Abstract

本发明提出一种混凝土用环保渗透性封闭底涂。该底涂所采用的是双组分反应性的底涂材料,组分A、B按1∶0.5~2进行混合;以重量份数计,组分A包括:环氧树脂乳液200~500份或环氧树脂80~120份,消泡剂0.001~3份,功能助剂0~10份;组分B包括:环氧固化剂乳液100~200份,促进剂0~20份,增韧剂1~200份,消泡剂0.001~3份,功能助剂0~10份,无机填料0~200份。本发明的有益效果是:(1)该底涂兼有涂渗性、封闭性、与本体材料粘接强度高的特点,涂刷后形成一道连续的涂层,堵塞基层毛细孔,阻止潮气逸出。(2)施工简便,效率高。涂料固化时间短。(3)涂料环保,储运及施工安全可靠。

Description

混凝土用环保渗透性封闭底涂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种混凝土基材处理剂,具体地说是一种与混凝土基材表面喷涂聚脲配套的,具有涂渗性、粘结性、隔潮性、封闭混凝土毛细孔功能的底涂。
背景技术
在混凝土基材表面进行功能性涂装聚脲材料的应用非常广泛,它涵盖了化工、冶金、建筑、电力、市政工程、运动场馆等许多领域。聚脲可以作混凝土的保护层、防水层、防腐层、耐磨地坪及耐磨涂层、或装饰层。基材处理是决定聚脲涂装层施工质量的一道重要工序。由于在混凝土基材表面常存在以下问题:基材潮湿、孔洞、裂缝、残留脱模剂、油脂污物、灰尘等,这些缺陷如果没有经过良好的封闭底涂处理,将会造成聚脲涂层起鼓、脱层、不致密、针孔等现象,尤其是防护性涂装层,一旦与基材粘结不牢,甚至有针孔而无法形成连续完整的涂层,最终导致防护层失效。目前常用的封闭底涂为环氧树脂、聚氨酯类材料,存在以下缺陷:1.污染环境;在施工现场,通常配备有机溶剂(如稀释溶剂或工具清洗剂),具有较大挥发性;对环境、施工人员造成极大的危害。2.粘结不牢;一般亲油性底涂对混凝土类基材没有渗透固结作用,与潮湿或玷污的基材粘结不牢。3.封闭不严;环氧树脂、聚氨酯类的底涂,在使用中经常出现对基材微孔封闭不严,不能屏蔽基材的潮气。因此,目前缺少一种用于混凝土基材表面的环保渗透性封闭底涂。
发明内容
为了提高混凝土表面喷涂聚脲的施工质量,本发明提供一种混凝土用环保渗透性封闭底涂。该底涂材料对基层含水率无严格要求;对基层有渗透作用,能够形成封闭层,堵塞基层毛细孔,阻止潮气逸出;并且与混凝土粘结强度高。
本发明的混凝土用环保渗透性封闭底涂所采用的是双组分反应性的底涂材料,包括组分A和组分B;其中,
以重量份数计,组分A包括以下物质:
组分1:环氧树脂乳液200~500份或环氧树脂80~120份
组分2:消泡剂0.001~3份
组分3:功能助剂0~10份
以重量份数计,组分B包括以下物质:
组分4:环氧固化剂乳液100~200份
组分5:促进剂0~20份
组分6:增韧剂1~200份
组分7:消泡剂0.001~3份
组分8:功能助剂0~10份
组分9:无机填料0~200份。
组分A中,所述的环氧树脂为水性环氧树脂或双酚A型环氧树脂;无机填料可以是重钙、轻钙、滑石粉、膨润土、高岭土、石英粉、硅藻土、硅灰石、硅微粉和重晶石粉中的一种或多种;功能助剂是具有湿润渗透功性的助剂。组分B中,所述的环氧固化剂乳液为胺类环氧固化剂乳液,促进剂是环氧通用促进剂,根据具体情况适量添加涂料助剂如增韧剂、消泡剂、功能助剂。特别指出的是,双酚A型环氧树脂借助具有乳化功能的胺类固化剂,经混合可以配制水性环氧树脂涂料。
施工时,组分A、B按1∶0.5~2配比进行混合,按本发明配制的涂料可以分两道涂刷,第一道不添加无机填料,第二道添加无机填料,按此法施工,能够很好地对基材起到渗透、封闭作用。同时,粘接强度可以达到3.0MP以上。
本发明的创新点和有益效果在于:(1)该底涂兼有涂渗性、封闭性、与本体材料粘接强度高的特点,经两次以上涂刷后可以形成一道连续的涂层,堵塞基层毛细孔,阻止潮气逸出。(2)施工简便,效率高。涂料固化时间短。(3)涂料环保,储运及施工安全可靠。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例来对本发明做进一步地说明,下述各实施例仅用于说明本发明而非对本发明的限制。
实施例1
以重量份计,将环氧树脂乳液200公斤、消泡剂0.001公斤、功能助剂6公斤加入到混合分散机中,混合均匀,制得组分A。同样地以重量份计,将环氧固化剂乳液150公斤、促进剂1公斤、增韧剂57公斤、消泡剂0.01公斤、功能助剂5公斤,混合均匀后制得组分B。使用时组分A∶B按1∶0.5比例掺混,分散均匀,在混凝土表面涂刷本混合物。
实施例2
以重量份计,将环氧树脂乳液320公斤、消泡剂1.5公斤、功能助剂4公斤加入到混合分散机中,混合均匀,制得组分A。将胺类环氧固化剂乳液200公斤、促进剂10公斤、增韧剂200公斤、消泡剂3公斤、滑石粉45公斤,混合均匀后制得组分B。使用时组分A∶B按1∶1比例掺混,分散均匀,在混凝土表面涂刷本混合物。
实施例3
以重量份计,将环氧树脂乳液500公斤、消泡剂3公斤、功能助剂8.5公斤加入到混合分散机中,混合均匀,制得组分A。将胺类环氧固化剂乳液100公斤、促进剂20公斤、增韧剂110公斤、消泡剂1.03公斤、功能助剂10公斤、石英粉50公斤、硅灰石50公斤,混合均匀后制得组分B。使用时组分A∶B按1∶1.5比例掺混,分散均匀,在混凝土表面涂刷本混合物。
实施例4
以重量份计,将环氧树脂80公斤、消泡剂0.3公斤加入到混合分散机中,混合均匀,制得组分A。将环氧固化剂乳液180公斤,促进剂8公斤、增韧剂50公斤、消泡剂0.008公斤、功能助剂8公斤、高岭土40公斤、重晶石粉37公斤,混合均匀后制得组分B。使用时组分A∶B按1∶2比例掺混,分散均匀,在混凝土表面涂刷本混合物。
实施例5
以重量份计,将E51环氧树脂100公斤、消泡剂0.2公斤、功能助剂3公斤加入到混合分散机中,混合均匀,制得组分A。将环氧固化剂乳液150公斤、促进剂10公斤、增韧剂10公斤、消泡剂0.84公斤、功能助剂8公斤,混合均匀后制得组分B。使用时组分A∶B按1∶1.2比例掺混,分散均匀,在混凝土表面涂刷本混合物。
实施例6
以重量份计,将E44环氧树脂120公斤、消泡剂0.1公斤加入到混合分散机中,混合均匀,制得组分A。将环氧固化剂乳液200公斤、增韧剂12公斤、消泡剂1.02公斤、促进剂17公斤、石英粉10公斤,混合均匀后制得组分B。使用时组分A∶B按1∶2比例掺混,分散均匀,在混凝土表面涂刷本混合物。
实施例7
以重量份计,将环氧树脂乳液300公斤、消泡剂2公斤、功能助剂8公斤加入到混合分散机中,混合均匀,制得组分A。将胺类环氧固化剂乳液150公斤、增韧剂100公斤、消泡剂1.03公斤、功能助剂10公斤、石英粉50公斤、硅灰石50公斤,混合均匀后制得组分B。使用时组分A∶B按1∶1比例掺混,分散均匀,在混凝土表面涂刷本混合物。

