The 5G message general access system is characterized by comprising a capability management center, a tenant management module, a subscription module, a template management module, a flow control module, a service network management module, an internal and external network conversion module, an address book module and an intelligent reply module;
the capacity management center is used for managing the system capacity and inquiring the system capacity;
the tenant management module is used for registering a consumption system and issuing an access token;
the subscription module is used for searching available system capacity of the consumption system, checking request addresses, request parameters and response results of the capacities, and verifying and testing 5G message capacity;
the template management module is used for supporting a 5G message general and management template;
the flow control module is used for setting the request times of each tenant in unit time;
the service network management module is used for providing an entrance for sending the 5G message for the tenant;
the internal and external network conversion module is used for supporting the 5G message capability of the tenant for calling the Internet in the Intranet environment;
the address book module is used for maintaining common receiving user information of each tenant;
the intelligent reply module is used for supporting after-sales operation of each service domain system and supporting common problem answering.
2. The 5G message universal access system of claim 1, wherein the tenant management module comprises a tenant management unit, a tenant creation unit, and a tenant token monitoring unit;
the tenant management unit is used for performing new addition management, modification management and query management on tenants;
the tenant creating unit is used for creating basic information and address information of the tenant;
the tenant token monitoring unit is used for monitoring the generation process, the issuing process and the cancellation process of the access token.
3. The 5G message universal access system of claim 1, wherein the subscription module comprises a capability manifest unit, a capability verification unit, and a capability test unit;
the capability list unit is used for providing all the capabilities of the system for the lessees to review;
the capability verification unit is used for verifying the capability selected by the tenant;
the capability test unit is used for testing the capability selected by the tenant.

The 5G message universal access system of claim 1, wherein the template management module comprises a universal text template management unit, a video template management unit, a voice template management unit, a personalized template management unit, and a statistical monitoring template management unit;
the general text template management unit is used for carrying out new addition management, modification management, deletion management and view management on the general text templates;
the video template management unit is used for carrying out new addition management, modification management, deletion management and view management on the video templates;
the voice template management unit is used for carrying out new addition management, modification management, deletion management and view management on the voice templates;
the personalized template management unit is used for creating and maintaining the personalized template;
the statistic monitoring template management unit is used for counting the service condition of each template.
5. The 5G message universal access system of claim 1, wherein the flow control module comprises a flow monitoring unit and a flow statistics analysis unit;
the flow monitoring unit is used for monitoring the data flow;
the flow statistics analysis unit is used for counting the flow use condition of each tenant.
6. The 5G message universal access system of claim 1, wherein the service network management module comprises a message authentication unit and a flow control unit;
the message authentication unit is used for verifying the compliance of the message;
the flow control unit is used for controlling abnormal flow.
7. The 5G message universal access system of claim 1, wherein the internal and external network conversion module comprises a message routing unit, a message format conversion unit, a protocol exchange unit, and a service orchestration unit;
the message routing unit is used for routing different services according to different message contents to perform request processing;
the message format conversion unit is used for converting the message from a first data format to a second data format and adapting the data format of a user and a service provider;
the protocol exchange unit is used for carrying out adaptation exchange on different systems by using different communication protocols so as to enable service users and service providers to communicate with each other;
the service arrangement unit is used for combining the business specific services to create a higher-level combined service.
8. The 5G message universal access system of claim 1, wherein the address book module comprises an address book management unit and an address book maintenance unit;
the address book management unit is used for supporting the information display and viewing of the address book;
the address book maintenance unit is used for maintaining address book information.
9. The 5G message universal access system of claim 1, wherein the intelligent reply template comprises an operation and maintenance customer service unit and a knowledge base management unit;
the operation and maintenance customer service unit is used for providing on-line reply service for common operation and maintenance problems;
the knowledge base management unit is used for presenting 5G related knowledge content.
10. A 5G message access method, wherein the 5G message access method is applied to the 5G message universal access system of any one of 1 to 9, and comprises:
receiving access requests of all service systems, and returning a capability list for all service systems according to all access requests;
determining the subscribed system capacity of each service system in the capacity list, and generating capacity access tokens of each service system according to the system capacity of each service system;
and accessing each service system to the 5G message general access system, and returning a capacity access token for each service system.
