一种消防用雨淋阀控制系统,属于自动消防系统设备制造、安装领域。系统由雨淋阀、温控先导阀、梯级先导阀、开式喷淋头组成。本发明加大了雨淋阀消防系统的控制阀与雨淋阀之间的安装位差,提高了系统的工作可靠性;系统在火情被扑灭以后,能自动关闭,节约了宝贵的水资源。

技术领域
一种消防用雨淋阀控制系统,属于自动消防系统设备制造、安装领域。
技术背景
雨淋阀是现代建筑自动消防系统中的很重要的设备,它不需要其他动力的推动,就可在温控先导阀的控制下,经多只开口式喷淋头喷洒消防介质,达到灭火的目的。但现有技术的缺陷是,当温控先导阀安装的位置,相对雨淋阀的安装位置较高时,由于位差造成温控先导阀在检测到环境温度异常升高时,不能有效地将雨淋阀控制端的压力卸掉,导致雨淋阀不能开启工作;其二现有技术在雨淋阀开启以后,虽然现场火情已被扑灭,但雨淋阀却不会自动关闭,造成水资源的大量浪费和事后处理工作的困难。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种消防用雨淋阀控制系统,该系统能在温控先导阀与雨淋阀安装位置之间存在较高的位差时,仍然可以可靠工作;雨淋阀开启以后,温控先导阀仍然可以将雨淋阀关闭。
本发明的技术方案是这样来实现的,整个系统由雨淋阀、温控先导阀、梯级先导阀、开式喷淋头组成。雨淋阀包括膜片式阀芯,阀芯上端的复位簧,与梯级先导阀控制管道连通的泄压控制室,与消防水源连通的进水口,与开式喷淋头主管道连通的出水口,泄压控制室与进水口之间连通的管道;梯级先导阀包括膜片式阀芯,阀芯上部的复位簧,与温控先导阀控制管道连接的泄压室,与雨淋阀控制管道连通的进水口,以及泄压喷淋头;温控先导阀包括与梯级先导阀控制管道连接的进水口,喷淋头,磁柱式阀芯,阀芯套外的磁环结构,安装在磁环下方的温度传感器,磁环上方的复位簧,阀帽;所述温度传感器采用温度记忆合金,并制作成弹簧状,温度记忆合金在不同的记忆状态,可推动磁环作上下运动。本系统安装时,雨淋阀可布置在很低的位置,如地下室;梯级先导阀的第一级的安装高度应高于温控先导阀的安装高度,其余中间梯级先导阀可根据需要增减,温控先导阀应安装在监控火情的场所,开口式喷淋头应布置在需要灭火的场所,一般应与温控先导阀配合,整个系统备用前应充满消防水;当本系统所安装的场所没有火情发生时,温控先导阀中的温度记忆合金在常温下,处于收缩状态,磁环在复位簧的作用下,迫使阀芯套内的磁柱处于“低”位,此时阀芯关断阀门,没有消防水从温控先导阀的喷头喷出,整个系统处于备用状态。当温控先导阀的环境温度异常升高到一定值时,温控先导阀上的温度记忆合金膨胀,膨胀所产生的机械力推动磁环向上,并压缩复位簧,磁环通过磁耦合作用将阀芯内的磁柱提高,磁柱的向上运动使整个阀芯离开阀内出水口,消防水经喷头喷出,导致第一级梯级先导阀的进、出水口产生压差,此级梯级先导阀打开,通过喷淋头又进一步对系统泄压,迫使雨淋阀的泄压控制室相对进水口来,呈现负压,雨淋阀的阀芯将阀门打开,大量的消防水经主消防管道,从开口式喷淋头喷出;当火情被扑灭以后,温控先导阀内的温度记忆合金检测到环境温度降低到一定值后,立即收缩恢复到原来的记忆状态,复位簧的弹性恢复力又迫使磁环向下运动,磁环又带动阀芯关闭阀门,导致第一级梯级先导阀的泄压控制室内压力迅速提高,迫使该阀关闭,梯级先导阀的关闭导致雨淋阀泄压控制室压力迅速建立,在复位簧的作用下,雨淋阀阀门迅速关闭,各开式喷淋头停止喷水,系统又恢复到备用状态。当系统温控先导阀与雨淋阀的安装位差过大时,可以在第一级梯级先导阀与雨淋阀之间再增加二级或三级梯级先导阀。
本发明的有益效果是,加大了雨淋阀消防系统的控制阀与雨淋阀之间的安装位差,提高了工作的可靠性;系统在火情被扑灭以后,会自动关闭,大大节约了宝贵的水资源。

