Abstract

一种发光二极管模组,包括一基板、若干贴设在基板一侧面的电路板、若干安装于每一电路板上的发光二极管、及安装在基板上并围绕在每一发光二极管周围的导光模组,该导光模组包括若干板状的第一导光板及与第一导光板交错的若干板状的第二导光板,第二导光板嵌设于第一导光板中并与第一导光板共同对所述发光二极管发出的光线进行反射。与现有技术相比,本发明网状的板状第一、第二导光板组成,本发明无需大型模具即可大量生产,大大降低了成本。

发光二极管模组
技术领域
本发明涉及一种发光二极管模组,特别是指一种具有导光模组的发光二极管模组。
背景技术
发光二极管作为一种高效的发光源,具有环保、省电、寿命长等诸多特点已经被广泛的运用于各种领域。
传统的发光二极管模组包括一电路板、若干安装于该电路板一侧的发光二极管及一安置在发光二极管模组上的导光罩。当发光二极管被点亮时,安装在电路板上的导光罩可以对发光二极管发出的光起到发射调整作用,并且可以根据需要设计成不同的光型。
然而,传统的导光罩往往通过一较大的模具一体制造成与发光二极管模组对应的形状,例如是围绕在每一发光二极管周围的杯状导光罩。当研发、生产过程中发光二极管模组的各种参数需要改变,例如其光型的改变或者整体尺寸的改变,则需要重新设计具有对应形状的导光罩以及生产该导光罩的新模具,原有的整个模具不能再用,从而需要耗费大量的模具开发费用,增加了整个发光二极管模组的制造成本。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种成本低、具有可灵活调整形状的导光罩的发光二极管模组。
一种发光二极管模组,包括一基板、若干贴设在基板一侧面的电路板、若干安装于每一电路板上的发光二极管、及安装在基板上并围绕在每一发光二极管周围的导光模组,该导光模组包括若干板状的第一导光板及与第一导光板交错的若干板状的第二导光板,第二导光板嵌设于第一导光板中并与第一导光板共同对所述发光二极管发出的光线进行反射。
与现有技术相比,本发明网状的板状第一、第二导光板组成,本发明无需大型模具即可大量生产,大大降低了成本。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
如图1及图2所示,本发明的发光二极管模组包括一基板10、若干贴设在基板10一侧面的电路板20、若干安装于每一电路板20上的发光二极管24、及安装在基板10上并围绕在每一发光二极管24周围的导光模组30。
该基板10为一矩形板状体,由导热性能良好的金属材料制成,以吸收安装在其一侧面的发光二极管24散发出来的热量。在其它实施例中,基座10的另一侧面也可以设置有散热鳍片以帮助散发热量。
每一电路板20呈纵长矩形设置。这些电路板20的数量为四,相互平行相隔地安装在所述基板10上。每一电路板20上均匀间隔安装所述发光二极管24,同一电路板20上的发光二极管24在同一纵长直线上。因此,安装在基板10上的所有发光二极管24呈矩形阵列排布,即发光二极管24纵横均呈直线排布。
所述导光模组30包括若干第一导光板31及与该第一导光板31交错的若干第二导光板32。这些第一导光板31呈纵向排布的板状体。每一第一导光板31呈纵长矩形状,分别对应竖立安装于电路板20的两侧;在本实施例中,第一导光板31相对电路板20的垂直方向向外倾斜3至5度。请一并参阅图3,每一第一导光板31包括相对平行的一顶部边缘34及底部边缘35。第一导光板31上设有若干第一插槽311及一第二插槽312。每二相邻且置于一发光二极管24左右两侧的第一插槽311及第二插槽312组成一对插槽,每对插槽自第一导光板31的顶部边缘34向下朝向一发光二极管24倾斜靠拢,其底端与导光板31的底部边缘35保持一定距离,以保证第一导光板31的强度。第一插槽311及第二插槽312与顶部边缘34的夹角可以根据需要在不同的实施例中设置成不同角度。在本实施例中,第一插槽311与顶部边缘34的夹角较小,大致为50度;第二插槽312与顶部边缘34的夹角较大,大致为87度。另外,第一插槽311与第二插槽312也可以设置成对称的,即与顶部边缘34的夹角相同;当然,第一插槽311与第二插槽312是相对倾斜的。
第二导光板32包括直板状的若干第一插板321及第二插板322。第一插板321的横截面与第一导光板31的第一插槽311对应,以使第一插板321紧密收容于第一导光板31的第一插槽311。第二插板322的横截面对应于第一导光板31的第二插槽312,以使第二插板322紧密收容于第一导光板31的第二插槽312。当第一、第二导光板31、32组合后呈网格状结构,对应每一发光二极管24设成若干收容发光二极管的收容空间,每一收容空间由四侧壁围设而成,起到导光的作用。可以理解地,第一、第二导光板31、32朝向对应的发光二极管24的一侧表面涂有导光材料,以增强光线的反射作用。
由于本发明的发光二极管模组的导光模组30由纵横交错的呈板状的第一、第二导光板31、32组成,相对现有技术,本发明无需大型模具即可大量生产,大大降低了成本。当整个导光模组30的导光角度即其光型需要改变时,只需要改变第一导光板31的第一、第二插槽311、312的倾斜角度即可,简单快捷,大大减少了模具开发费用,降低了整个发光二极管模组的研制成本。另外,可以理解地,为了达到更好的导光效果,第二导光板32可以做成相对发光二极管24内凹的弧面,而第一导光板31的第一、第二插槽311、312的形状设置为对应的弧形状。

Claims (10)

1.一种发光二极管模组,包括一基板、若干贴设在基板一侧面的电路板、若干安装于每一电路板上的发光二极管、及安装在基板上并围绕在每一发光二极管周围的导光模组,其特征在于:该导光模组包括若干板状的第一导光板及与第一导光板交错的若干板状的第二导光板,第二导光板嵌设于第一导光板中并与第一导光板共同对所述发光二极管发出的光线进行反射。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管模组,其特征在于:所述第一导光板对应竖立于安装于每一电路板的两侧。
3.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管模组,其特征在于:所述第一导光板相对电路板的垂直方向向外倾斜3至5度。
4.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管模组,其特征在于:所述第一导光板上插设有若干第二导光板,所述第一导光板与第二导光板围设成若干收容发光二极管的收容空间,每一收容空间由四侧壁围设而成。
5.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管模组,其特征在于:所述第一导光板上设有若干一第一插槽及一第二插槽,相邻且置于一发光二极管左右两侧的第一插槽及第二插槽组成一对插槽,每对插槽自第一导光板的顶部边缘向下朝向该发光二极管倾斜靠拢。
6.如权利要求5所述的发光二极管模组,其特征在于:所述第一插槽与第一导光板的顶部边缘的夹角小于第二插槽与顶部边缘的夹角。
7.如权利要求6所述的发光二极管模组,其特征在于:所述第一插槽与第一导光板的顶部边缘的夹角为50度。
8.如权利要求6所述的发光二极管模组,其特征在于:所述第二插槽与第一导光板的顶部边缘的夹角为85度。
9.如权利要求5所述的发光二极管模组,其特征在于:所述每一第二导光板包括一插设于第一插槽的第一插板及收容于第二插槽的第二插板。
10.如权利要求9所述的发光二极管模组,其特征在于:所述第一插板及第二插板均为直板状。
