Abstract
本发明提供一种蓝牙耳机,其包括一受话器、一麦克风发话器、一挂持部及一与挂持部相接于一起的调节部。所述受话器设置于挂持部与调节部的相接位置处,所述麦克风发话器设置于所述调节部的另一端。所述蓝牙耳机由可伸缩、易弯折的弹性材质制成,其上凸设有至少一卡扣,以使得所述蓝牙耳机可拆卸地装设于一便携式电子装置上。本发明还提供了一种具有所述蓝牙耳机的便携式电子装置。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种蓝牙耳机及具该蓝牙耳机的便携式电子装置。
背景技术
随着无线通信与信息处理技术的发展,移动电话、个人数位助理(personal digitalassistant,PDA)等便携式电子装置竞相涌现,令消费者可随时随地充分享受高科技带来的种种便利。蓝牙技术在无线通信领域的广泛应用及蓝牙耳机的普及大大方便了用户对便携式电子装置的使用,其不仅有效避免了便携式电子装置在使用过程中产生的高功率电磁波辐射对人体的损害,还方便了使用者在事务繁忙过程中照常接听来电而无需手持所述便携式电子装置进行接听,其功能性与便利性越来越受到用户的好评和青睐。
但是,传统的蓝牙耳机大都与手机本体分离,携带不方便,在未使用的情况下无法得到适当的收纳处理,使用者经常需要将蓝牙耳机挂于耳朵上或者放置于口袋、包裹中,长时间的挂置于耳朵上容易造成使用者的不适反应;而如果放置于口袋、包裹中的话,由于蓝牙耳机体积较小,不适当的收纳方式容易造成当需要使用时找寻不易或取出非常麻烦,而且也容易丢失。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种便于携带、可拆卸地装设于便携式电子装置上,且可避免丢失的蓝牙耳机。
还有必要提供一种具所述蓝牙耳机的便携式电子装置。
一种蓝牙耳机,其包括一受话器及一麦克风发话器,所述蓝牙耳机还包括一挂持部及一与挂持部相接于一起的调节部;所述受话器设置于挂持部与调节部的相接位置处,所述麦克风发话器设置于所述调节部的另一端;所述蓝牙耳机由可伸缩、易弯折的弹性材质制成,其上凸设有至少一卡扣,以使得所述蓝牙耳机可拆卸地装设于一便携式电子装置上。
一种便携式电子装置,其包括一本体,所述本体包括一侧壁;所述侧壁上设有一装设部,所述便携式电子装置还包括一蓝牙耳机,其包括一挂持部、一与挂持部相接于一起的调节部、一受话器及一麦克风发话器;所述受话器设置于挂持部与调节部的相接位置处,所述麦克风发话器设置于所述调节部上与受话器相对的另一端;所述蓝牙耳机由可伸缩、易弯折的弹性材质制成,其上凸设有至少一卡扣,以使得所述蓝牙耳机可拆卸地装设于一便携式电子装置上。
相较于现有技术,本发明所述蓝牙耳机可拆卸地装设于便携式电子装置上,使得当需要使用所述蓝牙耳机时,可方便地从便携式电子装置上拆卸下来,并将蓝牙耳机折成不同形状以进行接听电话。而当不需要使用时可将所述蓝牙耳机装设于便携式电子装置上,使蓝牙耳机与便携式电子装置合为一体,从而避免了蓝牙耳机的丢失。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1及图2,所述便携式电子装置100包括一本体10及一可拆卸地装设于本体10上的蓝牙耳机30。
所述本体10为一移动电话或个人数位助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)等通信用电子装置,其大致呈矩形块状。所述本体10包括一沿纵向方向设置的侧壁11。所述侧壁11上设有一装设部12,以用于装设所述蓝牙耳机30。在本实施例中,所述装设部12包括一第一卡合槽121、一第二卡合槽122及一第三卡合槽123,其沿纵向方向间隔地凹设于侧壁11上。
请一并参阅图3,所述蓝牙耳机30大致呈曲形带状,其由可伸缩、易弯折的弹性材质制成,以使该蓝牙耳机30在使用时可相对拉伸、弯折以调整所述蓝牙耳机30与使用者头部、耳朵的相对位置。所述蓝牙耳机30包括一挂持部31、一调节部33、一受话器35及一麦克风发话器37。所述挂持部31大致呈圆弧形条状,其包括一使用面311。所述挂持部31与所述调节部33相接,该挂持部31上远离所述调节部33的末端的使用面311上凸设有一横截面大致呈“L”型的第一卡扣313。该第一卡扣313与所述第一卡合槽121相对应,其可卡扣配合。所述挂持部31的末端位置处与所述使用面311相邻的一侧面上沿平行于该使用面311方向向外延伸形成一凸块315,以利于拆卸所述蓝牙耳机30。
所述调节部33大致呈条形带状,其具有一使用面331,该使用面331与所述挂持部31的使用面311位于同一侧。所述调节部33的一端与所述挂持部31相接,其使用面331上与所述挂持部31相对的另一端及该使用面331的中部位置处分别凸设有一横截面大致呈“L”型的第二卡扣333及一第三卡扣335,该第二卡扣333及第三卡扣335分别与所述本体10的侧壁11上的第二卡合槽122及第三卡合槽123相对应。所述调节部33的末端位置处与其使用面331相邻的一侧面上沿平行于该使用面331方向向外延伸形成一凸块337,以利于拆卸所述蓝牙耳机30。
