Abstract
Description
Numerical Studies of Methane Catalytic Combustion inside a MonolithHoneycomb Reactor Using Multi-Step Surface Reactions(在整体式蜂窝型反应器中利用多步表面反应的甲烷催化燃烧的数值研究),Combustion Science andTechnology(燃烧科技),2000,150:27-28中所述,该文献作者在对整体式蜂窝型反应器中甲烷催化燃烧的数值研究中利用了23个不同的反应。
图1是有关甲烷催化氧化的已知反应工艺的示意图;
图2是本发明热力学系统的一个实施方式的示意图;
图3是本发明热力学系统的另一个实施方式的示意图;
图4是图3所示设备适合用低级煤和废甲烷作燃料源的具体形式;
图5是显示气体温度随流量比变化的图线;
图6是显示能量百分数随流量比变化的图线;
图7是显示效率随流量比变化的图线;
燃烧单元24代表着进料煤与经预热的进料气之间发生的反应,包括挥发分释放、煤焦燃烧和气相反应。利用下面的方程给出的与反应温度相关的经验关系式估计煤焦是否烧去。此关系适用于任何窑,但对于具体的窑、操作条件和进料煤,应当对其加以修正,以与实验结果关联起来。来自窑的产物气体在窑出口处视为达到平衡。根据实验数据估算窑的热损失。有两种产物离开窑,一种是热的燃烧气体,另一种是包含煤焦和灰分的固体废物。这些固体废物用于预热进料气体,具体做法是混合这些固体和气体,然后再分离;
XC=-32+0.1168xT-2.596E-5xT2
●“MIX-100”是指将窑的所有进料,即空气流、煤和液化石油气(LPG)混合起来的混合器;
●“挥发分燃烧”是指将煤的挥发性组分转化为气相并允许挥发分与其他气体反应的反应器。挥发分的释放通常是煤燃烧的第一阶段,也是唯一可能与LPG竞争耗氧的阶段;
●“烧去煤焦”是指在给定反应温度下,估计将与剩余氧反应的煤焦比例的反应器,其中温度和煤焦烧去比例通过迭代计算。用下面给出的基于反应过程中所达峰温的二次方程估计煤焦烧去的百分数,其中XC是煤焦烧去的百分数,T是所达到的温度,单位为开尔文。该方程完全是经验性的,其设计基础是转化率在低温下较低(300K时约为0%),而在2000K时达到100%。该方程适用于任何窑,但对于具体的窑、操作条件和进料煤,应当对其加以修正,以与实验结果关联起来;
XC=-32+0.1168xT-2.596E-5xT2
●“气体平衡”是指供气体发生反应,以计算窑出口处的平衡组成和温度的反应器。仅当窑的进料接近化学计量比,使得一氧化碳和氢少量产生时,这个操作才有意义。在典型的燃烧条件下,气体将会得到充分氧化,形成二氧化碳和水蒸气;
●“MIX-107”是指重新混合固相和气相的混合器;
●“E-113”是指热交换器,它从窑转移一些热量,预热正被鼓吹通过窑的外部夹套的空气,用作窑内额外的燃烧空气;
●“窑HL”是指假想的热交换器(fictional exchanger),它代表窑和相关管道向大气中散失的热。这可用来调节窑的出口温度,使之与通过实验得到的数值相匹配;
