Abstract
一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯罩及一发光二极管模组,该灯罩围成一凹槽,该发光二极管模组收容在凹槽中并贴设在该灯罩的底部内壁上,该灯罩上与该发光二极管模组相对的顶部设有一开口,该灯具还包括一反光条,该反光条收容在该凹槽中,该反光条与该灯罩连接并与该发光二极管模组间隔相对,该发光二极管模组发出的光线先照射到反光条,然后通过该反光条反射到灯罩的内壁,最后通过该灯罩的内壁反射向该开口的外侧照射。该发光二极管模组的光线先经过该反光条及灯罩的反射再通过开口照射出去,从该开口的外侧任何角度都不能直接看到这些发光二极管模组,从而该灯具可提供形成较为柔和的面光源,避免了眩光现象。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别是指一种发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管作为一种新兴的第三代光源,因其具有工作寿命长、节能、环保等优点而普遍被市场看好。由发光二极管组成的模组能产生高亮度的光源,正日益取代白炽灯等现有的光源在灯具中得到应用,比如室内照明灯具。然而,发光二极管模组提供的是点光源,容易造成眩光,肉眼直视该点光源会感到不适,严重地甚至会损伤眼睛。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种光效柔和的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯罩及一发光二极管模组,该灯罩围成一凹槽,该发光二极管模组收容在凹槽中并贴设在该灯罩的底部内壁上,该灯罩上与该发光二极管模组相对的顶部设有一开口,该灯具还包括一反光条,该反光条收容在该凹槽中,该反光条与该灯罩连接并与该发光二极管模组间隔相对,该发光二极管模组发出的至少部分光线先照射到反光条,然后通过该反光条反射到灯罩的内壁,最后通过该灯罩的内壁反射向该开口的外侧照射。
所述发光二极管模组的光线均会经过该反光条或灯罩的反射,然后再通过开口照射出去,人眼从该开口的外侧任何角度都不能直接看到这些发光二极管,从而该发光二极管灯具可提供形成较为柔和的面光源,避免了眩光现象。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
请参照图1,所示为本发明一较佳实施例的发光二极管灯具100,该灯具100包括一灯罩10、一发光二极管模组30及一反光条50,该灯罩10为一内凹的壳体,该发光二极管模组30贴设在该灯罩10的内侧,该反光条50通过螺钉60与该灯罩10连接,该反光条50与该发光二极管模组30及灯罩10的内壁间隔相对。
请同时参照图2,该灯罩10包括一壳体11及两个端板13,该壳体11沿纵长方向延伸,其横截面大致成拱形,该壳体11包括一底板111及两个侧板113,该底板111位于该灯罩10的底部,该两个侧板113自该底板111的两侧倾斜向上延伸,该壳体11包括一拱形内壁115。该底板111上间隔设有若干通孔116。
该两个端板13为梯形平板,该两个端板13分别一体连接于该底板111及二侧板113的纵向两端,每一端板具有一内壁135,该内壁135与拱形内壁115相邻,从而该壳体11与端板13合围形成一凹槽15,该灯罩10上与底板111相对的顶部设有一开口156。该凹槽15的宽度沿从该底板111到该开口156,即从底部往顶部的方向逐渐变宽。该拱形内壁115及内壁135的表面涂附有高反射性的材料,比如镀镍或镀铝。
所述发光二极管模组30包括一基板31及若干发光二极管33。该基板31沿与底板111的方向平行延伸。这些发光二极管33沿纵向均匀间隔地安装在该基板31上。该基板31上开设若干通孔36,这些通孔36分别与所述底板111的通孔116对应。该基板31上与发光二极管33相对的一侧覆盖一层印刷电路。
请同时参照图3,该反光条50的轮廓与该壳体11的拱形内壁115的轮廓相似,该反光条50为纵长形并沿该壳体11的延伸方向设置在发光二极管模组30的正上方。该反光条50的横截面成三角拱形,该反光条50的纵向沿与基板31平行的方向延伸。该反光条50的内部开设一横截面为三角形的凹槽51。该反光条50包括一反光面53,该反光面53位于该反光条50面对该发光二极管模组30的一侧。该反光面53由两个交叉平面构成,该两个平面形成的夹角指向发光二极管33,该反光面53的两侧相对于发光二极管33向开口156方向倾斜。该反光面53的表面涂附有高反射性的材料,比如镀镍或镀铝。该反光条50上设有若干固定孔56。这些固定孔56与通孔36、116相对应,所述螺丝60可穿过通孔36、116并固定在固定孔56中,从而将反光条50与灯罩10连接固定。