所述受话器35设置于所述挂持部31与调节部33的相接位置处,以用于接听来电。所述麦克风发话器37设置于所述调节部33上靠近第二卡扣333的末端位置处,并位于所述第二卡扣333与第三卡扣335之间。
所述蓝牙耳机30在不使用时,其可拆卸地装设于所述本体10的侧壁11上,所述蓝牙耳机30的第一卡扣313、第二卡扣333及第三卡扣335分别对应卡合装设于本体10的侧壁11上的第一卡合槽121、一第二卡合槽122及一第三卡合槽123内。当需要使用所述所述蓝牙耳机30时,施力于所述蓝牙耳机30侧壁上的凸块315、337,使所述蓝牙耳机30与本体10脱离,将蓝牙耳机30的挂持部31戴挂于耳朵上,使蓝牙耳机30的受话器35靠近耳朵,同时,弯折、调整所述蓝牙耳机30的调节部33,使蓝牙耳机30麦克风发话器37位于嘴巴附近位置处。启动所述蓝牙耳机30,使用者即可进行通话或听音乐,使用非常方便。
可以理解,所述装设部12也可以为一凹设于侧壁11上的一曲型凹槽。
可以理解,所述蓝牙耳机30的挂持部31可采用塑料材质如聚氯乙烯树脂、聚丙烯树脂、聚乙烯树脂、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇树脂、聚碳酸酯树脂、尼龙树脂、维尼纶树脂、醇酸树脂、聚乙烯类树脂、聚酰亚胺类树脂、聚丙烯类树脂、聚氯乙烯类树脂等通过成型工艺制成。
可以理解,所述蓝牙耳机30的调节部33可以采用软胶材质制成。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明权利要求公开的范围和精神内做其他形式和细节上的各种修改、添加和替换。当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的各种修改、添加和替换等变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种蓝牙耳机,其包括一受话器及一麦克风发话器,其特征在于:所述蓝牙耳机还包括一挂持部及一与挂持部相接于一起的调节部;所述受话器设置于挂持部与调节部的相接位置处,所述麦克风发话器设置于所述调节部的另一端;所述蓝牙耳机由可伸缩、易弯折的弹性材质制成,其上凸设有至少一卡扣,以使得所述蓝牙耳机可拆卸地装设于一便携式电子装置上。
2.如权利要求1所述的蓝牙耳机,其特征在于:所述挂持部呈弧形条状,其上远离调节部的末端凸设有一第一卡扣。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的蓝牙耳机,其特征在于:所述调节部呈条形带状,其末端及中部位置处分别凸设有一第二卡扣及一第三卡扣,所述调节部的末端位置处与第二卡扣所在表面相邻的一侧面上向外延伸形成一凸块,以利于拆卸所述蓝牙耳机。
4.如权利要求3所述的蓝牙耳机,其特征在于:所述挂持部的末端位置处与第一卡扣所在表面相邻的一侧面上向外延伸形成一凸块,所述麦克风发话器设置于所述调节部上靠近第二卡扣的末端位置处,并位于所述第二卡扣与第三卡扣之间。
5.一种便携式电子装置,其包括一本体,所述本体包括一侧壁;其特征在于:所述侧壁上设有一装设部,所述便携式电子装置还包括一蓝牙耳机,其包括一挂持部、一与挂持部相接于一起的调节部、一受话器及一麦克风发话器;所述受话器设置于挂持部与调节部的相接位置处,所述麦克风发话器设置于所述调节部上与受话器相对的另一端;所述蓝牙耳机由可伸缩、易弯折的弹性材质制成,其上凸设有至少一卡扣,以使得所述蓝牙耳机可拆卸地装设于一便携式电子装置上。
6.如权利要求5所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:所述装设部包括一第一卡合槽,其沿纵向方向凹设于侧壁上;所述挂持部呈弧形条状,其上远离调节部的末端对应于所述地一卡合槽凸设有一第一卡扣,以与所述第一卡合槽相互卡合于一起。
7.如权利要求6所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:所述调节部呈条形带状,其末端及中部位置处分别凸设有一第二卡扣及一第三卡扣,所述装设部还包括一第二卡合槽及一第三卡合槽,其与第一卡扣沿纵向方向相邻间隔地凹设于侧壁上,该第二卡扣及第三卡扣分别与第二卡合槽及第三卡合槽相对应并对应地卡入所述第二卡合槽及第三卡合槽内。
8.如权利要求7所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:所述挂持部的末端位置处与第一卡扣所在表面相邻的一侧面上向外延伸形成一凸块,所述麦克风发话器设置于所述调节部上靠近第二卡扣的末端位置处,并位于所述第二卡扣与第三卡扣之间。
9.如权利要求8所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:所述调节部的末端位置处与第二卡扣所在表面相邻的一侧面上向外延伸形成一凸块。
10.如权利要求5所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:所述装设部为一凹设于侧壁上的一曲型凹槽。
