Abstract

本发明为一种防止接地故障断路器产生误复位动作的锁定结构,其包括:一挡块,其设置所述接地故障断路器一复位和脱扣机构的架体上;一限位片,其包括:一按压部和一弯折部,所述的按压部与一弹性复位件相连接,当所述的复位和脱扣机构处于脱扣状态时,所述的弯折部抵靠在所述挡块的侧缘,对所述的架体锁定限位,其结构简单,能够有效防止由于碰撞等引起的接地故障断路器产生的误复位动作,从而提高了接地故障断路器使用的安全性。

防止接地故障断路器产生误复位动作的锁定结构
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种防止误动作机构,特别涉及的是一种应用在所述接地故障断路器上,用以防止其误产生复位动作的锁定结构。
背景技术
接地故障断路器(GFCI),由于能有效地防止人身触电以及接地故障造成的设备及火灾事故,因而受到广泛应用。对于所述的接地故障断路器而言,其核心在于设置与盒体内的接地故障的侦测电路和发生故障时的脱扣和复位机构,所述的脱扣和复位机构包括:一对静触片和可与其接触或分离的一对动触片,一产生动作的核心结构组件(衔铁和绕设在所述衔铁外的线圈)以及与一衔铁相固接的架体,所述的衔铁带动架体在所述的接地故障断路器的盒体内部的第一位置和第二位置运动之间运动,从而使所述的架体带动所述的动触片与所述的静触片产生分离(脱扣)和接触(复位);为了保安全,通常在未安装所述接地故障断路器之前,所述的脱扣和复位机构处于脱扣状态(所述的静触片产生分离),从结构上看所述的架体带动所述的动触片处于与所述的静触片分离的位置。
但是所述的接地故障断路器在运输搬运的过程当中,由于产生振动,或是搬运过程中货品跌落,都很容易造成所述接地故障断路器中的脱扣和复位机构产生误复位动作,从而造成内部的所述的动触片与所述的静触片接触,从而在安装和使用之前给用电户造成潜在的危险。
鉴于上述缺陷,本发明创作者经过长期的研究和试验终于获得了本创作。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种防止接地故障断路器产生误复位动作的锁定结构,用以克服上述的缺陷。
为实现上述的目的,本发明采用的技术方案在于,提供一种防止接地故障断路器产生误复位动作的锁定结构,其包括:  
一挡块,其设置所述接地故障断路器一复位和脱扣机构的架体侧面上;
一限位片,其包括:一按压部和一弯折部,所述的按压部与一弹性复位件相连接,当所述的复位和脱扣机构处于脱扣状态时,所述的弯折部抵靠在所述挡块的侧缘,对所述的架体锁定限位;当所述的接地故障断路器一复位键按下时,所述的弯折部抵靠在所述的挡块的下沿,所述的弹性复位件不能弹性回复;
较佳的,所述的挡块与所述的架体为一体成型;
较佳的,所述的挡块固定连接在所述的架体上。
与现有技术比较本发明的有益效果在于,结构简单,能够有效防止由于碰撞等引起的接地故障断路器产生的误复位动作,从而提高了接地故障断路器使用的安全性。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图,对本发明上述的和另外的技术特征和优点作更详细的说明。
请参阅图1所示,其为本发明防止接地故障断路器产生误复位动作的锁定结构与所述的脱扣和复位机构结合时立体机械结构示意图;所述的脱扣和复位机构5由于不是本发明的标的所在,仅仅是一个实施本发明的载体,因此其可能有很多相应的细节结构,这里不再赘述;对于通常所述的脱扣和复位机构5都应当至少包括:架体52、动触片51(其上具有动触点)以及静触片,其中,所述架体52内部设有衔铁(图中未示),在所述的脱扣和复位机构5处于脱扣状态时,即所述的动触片51与所述的静触片处于分离状态;本发明的防止接地故障断路器产生误复位动作的锁定结构包括:一挡块53,其设置在所述架体52的侧面上,其可以是在零件加工时与所述的架体52一体成型制得,或是后期通过相应的连接技术固设在所述架体52侧面上,其能够随所述的架体52一起运动;还包括:一限位片4,其一端为按压部41,所述的按压部41与一复位弹性件3的一端相连接,所述的复位弹性件3可以是弹簧或弹片,所述限位片4的另一端为弯折部42与所述的接地故障断路器盒体内部的静止固定结构相连接,如所述的复位弹性件3可以安放在一设置在所述静止固定结构的容置槽内,实际上所述的静止固定结构可以为所述接地故障断路器内部的一个隔板(此为一个通用结构,不随所述的架体52运动);当所述的弹性复位件3处于未压缩状态时,所述的限位片4的弯折部42侧缘抵靠在所述挡块53上,从而使所述的架体52不能产生位移,因而所述的动触片5 1与所述的静触片在非正常状态不会误动作形成复位。
请参阅图2所示,其为本发明防止接地故障断路器产生误复位动作的锁定结构与所述的脱扣和复位机构结合时的第一状态机械结构示意图;由图中可知所述的限位片4的弯折部42,正好抵靠在所述的挡块53侧缘上,防止在脱扣状态下的误复位发生,此为本发明定义的第一状态。
请参阅图3所示,为本发明防止接地故障断路器产生误复位动作的锁定结构与所述的脱扣和复位机构结合时的第二状态机械结构示意图。在需要进行复位时,将所述的接地故障断路器设置的复位键1按下,此时所述的限位片4的按压部41与所述的接地故障断路器设置的复位触片2同时受到按压动作,从而向按压方向运动(向下),此时所述的限位片4下端的弯折部42则无法抵靠所述的挡块53,进而由于复位要求所述的架体52产生运动,从而使所述的脱扣和复位机构5产生复位,此时所述的限位片4的弯折部42受到所述的挡块53下沿的阻挡(结合参阅图1所示),使所述的复位弹性件3无法弹性回复。此时所述的脱扣和复位机构的动触片51和静触片相接触;如果所述的接地故障断路器侦测到接地故障发生时,所述的脱扣和复位机构5产生脱扣动作,此时所述的架体52回移,从而使所述的挡块53回移,所述的限位片4的弯折部42不再受到所述的挡块53下沿的阻挡,从而使所述的复位弹性件3弹性回复,此时就返回上述图2所示的状态。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,对本发明而言仅仅是说明性的,而非限制性的。本专业技术人员理解,在本发明权利要求所限定的精神和范围内可对其进行许多改变,修改,甚至等效,但都将落入本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (3)

1.一种防止接地故障断路器产生误复位动作的锁定结构,其特征在于,其包括:
一挡块,其设置在所述接地故障断路器一复位和脱扣机构的架体上;
一限位片,其包括:一按压部和一弯折部,所述的按压部与一弹性复位件相连接,当所述的复位和脱扣机构处于脱扣状态时,所述的弯折部抵靠在所述挡块的侧缘,对所述的架体锁定限位;当所述的接地故障断路器一复位键按下时,所述的弯折部抵靠在所述的挡块的下沿,所述的弹性复位件不能弹性回复。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防止接地故障断路器产生误复位动作的锁定结构,其特征在于,所述的挡块与所述的架体为一体成型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防止接地故障断路器产生误复位动作的锁定结构,其特征在于,所述的挡块固定连接在所述的架体上。