每一发光二极管33具有一圆形发光面330,该发光面330朝向开口156并与反光条50的反光面53相对。该发光面330上任意一点与该反光面53的边缘点的连线必定和灯罩10的拱形内壁115或内壁135相交。本实施例中,从该发光面330的边缘出射并与反光面53的边缘相切的光线相交于该拱形内壁115或内壁135的边缘,如光线70。因此,该发光面330发出的一部分光线71首先照射到反光面53上,然后经反射照射到内壁115或内壁135上,接着通过内壁115或内壁135反射再向开口156的方向照射。该发光面330发出的另外一部分光线72直接照射到该壳体11的内壁115或端板13的内壁135上,接着通过内壁115或内壁135反射向开口156的方向照射。
总而言之,所述发光二极管33的光线均会经过该反光条50或灯罩10的反射,然后再通过该开口156照射出去。因此,人们从该灯具100的开口156的外侧任何角度都不能直接看到这些发光二极管33,通过反光条50或灯罩10的反射,发光二极管33发出的光线从该灯罩10的内侧的各个方向向开口156的外侧照射,从而形成较为柔和的面光源,避免了眩光现象,使得该发光二极管灯具100能够提供更加柔和的光源。
所述反光条50的形状也不限于三角拱形,图4所示为本发明另一较佳实施的发光二极管灯具200,该灯具200具有与灯具100相似的形状结构,所不同的是,该灯具200使用了一圆弧拱形的反光条50a,该反光条50a包括一反光面53a,该反光面53a的轮廓与拱形内壁115的轮廓相似。
Claims (10)
1.一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯罩及一发光二极管模组,该灯罩围成一凹槽,该发光二极管模组收容在凹槽中并贴设在该灯罩的底部内壁上,该灯罩上与该发光二极管模组相对的顶部设有一开口,其特征在于:该灯具还包括一反光条,该反光条收容在该凹槽中,该反光条与该灯罩连接并与该发光二极管模组间隔相对,该发光二极管模组发出的至少部分光线先照射到反光条,然后通过该反光条反射到灯罩的内壁,最后通过该灯罩的内壁反射向该开口的外侧照射。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述发光二极管模组包括至少一发光二极管,该至少一发光二极管包括一发光面,该反光条包括一反光面,该反光面与该发光面相对,该发光面上任意一点与反光面的边缘点之间的连线与该灯罩的内壁相交。
3.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯罩包括一壳体及位于该壳体两端的两个端板,该壳体沿纵长方向延伸,该凹槽由该壳体与该两个端板合围形成。
4.如权利要求3所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述凹槽的宽度沿从该灯罩的底部向顶部逐渐变宽。
5.如权利要求3所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述至少一发光二极管的数量为若干,该发光二极管模组还包括一纵长的基板,该基板贴设在该壳体的内壁中央,这些发光二极管沿该壳体的延伸方向排列。
6.如权利要求3所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述反光条为纵长形并沿壳体的延伸方向设置在发光二极管模组的正上方。
7如权利要求6所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述反光条的横截面为三角拱形。
8.如权利要求6所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述反光条为圆弧拱形。
9.如权利要求3所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述壳体包括一底板及两个侧板,该底板位于该灯罩的底部,该两个侧板自该底板的两侧倾斜向上延伸,该壳体包括一拱形内壁,该发光二极管模组安装在该底板上。
10.如权利要求1至9任意一项所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述反光条上开设有若干固定孔,该灯罩对应这些固定孔开设若干通孔,若干螺丝穿过通孔并锁固在固定孔中,从而将反光条与灯罩连接固定。
11.如权利要求1至9任意一项所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述反光条的反光面及灯罩的内壁上涂附有高反射性材料。
