Abstract

本发明涉及驱动器固有密钥的确认方法和光盘记录再现装置。本发明的课题为,在使用多个加密密钥加密记录需要著作权保护的内容,并且进行解码和再现的装置中,在制造时,将驱动器装置固有的加密密钥存储在内部存储器中。在未正确存储加密密钥时不能够进行正常动作,但由于加密和解码组合了多个运算,因此,要确定其不正常的原因需要很多工序。本发明在驱动器装置中搭载了固有的加密密钥时,使示出其存在的标志成为ON。或者在从装置外部接受到了确认存在加密密钥的指令时,在用装置的固件确认了加密密钥的存在之后,使标志返回到ON。这样就能够容易地确认是否存在加密密钥。

驱动器固有密钥的确认方法和光盘记录再现装置
技术领域
本发明涉及记录或者再现为了保护著作权等而被加密的信息的装置的加密密钥,特别是涉及使装置的驱动器部固有的密钥信息的管理变得容易的方法。
背景技术
在使用了以DVD(Digital Versatile Disc:数字多功能光盘)、BD(Blu-ray Disc:蓝光光盘)为代表的光盘的数字记录方式的记录再现装置中,不但再现图像的质量高,而且基于复制的质量的劣化也变得极少,因此,必须要有用于著作权保护的对策。为了在特定的再现装置和特定的用户以外不能够进行再现,对需要保护著作权的内容进行加密记录。
为了加密记录信息或者再现其信息,必须要在驱动器装置侧存储用于加密或者用于其解码的固有的密钥信息。
专利文献1中公开了使用多个加密密钥对需要保护著作权的内容进行加密记录的记录装置等。
上述的加密密钥的一部分首先在装置的制造时存储在内部非易失性存储器等中。在这时出错误而非正确存储,或者忘记存储的情况下,当然就不能够进行正常的加密和解码的动作。但是,如专利文献1所示,由于加密和解码组合了多个技术,因此,其动作的不正常就要考虑各种各样的原因。因此就有在确定原因的过程中需要很多工序的问题。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述问题,提供一种在因为加密密钥的存储不正常而出现加密或者解码动作不正常时,能够容易地确定其原因的方法。
用于达到上述目的的本发明是一种驱动器固有密钥的确认方法,是在光盘记录介质中记录包含已使用加密应用程序进行过加密的影像声音的信息的驱动器装置、或者从光盘记录介质再现并解码已加密记录的信息的驱动器装置中使用的加密密钥之一的驱动器固有密钥的确认方法,其具有:在上述驱动器装置的存储部中存储上述驱动器固有密钥的存储步骤;生成示出上述驱动器装置中是否存储了上述驱动器固有密钥的标志的标志生成步骤;生成对上述驱动器装置调查有无存储上述驱动器密钥的指令的指令生成步骤;和按照上述指令输出存储在上述存储部中的标志的输出步骤。
另外,本发明还提供一种驱动器固有密钥的确认方法,是在光盘记录介质中记录包含已使用加密应用程序进行过加密的影像声音的信息的驱动器装置、或者从光盘记录介质再现并解码已加密记录的信息的驱动器装置中使用的加密密钥之一的驱动器固有密钥的确认方法,其具有:生成调查有无存储上述驱动器密钥的指令的指令生成步骤;按照上述指令,调查有无向上述驱动器装置存储上述驱动器固有密钥的调查步骤;按照上述调查步骤的调查结果,生成示出有无存储上述驱动器固有密钥的标志的标志生成步骤;和输出在上述标志生成步骤中生成的标志的输出步骤。
以及一种驱动器固有密钥的确认方法,是在光盘记录介质中记录包含已使用加密应用程序进行过加密的影像声音的信息的驱动器装置、或者从光盘记录介质再现并解码已加密记录的信息的驱动器装置中使用的加密密钥之一的驱动器固有密钥的确认方法,其具有:生成调查有无存储上述驱动器密钥的指令的指令生成步骤;按照来自上述指令生成步骤的指令,调查有无存储上述驱动器固有密钥的调查步骤;按照上述调查步骤的调查结果,生成示出有无存储上述驱动器固有密钥的标志的标志生成步骤;和输出在上述标志生成步骤中生成的标志的输出步骤。
另外,本发明还提供一种光盘记录再现装置,具有在光盘记录介质中记录包含已使用加密应用程序进行过加密的影像声音的信息、再现并解码上述加密记录的信息的驱动器,该光盘记录再现装置具有:记录包含输入的影像声音的信息作为加密后的加密记录内容的记录部;从上述光盘记录介质再现上述加密记录内容并解密,然后进行输出的再现部;存储在上述加密和其解码中使用的上述驱动器中固有的驱动器固有密钥的存储部;生成示出有无存储上述驱动器固有密钥的标志的控制部;输入调查上述存储部有无上述驱动器固有密钥的指令的输入部;和按照上述指令,输出上述控制部生成的上述标志的输出部。
根据本发明,由于能够容易地确认记录装置、再现装置或者记录再现装置中有无密钥信息,所以能够容易地确定加密或者其解码和系统认证的不正常的原因,对于装置的用户和修理人员等来说具有能够提高其使用的方便性的效果。

