Abstract
本发明提供一种铝合金板的热处理方法,其可防止模制铝合金板的表面弯曲。为此目的,本发明的热处理方法包括:在冷轧处理中的最终道次以45%-50%的压下率对铝合金板进行冷轧;在450℃-510℃下对经冷轧的铝合金板进行3小时的第一热处理;在第一热处理后,以60℃/sec或更高的速率快速冷却经热处理的铝合金板;以及在200℃-220℃下对经快速冷却的铝合金板进行第二热处理。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种铝合金板的热处理方法。更具体地,本发明涉及一种铝合金板的热处理方法,其可防止可在模制铝合金板时发生的表面弯曲的形成。
背景技术
用于车辆外板的铝合金是5xxx(铝-镁)和6xxx(铝-镁-硅)系列合金,并且这些板被形成为具有达到2mm的厚度,以增加强度和硬度。
在可模塑性方面,铝-镁合金优于铝-镁-硅合金,并且被应用于具有复杂形状的内板和外板。
然而,铝-镁合金板材的问题在于:它们显示由位错之间的相互作用引起的在其表面上形成的拉伸应变纹,从而使板材的表面质量劣化,上述相互作用在冲压或其它变形过程中导致塑性形变和Al-Si的沉淀物,即,由于由变形过程中的应变在合金元素沉淀所形成的沉淀物周围产生的动态应变时效(dynamic strain aging)和非均匀变形所引起的,上述合金元素的加入是为了获得高延伸率和高可成形性。
如图1所示,表面波度的特征为在板材料上进行拉伸试验所得的张力曲线上出现锯齿流。
解决表面波度问题的现有技术是使具有此表面波度的外板进行打磨外板的前表面的后处理。然而,该方法降低生产率并增加制造成本。
为了获得高可模塑性,有必要增加Mg的加入量;然而,较高的Mg含量会增加表面波度。因此,在现有技术的方法中,对于具有复杂形状的内板的情况,使用含有2.8%或更多的Mg的合金以确保可模塑性,并且对于外板,使用含有少于2.8%的Mg的合金以保持表面质量。然而,外板的可模塑性不足以适应设计需要。因此,通过使用含有高含量镁的铝-镁合金并结合打磨板的前表面的后处理来制备外板。
在背景技术部分中公开的上述信息只是用于增强对本发明的背景技术的理解,并且因此其可能包含不形成对于本国本领域普通技术人员所公知的现有技术的信息。
发明内容
在一个方面,本发明提供了一种铝合金板的热处理方法,该方法包括:在冷轧处理中的最终道次以45%-50%的压下率对铝合金板进行冷轧;在450℃-510℃下对经冷轧的铝合金板进行3小时的第一热处理;在第一热处理后,以60℃/sec或更高的速率快速冷却经热处理的铝合金板;以及在200℃-220℃下对经快速冷却的铝合金板进行第二热处理。
在优选实施方式中,铝合金板是包括95.35-96.45wt%的铝(Al)、3.0-3.8wt%的镁(Mg)、0.2-0.5wt%的锰(Mn)、0.35wt%的铁(Fe)的AA5454铝-镁合金板。
在另一优选实施方式中,以45%-50%的压下率对铝合金板进行冷轧,使得剪切应力被施加于铝合金板的表面,并且显现出剪切织构{001}<110>。
要理解的是本文使用的术语“车辆”或“车辆的”或其他类似术语通常包括下列的机动车:例如,包括多功能运动车(SUV)、公共汽车、卡车、各种商务车的客车,包括各种艇和船的水运工具,飞行器等等,并且包括混合动力车、电动车、插电式混合电动车(plug-in hybridelectric vehicles)、氢燃料车和其他代用燃料车(例如,来源于石油以外的资源的燃料)。如本文所提到的混合动力车是具有两种或多种动力源的车辆,例如,具有汽油动力和电动两种动力的车辆。

本发明提供一种热处理方法,其中对铝-镁合金板应用简单的热处理工艺,以便减少由动态应变时效形成的表面波度,促进模制过程,并在模制后通过加工硬化获得高强度特性。
换句话说,本发明提供一种热处理方法,由于铝-镁合金板中的镁(Mg)形成沉淀,该方法可在热处理之后获得高强度特性,并且通过在特定温度范围内执行热处理而在板的模制过程中降低表面粗糙度。