Claims (3)

1.一种混凝土用环保渗透性封闭底涂,采用的是双组分反应性的底涂材料,其特征在于包括组分A和组分B,组分A、B按1∶0.5~2配比进行混合;其中,
以重量份数计,组分A包括以下物质:
组分1:环氧树脂乳液200~500份或环氧树脂80~120份
组分2:消泡剂0.001~3份
组分3:功能助剂0~10份
以重量份数计,组分B包括以下物质:
组分4:环氧固化剂乳液100~200份
组分5:促进剂0~20份
组分6:增韧剂1~200份
组分7:消泡剂0.001~3份
组分8:功能助剂0~10份
组分9:无机填料0~200份;
所述的环氧树脂为水性环氧树脂或双酚A型环氧树脂;所述的环氧固化剂乳液为胺类环氧固化剂乳液;所述的功能助剂是具有湿润渗透功性的助剂;所述的促进剂是环氧通用促进剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混凝土用环保渗透性封闭底涂,其特征在于,所述的双酚A型环氧树脂借助具有乳化功能的胺类固化剂,经混合可以配制水性环氧树脂涂料。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的混凝土用环保渗透性封闭底涂,其特征在于,所述的无机填料是重钙、轻钙、滑石粉、膨润土、高岭土、石英粉、硅藻土、硅灰石、硅微粉和重晶石粉中的一种或多种。