具体实施方式
以下,使用附图说明本发明的实施方式。
图1是示出本发明的实施例的记录再现装置的电路方框图。
首先从记录侧的动作开始叙述。从输入端子100a输入进行记录的内容的影像信号(V)的数据,从输入端子100b相同地输入声音信号(A)的数据。在AV编码电路101中使用MPEG2(Moving PictureExperts Group 2:动态图像专家组)、AC-3(Audio Code Number 3)等压缩数据量并分时多路转换之后,在内容加密部102中使用加密密钥进行加密,在ECC(Error Correction Code:纠错码)电路103中附加用于纠正记录再现过程中的数据错误的纠错代码,在MOD(Modulator:调制器)电路104中由例如8-16调制等变换成适于记录的代码,在REC(Record:记录)电路105中进行功率放大之后,向光盘300的内容记录区域进行记录。此外,也向上述ECC电路103中输入如后所述的加密密钥的信息,并且也向上述内容记录区域进行记录。
下面,关于内容加密部102的动作和向ECC电路103输入的加密密钥的信息进行叙述。
在内容加密部102中,使用在标题密钥产生部106中产生的标题密钥Kt,对AV编码电路101输出的内容信息进行例如扰频(scramble)运算处理等来进行加密。关于标题密钥产生部106中的标题密钥的产生方法,作为一例,具有下述的方法,即,在指示了记录具有上述影像数据和声音数据的标题时产生随机数,将其作为标题密钥。
为了在后述的信息再现时解码密码,必须要在记录介质记录加密中所使用的标题密钥Kt,于是就在标题密钥加密部107中加密成不能简单得知的密码之后,经由ECC电路103等向光盘300的内容记录区域进行记录。下面说明其一例。
向标题密钥加密部107供给标题密钥Kuid。以记录在盘的内容记录区域以外的区域中并读出的MKB(Media Key Block:媒体密钥块)、MIDB(Media Identification Block:媒体标识符块)、加密介质ID(Identification:标识符)Keid为基础,生成标题密钥Kuid。MKB是基于设备密钥Kd运算处理了著作权所有者发布的记录介质密钥Km后生成的。MIDB是基于未图示的多个记录介质ID运算处理了著作权所有者给予的记录介质固有密钥Kum后生成的。Keid是用记录介质密钥Km加密了记录介质ID后生成的。然后,通过在MKB/MIDB处理部301中将Keid与MKB和MIDB进行运算来生成标题密钥Kuid。
在标题密钥加密部107中,使用标题密钥Kuid加密之前的标题密钥Kt。从而,经过使用了著作权所有者给予的密钥和设备密钥等的复合的加密过程,生成了加密后的标题密钥Ket,就不能够简单地得知原来的标题密钥Kt。
图2是光盘300的平面图。众所周知,在中央开有中心孔300a,在其周围具有用于固定在驱动器的固定位置上的钳位区域300b。在其外侧具有加密信息记录区域300c,记录以上述的MKB、MIDB、Keid等加密密钥为代表的用于著作权保护的加密信息等。在它外侧具有导入区域300d,记录已记录的内容信息的配置等。另外,在它的外侧直到接近最外周部分,还扩展有加密内容记录区域300e。
下面,返回到图1叙述再现侧的动作。从光盘300的内容记录区域再现的信息,在PB(Play Back:回放)电路201中被放大并将振幅和相位均衡化,在DEMOD(Demodulator:解调器)电路202中解调记录时的例如8-16调制等,在ECC电路203中纠正伴随着记录再现所产生的数据错误,在内容解密部204中使用标题密钥Kt解码密码,在AV译码电路205中进行扩展等以解除记录时的数据压缩,然后将原来的影像信号和声音信号的数据输出到输出端子206a、206b。
从ECC电路203也输出之前的加密后的标题密钥Ket,给予到标题密钥解密部207。在MKB/MIDB处理电路301中,使用从光盘的加密信息记录区域300c再现的MKB、MIDB、Keid进行运算处理,得到之前的标题密钥Kuid。从而,在标题密钥解密部207中也解码标题密钥的加密,得到原来的标题密钥Kt。从而就能够进行上述的内容解密电路204中的解码。
再有,图1中的信号处理的过程很多是利用软件来实现的。特别是有关加密和解码的图中用虚线包围的部分,很多情况用应用软件来进行,在与驱动器侧交换认证之后进行动作。
上述驱动器固有密钥是在制造时对单个驱动器装置给予的设备密钥Kd之一。例如,已经使用了AACS(Advanced Access Content System:高级存取内容系统)、VCPS(Video Content Protection System:视频内容保护系统)等的密钥。这是在进行上述加密和解密动作以及系统认证方面所必要的。
下面,关于确认是否正确地存储着上述驱动器固有密钥的方法进行说明。在制造时未正确地存储驱动器固有密钥的情况下,作为记录装置、再现装置或者记录再现装置,在组装后如果进行记录或者再现动作,则其结果必然不能够正常地进行其动作。假设将有问题的地方特定为加密或者解码工序,由于如上所述其工序很复杂,所以如果究其原因则非常困难。
在本实施例中,其特征在于使用图1的控制CPU400,能够容易地确认在例如非易失性存储器401中是否正确地存储着驱动器固有密钥。首先设置示出存在驱动器固有密钥的标志。作为一种方法,在搭载驱动器固有密钥的同时,使该标志设为ON并保持在非易失性存储器401中。在装置完成之后需要重新确认其存在时,从输入端子402a输入询问有无驱动器固有密钥的指令,控制CPU400根据该指令调出上述标志,向输出端子402b输出标志。
作为其他方法,也可以在是否正确地存储着驱动器固有密钥成为问题的时候,控制CPU400按照来自输入端子402a的指令,用装置的固件调查驱动器固有密钥的存储,根据其结果生成该标志,然后输出到输出端子402b。这样做就能够容易地确认驱动器固有密钥的状态。
下面,使用图3说明上述动作的流程。图中S示出各动作步骤。在图3(a)的情况下,在步骤S501开始动作,首先,在S502中,在驱动器中存储驱动器固有密钥,在S503中使示出有该密钥的标志成为ON。在S504中,从主机向驱动器产生调查有无该密钥的指令时,就在S505中,驱动器对主机返回上述标志。在S506中如果确认该标志为ON(图中为是),就在S507中判定为有驱动器固有密钥,在S509中结束动作。此外,若在S506中确认为该标志是OFF(图中为否),就在S508中判定为没有驱动器固有密钥,在S509中结束动作。
在图3(b)的情况下,在S501中开始动作,在S510中,如果从主机向驱动器发送驱动器固有密钥的调查指令,就在S511中由固件调查该加密密钥的存储部,在S512中若评定为有加密密钥(图中为是),就在S513中从驱动器向主机进行使标志成为ON并返回的指示,在S509中结束动作。此外,若在S512中判定为没有加密密钥(图中为否),就在S514中从驱动器向主机进行使标志成为OFF并返回的指示,在S509中结束动作。
再有,在图1的说明中,在向MKB/MIDB处理电路301给予记录在光盘300的加密信息记录区域中的MKB等信息的过程中,没有特殊示出结构要素,这是为了简化附图,实际上优选具备相当于PB电路201、DEMOD电路202和ECC电路203的电路。
此外,本发明不仅适用于记录再现装置,而且也能适用于缺少记录功能的再现专用装置以及缺少再现功能的记录专用装置,上述都在本发明的范畴内。

