Abstract

发光二极管灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别是指一种发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管作为一种新兴的第三代光源,因其具有工作寿命长、节能、环保等优点而普遍被市场看好。由发光二极管组成的模组能产生大功率、高亮度的光源,正日益取代白炽灯等现有的光源在灯具中得到应用,比如室内照明灯具。然而,发光二极管模组提供的是点光源,容易造成眩光,肉眼直视该点光源会感到不适,严重地甚至会损伤眼睛。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种光效柔和的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯罩及至少一发光二极管模组,该灯罩包括一内凹的壳体,该壳体的顶部设有一开口,该壳体包括一底部及自该底部边缘向上延伸的至少一侧部,该至少一发光二极管模组贴设在该至少一侧部的下方并与该壳体的底部间隔相对,该至少一发光二极管模组发出的至少部分光线先照射到该底部的内壁上,然后通过该内壁反射向该开口的外侧照射。
一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯罩及收容在该灯罩内的至少一发光二极管模组,该灯罩的顶部形成一开口,该至少一发光二极管模组安装在接近该灯罩的底部位置并朝向该灯罩的底部设置,该至少一发光二极管模组发出的所有光线均经过该灯罩的内表面反射后才从所述开口照射出去。
通过灯罩的内表面反射,发光二极管模组的光线从该灯罩的内侧的多个方向同时向该开口的外侧照射,从而形成较为柔和的面光源,避免眩光现象。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
请参照图1,所示为本发明一较佳实施例的发光二极管灯具100,该灯具100包括一灯罩10及两个发光二极管模组30,该灯罩10为一内凹的壳体,该两个发光二极管模组30贴设在该灯罩10的内侧。
请同时参照图2及图3,该灯罩10包括一壳体11及两个端板13。该壳体11沿纵长方向延伸,其横截面大致成“U”形,该壳体11包括一底板111及两个侧板115,该底板111位于该灯罩10的底部,该两个侧板115自该底板111的两侧向上倾斜延伸。该底板111的顶面具有一成“V”形的内壁1110,该内壁1110的横截面由该底板111的横向两侧向中间凹陷。
每一侧板115与底板111的连接处向内凹陷形成一凹孔113,该凹孔113沿纵长方向从该壳体11的一端延伸至另一端。每一侧板115包括一反光面1150及一安装面1151,该反光面1150形成为该侧板115的内壁并与凹槽15相对,该安装面1151位于每一侧板115的底部并与该凹孔113相对,该安装面1151用以安装所述发光二极管模组30。
该两个端板13为梯形平板,该两个端板13分别一体连接于该底板111及两个侧板115的纵向两端,该壳体11与端板13合围形成一凹槽15。该端板13具有一内壁130,该内壁130与该凹槽15相对。该灯罩10上与底板111相对的顶部设有一开口156,该开口156使得该凹槽15与该灯罩10的顶部空气相通。该凹槽15的宽度沿从该底板111到该开口156,即从底部往顶部的方向逐渐变宽。所述内壁1110、130及反光面1150的表面涂附有高反射性的材料,比如镀镍或镀铝。
每一发光二极管模组30包括一基板31及若干发光二极管33。该基板31沿与底板111的方向平行延伸。这些发光二极管33沿纵向均匀间隔地安装在该基板31上。该基板31上设有与发光二极管33电连接的一层印刷电路。该两个发光二极管模组30通过焊接分别安装在两个侧板115的安装面1151上,并且,发光二极管33与凹孔113及内壁1110相对。
请同时参阅图4,每一发光二极管33具有一发光面330,该发光面330朝向凹孔113并与底板111的内壁1110相对。从该发光面330上发出的光线与该灯罩10的内表面相交。比如,该发光面330发出的一部分光线70可直接照射到该内壁1110上,然后通过内壁1110的反射向开口156的方向照射。该发光面330发出的另一部分光线71首先照射到底板111的内壁1110上,接着经反射照射到侧板115的反光面1150上,然后通过反光面1150的反射再向开口156的方向照射。该发光面330发出的另一部分光线72可直接照射到该反光面1150上,然后通过反光面1150的反射向开口156的方向照射。还有一部分光线(图未示)通过端板13的内壁130的反射向该开口156的方向照射。特别是,本实施例中,从该发光面330的边缘以最大仰角射出的光线刚好相交于该壳体11或端板13的边缘,如光线73。总而言之,所述发光二极管33的光线均会先经过该灯罩10的内表面反射,然后从该开口156照射出去。因此,人眼从该灯具100的开口156的外侧任何角度都不能直接看到这些发光二极管33所发出的光线。通过灯罩10的内表面反射,发光二极管33的光线从该灯罩10的内侧的多个方向同时向该开口156的外侧照射,从而形成较为柔和的面光源,避免了眩光现象。

Claims (13)

1.一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯罩及至少一发光二极管模组,该灯罩包括一内凹的壳体,该壳体包括一底部及自该底部边缘向上延伸的至少一侧部,该壳体的顶部设有一开口,其特征在于:该至少一发光二极管模组贴设在该至少一侧部的下方并与该壳体的底部间隔相对,该至少一发光二极管模组发出的至少部分光线先照射到该底部的内壁上,然后通过该内壁反射向该开口的外侧照射。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述壳体的底部与该至少一侧部的连接处向内凹陷形成一凹孔,该至少一发光二极管模组收容在该凹孔内。
3.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述壳体的底部设置一底板,该底板的顶面具有一“V”形的内壁,该内壁的横截面由该底板的横向两侧向中间凹陷。
4.如权利要求3所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述壳体的至少一侧部包括两个侧板,该两个侧板分别连接于该底板的横向两侧。
5.如权利要求4所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述至少一发光二极管模组的数量为两个,该两个发光二极管模组分别安装在该两个侧板的底部。
6.如权利要求4所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯罩还包括两个端板,该两个端板分别连接于该壳体的纵向两端,该壳体与该两个端板合围成一凹槽,该凹槽的宽度从该灯罩的底部向顶部逐渐变宽。
7.如权利要求6所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述每一侧板包括一反光面及一安装面,该反光面为该侧板的内壁并与所述凹槽相对,该安装面位于每一侧板的底部并与该凹孔相对。
8.如权利要求7所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述至少一发光二极管模组包括一基板及若干发光二极管,该基板安装在该侧板的安装面上并沿与该底板的方向平行延伸,这些发光二极管沿纵向均匀间隔地安装在该基板上并与该底板相对。
9.如权利要求8所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述每一发光二极管具有一发光面,该发光面朝向凹孔并与底板的内壁相对,从该发光面上发出的光线与该灯罩的内表面相交。
10.如权利要求1至9任意一项所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯罩的内表面上涂附有高反射性材料。
11.一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯罩及收容在该灯罩内的至少一发光二极管模组,该灯罩的顶部形成一开口,其特征在于:该至少一发光二极管模组安装在接近该灯罩的底部位置并朝向该灯罩的底部设置,该至少一发光二极管模组发出的所有光线均经过该灯罩的内表面反射后才从所述开口照射出去。
12.如权利要求11所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:该灯罩包括一底板及从该底板的两侧倾斜向上延伸形成的两个侧板,该至少一发光二极管模组的数量为两个,分别安装在该两个侧板与底板的连接处。
13.如权利要求12所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:每一侧板与底板的连接处形成一凹孔,所述发光二极管模组安装在该凹孔内。
