背景技术
涡旋压缩机正广泛地用在制冷压缩机应用中。在涡旋压缩机中,一对涡旋部件中的每个都具有基部和从所述基部延伸的通常为螺旋形的涡齿。涡齿相互配合以限定压缩室。电动马达驱动轴,轴通过非旋转联接驱动两个涡旋部件中的一个涡旋部件相对于另一个涡旋部件旋转。
有许多对基本涡旋压缩机设计的改进。在一种改进中,当与压缩机关联的制冷系统需要减小容量时,被部分地或完全地压缩的制冷剂可流回到吸气压力部以减小压缩机马达上的负载。这就是已知的旁路运转或卸载操作。
减小压缩机的容量的其它方式,比如对背压室的脉冲宽度进行调制,也是已知的。利用所有这些功能,压缩机上的扭矩被减小。
在所有已知的涡旋压缩机设计中,已经用到感应马达。感应马达在某一负荷扭矩处具有峰值效率,在所述负荷扭矩之上和在所述负荷扭矩之下效率降低。减小容量以节省能量的价值由于效率降低而稍微有些损失。
发明内容
在本发明的公开实施例中,具有某种减小容量的方式的涡旋压缩机设置有直接馈电永磁同步式马达。与现有技术中的感应马达相比,永磁马达具有更高的峰值效率和更平坦的效率对扭矩的曲线。
从以下的说明书和附图中可以最好地理解本发明的这些特征和其它特征,所述说明书和附图之后是简要描述。

具体实施方式
图1中示出了涡旋压缩机20。如图所示,马达定子22引起马达转子23旋转。当转子23旋转时,轴24被驱动旋转。如已知的那样,轴24引起公转涡旋部件26相对于非公转涡旋部件28公转。这里所述的组件容纳在壳体30内。吸气管32接收来自制冷循环的吸入制冷剂,并且将所述制冷剂传送至公转涡旋部件26和非公转涡旋部件28之间的压缩室。排气管34将压缩后的制冷剂向下游传送到制冷循环中。
旁路口36与压缩室连通,并且可以将部分地或完全地压缩的制冷剂返回到诸如吸气管32的吸气压力部。如图所示,旁路管线38结合有阀40,以选择性地将该制冷剂连通回到吸气管。然而,任何其它将部分地或完全地压缩的制冷剂连通回到吸气压力部的方式可以和本发明一起使用。此外,其它调节压缩机的容量的方式将落在本发明的范围内。例如,涡旋压缩机已知的是,在两个涡旋压缩机中的一个之后提供偏置力。脉冲宽度调制技术可用来在某些条件下降低所述偏置力,使得涡旋部件可彼此远离并减小容量。
如图1所示,涡旋压缩机包括延伸穿过公转涡旋部件26进入背压室102的接管(tap)100。如已知的那样,这将产生使公转涡旋部件26保持与非公转涡旋部件28接触的偏置力。此外,轴24和公转涡旋部件26之间的驱动是通过滑块装置110。这种布置允许公转涡旋部件26进行径向运动。轴向柔量(compliance)和径向柔量两者允许通过使涡旋部件的涡齿彼此之间的接触分离来减小容量。用于提供这种容量减小的技术是已知的。这里的创新性是使用具有这种减小容量的能力的特定马达。
任何其它的容量调节技术将落在本发明的范围内。
本发明涉及永磁同步马达用于任何具有减小容量的能力的涡旋压缩机的应用。这种马达具有高的峰值效率,并且具有更平坦的效率对扭矩曲线。从而,当容量减小时,马达22/23将仍然比使用感应马达的现有技术更有效率地运转。

Claims (5)

1.一种涡旋压缩机,包括:
第一涡旋部件,其具有基部和从所述基部延伸的通常为螺旋形的涡齿;
第二涡旋部件,其具有基部和从所述基部延伸的通常为螺旋形的涡齿,所述通常为螺旋形的涡齿相互配合以限定压缩室;
电动马达,其能够操作以驱动一旋转轴,从而引起所述第二涡旋部件相对于所述第一涡旋部件公转,所述电动马达为永磁同步马达,其中所述永磁同步马达为直接馈电马达,直接用干线电运行而不需要变频器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涡旋压缩机,其中减小容量的特征被结合到所述涡旋压缩机中,以允许所述涡旋压缩机在一定条件下实现容量的减小。
3.根据权利要求1所述的涡旋压缩机,其中设置有减小所述涡旋压缩机的容量的旁路口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的涡旋压缩机,其中所述第二涡旋部件和所述第一涡旋部件保持在一起,但能够沿轴线方向彼此移动远离。
5.根据权利要求1所述的涡旋压缩机,其中所述第一涡旋部件的所述涡齿和所述第二涡旋部件的所述涡齿保持在一起,但能够彼此沿径向移动远离。