在实施方式中,可使用AA5454铝-镁合金。AA5454铝-镁合金是市售的合金,其包括95.35-96.45wt%的铝(Al)、3.0-3.8wt%的镁(Mg)、0.2-0.5wt%的锰(Mn)、0.35wt%的铁(Fe)。
可以用已知的方法制造具有上述组成的AA5454铝-镁合金板。该方法包括:溶解铸块状态的原材料,并通过DC浇铸形成厚度为150mm的铝-镁合金板坯;在550℃下执行热轧以轧制为20mm的厚度;在420℃下对经热轧的材卷进行冷轧以轧制为1.0mm的厚度;以及在450-510℃下执行5到7小时的老化处理。
在这里,老化处理有助于提高板的可模塑性并使延伸率最大化;然而,不可避免的是,导致表面波度形成的镁沉淀物将变得粗糙。
根据本发明,在冷轧过程中施加最大剪切应力以抑制镁沉淀物的生长,从而防止镁沉淀物变粗糙,并且执行多级热处理,使得沉淀物微细地分布。
冷轧处理以五个道次执行。在冷轧处理的最终道次施加表面剪切应变,即我们所说的剪轧,施加与前一道次(第四道次后)的厚度的45-50%相对应的轧制厚度应变。
如果在全部道次施加剪切应力,晶粒取向被改变为{001}<110>,称之为剪切织构,并因此增加了各向异性。因此,在最终的轧制道次中有必要施加剪切应力。
在实施方式中,在最终道次以45-50%的轧制压下率对AA5454铝合金板进行冷轧,使经冷轧的板在450-510℃进行3小时的第一热处理过程,然后以60℃/sec或更高的速率快速冷却该板,并且使经快速冷却的板在200-220℃下进行第二热处理过程。
就是说,在阈值温度下对AA5454铝合金板进行冷轧,其中在AA5454铝合金的晶粒边界处沉淀的镁(Mg)不生长,并且任何已形成的镁沉淀物被第一热处理过程溶解,并且第二热处理微细地再沉淀镁沉淀物,同时防止其成长。
图2是示出在板冷轧之后显示为(111)极图的织构的示意图。可从图2看出,当通过常规热处理方法(A)制备的板在其表面和内部具有环形织构时,通过本发明的热处理方法(B)制备的板具有:在其表面显现的剪切织构{001}(110),该剪切织构{001}(110)可在热处理过程中延缓镁沉淀物的生长;并且在其内部显现的典型轧制织构-环形织构。
图3是示出对通过本发明的热处理方法制备的铝板和通过常规热处理方法制备的铝板进行拉伸变形性能试验的结果的示意图。可从图3看出,和通过常规方法(在450℃或510℃进行5小时的热处理)制备的板不同,通过本发明的热处理方法制备的板不显示应变时效,这可能意味着第二热处理抑制了镁沉淀物的生长。
在这里,将就下面的测试实施例来描述根据本发明的热处理的效果。
测试实施例
对根据本发明的热处理方法制备的板和根据常规热处理方法制备的板检验应变时效。在张力曲线上检查应变时效的形成,并通过表面粗糙度分析来检验应变时效的形成。测试结果显示在下面的表1中。

Claims (3)
1.一种铝合金板的热处理方法,该方法包括:
在冷轧处理中的最终道次以45%-50%的压下率对铝合金板进行冷轧;
在450℃-510℃下对所述经冷轧的铝合金板进行3小时的第一热处理;
在所述第一热处理后,以60℃/sec或更高的速率快速冷却所述经热处理的铝合金板;以及
在200℃-220℃下对所述经快速冷却的铝合金板进行第二热处理。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述铝合金板是包括95.35-96.45wt%的铝(Al)、3.0-3.8wt%的镁(Mg)、0.2-0.5wt%的锰(Mn)以及0.35wt%的铁(Fe)的AA5454铝-镁合金板。
3.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中以45%-50%的压下率对所述铝合金板进行冷轧,使得剪切应力被施加于所述铝合金板的表面,并且显现出剪切织构{001}<110>。
