本发明属于建筑材料领域，特别是属于建筑用彩涂钢板的制作工艺。
背景技术
彩钢作为一种新型材料，因价格低，重量轻，便于运输与安装等特点，被大量的应用于建筑行业。由于普通彩涂钢板压制的彩钢瓦颜色单一，夜间不能发光，没有单片和连片瓦的视觉效果。琉璃瓦、烧制瓦虽然白天看着很美观，但晚上看不出瓦的效果。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题，本发明提供一种彩涂钢板的制作工艺，利用这种工艺制作的彩涂钢板压制成的彩钢瓦，可达到烧制瓦的观感和使用效果。
本发明所采用的技术方案：一种彩涂钢板的制作工艺，其通过在彩钢表面，采用发光涂料或其它颜色的涂料，利用印刷工艺，产生水平状、波浪状、横向或竖向的色条图案。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1所示，本发明的的彩涂钢板的制作工艺，在钢板本体1上利用发光涂料和其它颜色的涂料绘制水平或波浪状、横向或竖向的瓦缝及其色条(发光或不发光以及发光和不发光相结合)的图案工艺的涂层2。涂层的厚度为0.1-0.3mm。利用该工艺制作的彩涂钢板在压制成型后，可达到烧制瓦的观感和使用效果。这种发光和不发光的彩钢瓦，白天可与烧瓦比美，晚上可以发光，使瓦片的轮廓更加明显。
利用辊涂、淋涂、喷涂及其它印制工艺，在彩涂钢板的表面涂印发光涂料或不发光涂料可生产出发光和不发光相结合的产品，形状可为水平状或波浪状、横向或竖向的色条(瓦缝)及其它色条，可压制出单片或连片瓦效果的板材。

1、一种彩涂钢板的制作工艺，其特征在于：其通过在彩钢表面，采用发光涂料或其它颜色的涂料，利用印刷工艺，产生水平状、波浪状、横向或竖向的色条图案。
2、根据权利要求1所述的彩涂钢板的制作工艺，其特征在于：所述印刷工艺为辊涂、淋涂或喷涂。
