烟气净化系统及其方法
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及大气污染控制领域,特别是一种烟气净化系统及其方法。 背景技术
[0002] 随着我国环境保护事业的深入,越来越多的企业开始安装烟气净化设备。传统烟气净化系统及其方法:烟气进入除尘器1,经除尘后由烟道进入引风机2,引风机2增压后烟气进入脱硫塔3,烟气进入脱硫塔3通过喷淋、冲击、滤泡等方式完成气液混合从而完成脱硫;烟气再向上进入除雾器4以除去烟气中携带的小雾滴后经增压风机增压进换热器加热进烟囱5排放。参见图1。
[0003] 上述系统中,其烟气除尘器有多管、布袋、静电以及湿法除尘,除多管除尘外,其它设备造价和运营成本较高;脱硫塔用来减缓烟气流速和实现烟气与碱液的有效混合速度, 其造价很高,一般为10000元/蒸吨到30000元/蒸吨;除尘器与脱硫塔属于烟道与烟囱外的再造空间,投资巨大,且给烟气造成了很大的阻力(烟道烟气流速一般是lOm/s到15m/s, 脱硫塔烟气流速一般是3m/s到6m/s),增加了运营成本。脱硫后的湿烟气采用传统的烟囱排放,因脱硫后的湿烟气仍然含有大量腐蚀性物质(饱和蒸汽被冷却形成的雾滴以及三氧化硫形成的稀硫酸等),而传统烟囱材料主要是砖、混凝土或碳钢(直径在lm-lOm,高度约为30m-220m),湿烟气对烟囱的腐蚀,带来很大的防腐投资与安全隐患。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明所要解决的技术问题是,针对上述现有技术现状,而提供一种投资小、运营成本低、安全高效的烟气净化系统及其方法。
[0005] 本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:烟气净化系统,包括烟囱、烟道, 在所述烟道内依次顺序设置干法除尘器、引风机、喷水管;所述烟囱下部设置有喷液装置、 上部设置有除雾器;所述干法除尘器为陶瓷多管除尘器;
[0006] 所述烟@包括烟@本体,所述烟@本体端部设置有一锥型部,所述锥型部上套设有与之相适配的钢箍法兰;两烟®本体之间的连接即由第一螺栓连接两钢箍法兰实现;所述锥型部钢箍法兰之间设置有第一橡胶垫片:两烟®本体端部之间设置有第二橡胶垫片; 所述钢箍法兰由两个半圆组成,由第二螺栓连接;钢箍法兰折角与锥型部倾角相同。
[0007] 烟气净化的方法,包括将来自锅炉的烟气经由烟道进入干法除尘器进行干法除尘,将除尘后的烟气由烟道导入引风机增压;烟道内设置有喷水管,以控制进入烟®的烟气温度在设定范围内和进行二级湿法除尘;烟气在降温除尘后直接进入烟囱后向上运动,烟囱下部喷液装置根据烟气量的不同调节喷液高度与速度,高速烟气吹散并推动由喷液装置喷出的碱性液滴向上运动,完成气液混合,实现脱硫;烟气再向上进入除雾器以除去烟气中携带的小雾滴后排放。
[0008] 与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于,它利用了烟道的闲置空间实现除尘、脱硫以及排烟一体化,为烟气净化提供了一种结构简单、耐酸防腐、经济方便的新工艺,大大节省了工程投资和运行维护成本。即投资小、运营成本低、安全高效。

[0013] 下面根据实施例和附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
[0014] 如图2、3、4所示,烟气净化系统,包括烟囱3、烟道6,在所述烟道6内依次顺序设置干法除尘器7、引风机1、喷水管2 ;所述烟囱3下部设置有喷液装置4、上部设置有除雾器 5 ;所述干法除尘器7为陶瓷多管除尘器;参见图2。
[0015] 所述烟囱3包括烟囱本体31,所述烟囱本体31端部设置有一锥型部311,所述锥型部311上套设有与之相适配的钢箍法兰32 ;两烟囱本体31之间的连接即由第一螺栓33 连接两钢箍法兰32实现;所述锥型部311钢箍法兰32之间设置有第一橡胶垫片34 :两烟囱本体31端部之间设置有第二橡胶垫片35 ;所述钢箍法兰32由两个半圆组成,由第二螺栓36连接;钢箍法兰32的折角与锥型部311的倾角相同。参见图3、4。
[0016] 烟气净化的方法,包括将来自锅炉的烟气经由烟道6进入干法除尘器7进行干法除尘,将除尘后的烟气由烟道6导入引风机1增压后经烟道6,烟道内设置有用于湿法除尘及降温的喷水管2,再进行湿法除尘及降温使得进入烟囱3的烟气温度在设定范围内;烟气在降温除尘后直接进入烟囱3后向上运动,烟囱3下部喷液装置4根据烟气量的不同调节喷液高度与速度,高速烟气吹散并推动由喷液装置4喷出的碱性液滴向上运动,完成气液混合,实现脱硫;烟气再向上进入除雾器5以除去烟气中携带的小雾滴后排放。参见图2、 3、4。