具体实施方式
本发明的具体实施方式,见系统工作原理图。系统主要由雨淋阀(1),紧急启动阀(2),控制管道(3),主消防管道(4),中间梯级先导阀(5),温控先导阀(6),第一级梯级先导阀(7),开式喷淋头(8)组成。雨淋阀(1)的进口与水源管道连接,出口与主消防管道(4)连接,泄压控制室与控制管道(3)连接,控制管道(3)的另一端与中间梯级先导阀(5)或第一级梯级先导阀(7)的进水口连接;梯级先导阀(7)或(5)的出水端与喷淋头连接,泄压控制室通过控制管道与温控先导阀(6)连接;第一级梯级先导阀(7)安装高度应高于温控先导阀(6);雨淋阀(1)可安装在很低的位置,如地下室,其余中间梯级先导阀(5)的安装数量,可根据安装场所实际的位差增减,温控先导阀(6)应安装在监控火情可能发生的场所,开口式喷淋头(8)应布置在需要灭火的场所,一般应与温控先导阀(6)配合布置,整个系统安装完毕后,备用前应充满消防水并接通消防水水源;当没有火情发生时,温控先导阀(6)中的温度记忆合金,常温下的记忆状态处于收缩,磁环在复位簧的作用下,迫使阀芯套内的磁柱处于“低”位,此时阀芯关断阀门,没有消防水从温控先导阀(6)的喷淋头喷出,整个系统处于备用状态。当温控先导阀(6)的环境温度异常升高并到达一定值时,温控先导阀(6)的温度记忆合金立即膨胀,膨胀所产生的机械力推动磁环向上,并压缩复位簧,磁环通过磁耦合作用将阀芯内的磁柱提高,磁柱的向上运动带动阀芯离开阀内出水口,消防水经喷淋口喷出,将控制管道内的水压卸掉,第一级梯级先导阀(7)的进、控制口产生压差,此级先导阀打开,其上的喷淋头进一步对系统控制管道(2)泄压,迫使雨淋阀(1)的泄压控制室相对进水口压力来说,呈现负压,雨淋阀(1)的阀芯将阀门打开,大量的消防水经主消防管道(4)从开口式喷淋头(8)喷出;当火情被扑灭以后,温控先导阀(6)内的温度记忆合金检测到环境温度降低到一定值后,立即恢复到原来的记忆状态,即收缩状态;与此同时,复位簧的弹性恢复力迫使磁环向下运动,磁环又带动阀芯关闭阀门,导致第一级梯级先导阀(7)的泄压控制室迅速建立压力,迫使该阀关闭,梯级先导阀(7)的关闭导致雨淋阀(1)泄压控制室压力迅速建立,在复位簧的作用下,雨淋阀(1)阀门迅速关闭,各开式喷淋头(8)停止喷水,系统又恢复到备用状态。当系统温控先导阀(6)与雨淋阀(1)的安装位差过大时,可以在第一级梯级先导阀(7)与雨淋阀(1)之间,再增加二级或三级梯级先导阀(5)。系统也可以在需要时通过手动打开紧急启动阀(2)来启动雨淋阀。

1.一种消防用雨淋阀控制系统,由雨淋阀、温控先导阀、梯级先导阀、开式喷淋头组成;其特征是雨淋阀包括膜片式阀芯,阀芯上端的复位簧,与梯级先导阀控制管道连通的泄压控制室,与开式喷淋头管道连通的出水口,泄压控制室与进水口之间连通的管道;梯级先导阀包括膜片式阀芯,阀芯上部的复位簧,与温控先导阀控制管道连接的泄压室,与喷淋阀控制管道连通的进水口,以及泄压喷淋头;雨淋阀的进水口与水源管道连接,出口与主消防管道连接,泄压控制室与控制管道连接,控制管道的另一端与中间梯级先导阀或第一级梯级先导阀的进水口连接;梯级先导阀出水端与喷淋头连接,泄压控制室通过控制管道与温控先导阀连接;温控先导阀包括与梯级先导阀控制管道连接的进水口,开口式喷淋头,磁柱式阀芯,阀芯套外的磁环结构,安装在磁环下方的温度传感器,磁环上方的复位簧,阀帽;温度传感器采用温度记忆合金,并制作成弹簧状,温度记忆合金在不同的记忆状态,可推动磁环上下运动。
