ID;
and the third communication unit is used for receiving the user information returned by the instant messaging server.
9. The communications apparatus of claim 8, further comprising:
and the first processing unit is used for determining a background management terminal which has business contact with the user terminal according to the user information after the third communication unit receives the user information returned by the instant communication server, and connecting the background management terminal with the user terminal.
10. The communications apparatus of claim 9, further comprising:
and the second processing unit is used for determining the mailbox address or/and the mobile phone number of the user according to the user information after the third communication unit receives the user information returned by the instant messaging server, and sending the latest product information to the mailbox or/and the mobile phone of the user.
11. A communication system, comprising:
the user terminal is used for sending a first request message for accessing the website server to the website server, receiving a second request message which is sent by the website server and is used for acquiring a user ID, and sending the user ID to the website server after the user ID is acquired;
the website server is used for receiving the first request message sent by the user terminal, issuing the second request message to the user terminal, and sending a third request message for acquiring user information to the instant messaging server after receiving the user ID returned by the user terminal, wherein the third request message carries the user ID;
and the instant messaging server is used for receiving the third request message sent by the website server, acquiring corresponding user information according to the user ID carried by the third request message, and returning the user information to the website server.
12. The communication system according to claim 11, wherein if the third request message carries identification information of the web server, the instant messaging server obtains the user information after performing authentication on the web server according to the identification information.
13. The communication system according to claim 12, wherein the user terminal, after receiving the second request message, determines whether a user ID pre-stored for accessing the instant messaging server is stored locally, and if so, returns the user ID to the website server; otherwise, the website server is informed that no preset user ID exists locally.
14. The communication system according to claim 11, 12 or 13, wherein the website server determines a background management terminal in service contact with the user terminal according to the user information after receiving the user information returned by the instant messaging server, and connects the background management terminal with the user terminal.
15. The communication system according to claim 11, 12 or 13, wherein the website server determines the mailbox address or/and the mobile phone number of the user according to the user information after receiving the user information returned by the instant messaging server, and sends the latest product information to the mailbox or/and the mobile phone of the user.