Claims (3)

1.一种驱动器固有密钥的确认方法,是在光盘记录介质中记录包含已使用加密应用程序进行过加密的影像声音的信息的驱动器装置、或者从光盘记录介质再现并解码已加密记录的信息的驱动器装置中使用的加密密钥之一的驱动器固有密钥的确认方法,其特征在于,具有:
在所述驱动器装置的存储部中存储所述驱动器固有密钥的存储步骤;
生成示出所述驱动器装置中是否存储了所述驱动器固有密钥的标志的标志生成步骤;
生成对所述驱动器装置调查有无存储所述驱动器固有密钥的指令的指令生成步骤;和
按照所述指令输出存储在所述存储部中的标志的输出步骤。
2.一种驱动器固有密钥的确认方法,是在光盘记录介质中记录包含已使用加密应用程序进行过加密的影像声音的信息的驱动器装置、或者从光盘记录介质再现并解码已加密记录的信息的驱动器装置中使用的加密密钥之一的驱动器固有密钥的确认方法,其特征在于,具有:
生成调查有无存储所述驱动器固有密钥的指令的指令生成步骤;
按照所述指令,调查有无向所述驱动器装置存储所述驱动器固有密钥的调查步骤;
按照所述调查步骤的调查结果,生成示出有无存储所述驱动器固有密钥的标志的标志生成步骤;和
输出在所述标志生成步骤中生成的标志的输出步骤。
3.一种光盘记录再现装置,具有在光盘记录介质中记录包含已使用加密应用程序进行过加密的影像声音的信息、再现并解码所述加密记录的信息的驱动器,该光盘记录再现装置的特征在于,具有:
记录包含输入的影像声音的信息作为加密后的加密记录内容的记录部;
从所述光盘记录介质再现所述加密记录内容并解密,然后进行输出的再现部;
存储在所述加密和其解码中使用的所述驱动器中固有的驱动器固有密钥的存储部;
生成示出有无存储所述驱动器固有密钥的标志的控制部;
输入调查所述存储部有无所述驱动器固有密钥的指令的输入部;和
按照所述指令,输出所述控制部生成的所述标志的输出部。
