Abstract

本发明提供一种按键结构,包括一按键体、一金属弹片及一软板,该软板设置于该按键体与该金属弹片之间,该软板上设置有若干开关单元及若干接地点,所述开关单元与该金属弹片对应设置,所述接地点与该按键体连接;该按键结构还包括一薄膜层,该薄膜层包括一朝向该按键体的表面,该表面上开设一凹槽,从而于该薄膜层上形成一槽底壁,该凹槽容纳该金属弹片于其内,且该金属弹片粘结于该槽底壁上。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种按键结构。
背景技术
现有的移动电话,常采用侧按键装置实现接听电话、打开背景灯、声音大小调节以及滚动屏幕等功能,该侧按键装置通常设置于移动电话外壳体的侧壁上,使得使用者可以方便地单手操作。
请参照图1,所示为现有的按键结构10。该按键结构10包括一按键体12、一金属弹片14、一软板16及一主板17。该金属弹片14设置于该按键体12与该软板16之间。同时,为了提高该按键体的按压手感,一般于该金属弹片14与该按键体12之间设置一柔性薄膜18,并将该金属弹片14粘结于该薄膜18上。该软板16与该主板17连接,该软板16上设置一第一开关162及一第二开关164。当使用该按键结构10时,按图1箭头A所示方向按压该按键体12以使该金属弹片14按图1箭头A所示方向发生运动,从而通过运动的金属弹片14将该软板16的第一开关162及第二开关164导通,进而实现对该主板17的控制。
然而,该按键体12一般由金属材质制成,于使用过程中,容易产生静电。为了使该按键体12上的静电安全导出,一般于该薄膜18上镀一导电层19,且使该导电层19与该软板16的接地点166连接而将静电导出。如此,由于需于该薄膜18上镀该导电层19,从而增加该按键结构10的制造成本及提高制造难度。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种可减少制造成本与降低制造难度的按键结构。
一种按键结构,包括一按键体、一金属弹片及一软板,该软板设置于该按键体与该金属弹片之间,该软板上设置有若干开关单元及若干接地点,所述开关单元与该金属弹片对应设置,所述接地点与该按键体连接;该按键结构还包括一薄膜层,该薄膜层包括一朝向该按键体的表面,该表面上开设一凹槽,从而于该薄膜层上形成一槽底壁,该凹槽容纳该金属弹片于其内,且该金属弹片粘结于该槽底壁上。
相较于现有技术,所述按键结构的软板设置于该按键体与该金属弹片之间,且该软板的接地点与该按键体连接以将该按键体上的静电导出,而不需设置一导电层将该按键体上的静电导出,因而该所述按键结构具有制造简单及成本低等优点。

具体实施方式
本发明按键结构用于移动电话、个人数字助理(Personal DigitalAssistant,PDA)等,在本实施方式中,以应用于移动电话的按键结构为例加以说明。
请参阅图2,该移动电话20包括一按键结构22及一主板24,该按键结构22与该主板24通过一软板26实现电连接。该按键结构22包括一按键体222、一薄膜层224及一金属弹片226。
该按键体222与该金属弹片226对应设置,其包括一按压面2222及一与该按压面2222相背的抵持面2224。该按压面2222上凸设一按压部2226。该抵持面2224朝向该金属弹片226,其上对应于该按压部2226凸设一抵持部2228。
该薄膜层224大致为一方形板状体,其包括一朝向该按键体222的第一表面2242。该第一表面2242上开设一凹槽2244,从而于该薄膜层224上形成一槽底壁2246。该凹槽2244容纳该金属弹片226于其内,且该金属弹片226粘结于该槽底壁2246上。
该软板26包括一主体262及一连接部264,该连接部264由该主体262的一端延伸形成,从而使该软板26的截面整体大致呈一“L”形。该主体262设置于该按键体222及该金属弹片226之间,其包括一朝向该按键体222的第一表面2622及一朝向该金属弹片226的第二表面2624。该第一表面2622上设置若干接地点2626,所述接地点2626与该按键体222连接。该第二表面2624上设置有开关单元(图未标),该开关单元包括间隔设置的一第一开关2628及一第二开关2629,且该第一开关2628及该第二开关2629与该金属弹片226对应设置。
使用该移动电话20时,按如图2箭头B所示方向按压该按键体222,从而使该按键体222的抵持部2228抵持该软板26,进而使该第一开关2628及该第二开关2629按如图2箭头B所示方向运动,直至该第一开关2628及该第二开关2629与该金属弹片226接触,停止按压该按键体222,此时,该第一开关2628及该第二开关2629通过该金属弹片226导通,从而实现对该主板24的控制。此外,该按键体222产生的静电通过该软板26上的接地点2626导出,从而避免该按键体222产生的静电损坏该主板24上的电子元件。
所述移动电话20将该软板26的主体262设置于该按键体222与该金属弹片226之间,且该主体262的接地点2626直接与该按键体222连接,而不必设置一导电层即可将该按键体222上的静电导出,因而具有制造简单及成本低等优点。

Claims (5)

1.一种按键结构,包括一按键体、一金属弹片及一软板,其特征在于:该软板设置于该按键体与该金属弹片之间,该软板上设置有若干开关单元及若干接地点,所述开关单元与该金属弹片对应设置,所述接地点与该按键体连接;该按键结构还包括一薄膜层,该薄膜层包括一朝向该按键体的表面,该表面上开设一凹槽,从而于该薄膜层上形成一槽底壁,该凹槽容纳该金属弹片于其内,且该金属弹片粘结于该槽底壁上。
2.如权利要求1所述的按键结构,其特征在于:该开关单元包括间隔设置的一第一开关及一第二开关。
3.如权利要求1所述的按键结构,其特征在于:该软板包括一主体及一连接部,该连接部由该主体的一端延伸形成,该主体部设置于该按键体及该金属弹片之间。
4.如权利要求3所述的按键结构,其特征在于:所述接地点设置于该主体朝向该按键体的表面。
5.如权利要求3所述的按键结构,其特征在于:该开关单元设置于该主体朝向该金属弹片的表面。
