Abstract

本发明涉及一种显示器,其包括一个显示屏、一个支座、一个转动部、一个第一螺钉。所述支座具有一个与显示屏连接的安装端,所述转动部设置于所述安装端。所述转动部上开设一个第一通孔。所述显示屏上具有一个与所述第一通孔对应的凸块,所述凸块插入所述第一通孔且通过所述第一螺钉将所述凸块与所述转动部锁紧,以使显示屏固定至转动部上。上述显示器,通过一个第一螺钉将显示屏的凸块与转动部锁紧。结构简单,拆装时,只需旋转第一螺钉解除锁定便可将显示屏与支座分离,拆装容易。

本发明涉及一种显示器。
背景技术
在信息技术快速发展的今天,电脑已经成为人们工作、学习、娱乐等方面不可或缺的工具。电脑不仅在工业、商业、农业等方面得到应用,同时在教育、军事及科研等多领域均得到广泛应用,可以说,电脑的使用给人们的工作、生活带来极大的方便。电脑的基本构造已经为人们熟知,电脑大致可分为台式电脑、笔记本电脑及掌上电脑,其中应用最为普遍的是台式电脑。台式电脑使用的显示器主要分两种,一种是阴极射线管显示器,另一种是液晶显示器。早期的电脑主要采用阴极射线管显示器,这种显示器由于装有显像管,体积较大,随着电子产业的快速发展,这种阴极射线管显示器已被体积小的液晶显示器所取代。
现有的液晶显示器包括一个显示屏和一个支撑该显示屏的支座,这种液晶显示器的显示屏与支座的位置相对固定,显示屏的角度和高度不能改变,后来的液晶显示器发展成其支座可以根据不同使用者的要求自己调节显示屏的角度,但是,上述支座与显示屏之间的连接结构较复杂,不易拆装。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种容易拆装的显示器。
一种显示器,其包括一个显示屏、一个支座、一个转动部、一个第一螺钉。所述支座具有一个与显示屏连接的安装端,所述转动部设置于所述安装端。所述转动部上开设一个第一通孔。所述显示屏上具有一个与所述第一通孔对应的凸块,所述凸块插入所述第一通孔且通过所述第一螺钉将所述凸块与所述转动部锁紧,以使显示屏固定至转动部上。
与现有技术相比,上述显示器,通过一个第一螺钉将显示屏的凸块与转动部锁紧。结构简单,拆装时,只需旋转第一螺钉解除锁定便可将显示屏与支座分离,因此,实现容易拆装。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的显示器做进一步的说明,举以下实施方式并配合附图进行详细说明如下。
请一并参阅图1及图2,为本发明实施方式提供的一种显示器10。该显示器10可以为液晶显示器也可以为有机发光显示器,本实施方式中以液晶显示器为例进行说明。该显示器10包括一个显示屏100、一个支座200、一个转动部300、一个第一螺钉400及至少两个第二螺钉500。
所述支座200具有一个与所述显示屏100相连接的安装端210,所述安装端210具有一个凹槽211,所述凹槽211具有两个相对的侧壁211a及一个连接两个侧壁211a的底面211b。
所述转动部300转动设置于所述安装端210的凹槽211内。所述转动部300上开设一个第一通孔310,所述第一通孔310的轴向与所述转动部300的转动轴向垂直。所述显示屏100上具有一个与所述第一通孔310对应的凸块110。所述转动部300沿其转动轴向开设一个第二通孔320。所述转动部300沿垂直于所述第二通孔320的轴向开设一个第一螺孔330,该第一螺孔330的轴线垂直于该第一通孔310的轴线与该转动部300的轴线所在的平面。所述凸块110穿过所述第一通孔310后且对应所述第一螺孔330开设一个第三螺孔111。所述凹槽211的远离所述显示屏100的侧壁211a上对应第一螺孔330开设一个第三通孔211c。
所述安装端210包括两个连接部212,所述连接部212对称设置在凹槽211内且位于所述转动部300的两侧。其中,每个连接部212在靠近所述转动部300的一侧凸设一个凸柱212a,两个凸柱212a从转动部300的两侧穿入所述第二通孔320,可以理解,两个凸柱212a的长度之和小于或者等于所述第二通孔320的长度,且所述凸柱212a的外径略小于所述第二通孔320的孔径。每个连接部212通过至少一个第二螺钉500固定至凹槽211内。本实施方式中,所述第二螺钉500的个数为六个,这样可以使结构更牢固。可以理解,每个连接部212上开设三个第二螺孔212b,所述凹槽211的底面211b上对应六个第二螺钉500设有六个第四螺孔(图未示)。
请进一步参阅图3,在组装过程中,先将两个连接部212的两个凸柱212a从所述转动部300的两侧穿入所述第二通孔320,再将两个连接部212及所述转动部300放入所述安装端210的凹槽211内,通过所述第二螺钉500依次穿过所述第二螺孔212b和所述第四螺孔将两个连接部212固定于所述凹槽211的底面211b上。然后将显示屏100上的凸块110插入所述第一通孔310内,最后用所述第一螺钉400透过第三通孔211c与第一螺孔330及第三螺孔111螺合将所述凸块110与所述转动部300锁紧,以使所述显示屏100固定至所述转动部300上。如此设置,可以通过所述凸块110带动所述转动部300沿两个凸柱212a旋转,从而实现调整所述显示屏100的角度。
上述显示器,通过一个第一螺钉400将显示屏100的凸块110与转动部300锁紧。结构简单,拆装时,只需旋转第一螺钉400解除锁定便可将显示屏100与支座200分离,拆装容易。
可以理解的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术构思做出其它各种相应的改变与变形,而所有这些改变与变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种显示器,其包括一个显示屏、一个支座及一个第一螺钉,所述支座具有一个与显示屏连接的安装端,其特征在于:所述显示器还包括一个转动设置于所述安装端的转动部,所述转动部上开设一个第一通孔,所述第一通孔的轴向与所述转动部的转动轴垂直,所述转动部上还开设有第一螺孔,该第一螺孔的轴线垂直于该第一通孔的轴线与该转动部的轴线所在的平面,所述显示屏上具有一个与所述第一通孔对应的凸块,所述凸块插入所述第一通孔且通过所述第一螺钉穿过所述第一螺孔将所述凸块与所述转动部锁紧,以使所述显示屏固定至所述转动部上。
2.如权利要求1所述的显示器,其特征在于:所述显示器为液晶显示器或者有机发光显示器。
3.如权利要求1所述的显示器,其特征在于:所述第一通孔的轴向与所述转动部的轴向垂直。
4.如权利要求1所述的显示器,其特征在于:所述安装端具有一个凹槽,所述转动部置于所述凹槽内。
5.如权利要求4所述的显示器,其特征在于:所述安装端包括两个连接部,所述连接部设置在凹槽内且位于所述转动部两侧。
6.如权利要求5所述的显示器,其特征在于:所述转动部沿其转动轴向开设一个第二通孔,每个连接部在靠近所述转动部的一侧凸设一个凸柱,所述凸柱从转动部的两侧穿入所述第二通孔。
