Abstract
一种照明装置,其包括:一个灯罩,一个散热模组,一个发光模组以及一个灯头。该灯罩包括一个壳体一个设置在该壳体上的光学透镜,该壳体上具有多个第一通孔,该多个第一通孔围绕该光学透镜分布。该散热模组部分收容在该壳体内,其具有部分暴露在该壳体外,该散热模组包括多个散热鳍片以及一个与该多个散热鳍片相连接的底板,该多个散热鳍片围合成一个腔体,该底板设置在该腔体的远离该光学透镜的一侧,该底板上具有多个与该第一通孔相对应的第二通孔。该发光模组收容在该腔体内并与该光学透镜相对,该发光模组发出的光经由该光学透镜射出。该灯头与该底板相连接,且位该灯罩的远离该光学透镜一侧。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别是一种发光二极管照明装置。
背景技术
现在,发光二极管(Light Emitting Diode,LED)已被广泛应用到很多领域,尤其是广泛应用于路灯。在此,一种新型发光二极管可参见Daniel A.Steigerwald等人在文献IEEEJournal on Selected Topics in Quantum Electronics,Vol.8,No.2,March/April 2002中的Illumination With Solid State Lighting Technology一文。
由于路灯的工作时间一般较长,其产生的热量也较多,当温度达到一定程度时,将会导致低落的内部量子效应并且明显缩短其寿命。为了避免这一状况的发生,一般给发光二极管提供一散热元件,例如散热风扇、热管等等。然而现有照明装置中,由于其各个元件之间的相对位置关系的设置及其材料之导热性能都普遍不太理想,在高功率操作下,发光二极管工作所产生的热量无法及时散去,从而影响整个照明装置正常工作。
发明内容
下面将以实施例说明一种具较高散热效率且出光均匀的照明装置。
一种照明装置,其包括:一个灯罩,一个散热模组,一个发光模组以及一个灯头。该灯罩包括一个壳体一个设置在该壳体上的光学透镜,该壳体上具有多个第一通孔,该多个第一通孔围绕该光学透镜分布。该散热模组部分收容在该壳体内,其具有部分暴露在该壳体外,该散热模组包括多个散热鳍片以及一个与该多个散热鳍片相连接的底板,该多个散热鳍片围合成一个腔体,该底板设置在该腔体的远离该光学透镜的一侧,该底板上具有多个与该第一通孔相对应的第二通孔。该发光模组收容在该腔体内并与该光学透镜相对,该发光模组发出的的光经由该光学透镜射出。该灯头与该底板相连接,且位该灯罩的远离该光学透镜一侧。
相对于现有技术,所述照明装置的多个散热鳍片围合的腔体并收容该发光模组,因此,该发光模组中的发光二极管产生的热量能快速的传送至该多个散热鳍片,并通过该多个散热鳍片散发至空气中,同时,该壳体上的多个第一通孔与该底板上的多个第二通孔形成自然对流通道,能有效的进行空气对流,将该发光模组中的发光二极管产生的部分热量能快速的传送至空气中,有效的提升了该照明装置的散热效率。并且该灯罩具有一个与该发光模组相对的光学透镜,该光学透镜能有效的将发光模组之中央的光有效地扩散到周边部分,从而可使得整个照明装置的出光角度增加且出光均匀度也会相应地提升。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明实施方式作进一步的详细说明。
请参见图1、,本发明实施方式提供的一种具较高散热效率且出光均匀的照明装置200。
请参见图2与图3,该照明装置200包括:一个灯罩10,一个散热模组20,一个发光模组30以及一个灯头40。
该灯罩10包括一个壳体101以及一个设置在该壳体101上的光学透镜102。该灯罩10的壳体101上具有多个第一通孔103,该多个第一通孔103围绕该光学透镜102分布。
该散热模组20收容在该灯罩10的壳体101内,且该散热模组20具有部分暴露在该壳体10外。该散热模组20包括一个底板203和多个散热鳍片201,该多个散热鳍片201围合形成一个腔体202,该底板203与该多个散热鳍片201围合形成的腔体202相连接,且设置在该腔体202的远离该光学透镜102的一侧,该底板203上具有多个第二通孔204,该多个第二通孔204与该多个第一通孔103相对应。
该发光模组30收容在该多个散热鳍片20围合的腔体202内且与该光学透镜102相对。在本实施例中,该发光模组30包括一个基板301与一个设置在该基板301上的光源302,该光源302可以为发光二极管芯片、发光二极管或发光二极管模组。
该基板301上具有多个第三通孔303,该多个第三通孔303围绕该光源302分布,且该多个第三通孔303与该多个第一通孔103以及该多个第二通孔204相对应。
该灯头40与该散热模组20相连接,在本实施例中,该灯头40设置在该散热模组20的底板203上。该灯头40一般由导热效率性能较好的铜制成。
该光源302发出的光线入射至该光学透镜102,该光学透镜102能有效的将光源302之中央的光有效地扩散到周边部分,从而可使得整个照明装置200的出光角度增加且出光均匀度也会相应地提升。
该光源302工作时产生的部分热量经该基板301传送到该多个散热鳍片201,并由该多个散热鳍片201直接散发到空气中。同时,该灯罩10上的多个第一通孔103,该散热模组20的底板203上的多个第二通孔204,该基板301上的多个第三通孔303相互对应,形成自然对流通道,有效的使空气自然对流,将该光源302在工作过程中产生的部分热量传送至外界,以提升散热效率。
可以理解的是,该光源302不限于一个,也可以为多个。
另外,本领域技术人员还可于本发明精神内做其它变化,例如第一通孔103、第二通孔204以及第三通孔303的数量、排列方式及或形状等,只要其不偏离本发明的技术效果均可。这些依据本发明精神所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。
Claims (4)
1.一种照明装置,其包括:
一个灯罩,该灯罩包括一个壳体一个设置在该壳体上的光学透镜,该壳体上具有多个第一通孔,该多个第一通孔围绕该光学透镜分布;
一个散热模组,该散热模组部分收容在该壳体内,其具有部分暴露在该壳体外,该散热模组包括多个散热鳍片以及一个与该多个散热鳍片相连接的底板,该多个散热鳍片围合成一个腔体,该底板设置在该腔体的远离该光学透镜的一侧,该底板上具有多个与该第一通孔相对应的第二通孔;
一个发光模组,其收容在该腔体内并与该光学透镜相对,该发光模组发出的的光经由该光学透镜射出;以及
一个灯头,该灯头与该底板相连接,且位该灯罩的远离该光学透镜一侧。
2.如权利要求1所述的照明装置,其特征在于,该发光模组包括一个基板与至少一个光源。
3.如权利要求2所述的照明装置,其特征在于,该光源为发光二极管。
4.如权利要求2所述的照明装置,其特征在于,该基板上具有多个与该第一通孔以及第二通孔相对应的第三通孔,该多个第三通孔围绕该光源分布。
