Abstract

本发明公开的是一种偏高岭土保温型材。当前建筑工程保温采用的材料是聚苯乙烯或聚氨酯发泡板、玻璃发泡板和水泥聚苯乙烯发泡(珍珠岩)颗粒砂浆。均存着隔热性能好,但易燃、不透气、强度不够、与基底粘结性不好、收缩性大、易导致表面装饰开裂、抗冲击性差,成本昂贵,难以推广的问题。本发明,在偏高岭土和水玻璃中加入了具有活性的粉煤灰和熟石灰,它们参与了偏高岭土和水玻璃的固化反应,既增加了可包裹型粉料,提高保温层密实度,又利于涂抹,并提高隔热性能,降低成本。具有强度高、不燃、吸水率低、变形小、透气、轻质、成本低的特点。

Description

一种偏高岭土保温型材
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种保温材料,尤其是一种以偏高岭土为主要原料制备的保温型材。
背景技术
在房屋外层增加保温层,是现在房屋建筑的发展趋势,因此,保温材料的技术进步,也就自然而然的成了建筑领域的一个重要部份。当前建筑工程保温采用的材料是聚苯乙烯或聚氨酯发泡板、玻璃发泡板和水泥聚苯乙烯发泡(珍珠岩)颗粒砂浆。前两类板材的隔热性能好,但易燃、不透气、强度不够、与基底粘结性不好、收缩性大、易导致表面装饰开裂、抗冲击性差,性能的不足造成了所述材料保温和装饰效果不协调,这种易燃材料行将被淘汰。发泡玻璃板材隔热性和强度虽好,但不透气;其生产过程的能源消耗大,成本昂贵,难以推广。此外,还存在着一个施工中难以处理的问题,就是上述保温板都因为强度太低,无法在基底上有效粘结,施工时要依靠锚固钉锚固,但因发泡板强度太低,锚固的效果也不好。而水泥聚苯乙烯发泡(珍珠岩)颗粒砂浆也是因强度太低,无法制成板材去粘贴,只可到工地现场搅拌和涂抹,这样做工效低、而且影响和降低其固化强度、又非常难以抹平,因为制成的颗粒砂浆强度不够高、水泥吸水后容易风化而导致保温层分解、其隔热性不高,难以满足工程保温的使用要求,国家即将提高的建筑节能标准就令其在现今使用的我国中南部地区无法继续使用。上述所公开的保温材料虽然都各有优点,也都各有缺点,如果能集其优点而去其缺点,制备一种新的保温材料,应当是比较理想的。
发明内容
本发明的目的,就是提供一种以偏高岭土为主要原料的保温型材,以其高抗压强度,低吸水性,低导热系数,良好的隔热性和通透性,及方便的施工条件克服现有保温材料所存在的不足。
上述目的是由这样的技术措施来实现的:一种偏高岭土保温型材,包括下述重量份的原料并用常规方法制备:
偏高岭土 7-20份、水玻璃 14-35份、粉煤灰 6-45份;
本发明的原料在上述配方基础上还包括:
熟石灰 1-10份;
此外还包括:聚苯乙烯发泡颗粒、珍珠岩、空心玻璃珠或石棉的一种或任意组合物1-40份:
所述偏高岭土指的是天然高岭土矿土,经600至900℃锻烧两小时所得的100至500目细粉;
所述水玻璃是1.0至2.0模数的钠水玻璃;
所述熟石灰是指足量水充分浸泡生石灰后,除去上清液所得到的石灰浆。
采取上述措施的本发明,在偏高岭土和水玻璃中加入了具有活性的粉煤灰和熟石灰,它们参与了偏高岭土和水玻璃的固化反应,既增加了可包裹型粉料,提高保温层密实度,又利于涂抹,并提高隔热性能,降低成本。本发明替代当前的工程保温材料有性能、价格、环保的优势,具有强度高、不燃、吸水率低、变形小、透气、轻质、成本低的特点。经检测,本发明做成含聚苯乙烯发泡颗粒板材的强度等于或大于25号水泥石灰混合砂浆,远远超过水泥聚苯乙烯发泡(珍珠岩)颗粒砂浆;具有良好的隔热性;良好的透气性;耐火级别为a级;敷设于墙体表面时与底层砂浆粘结牢固,这是因为本发明属高强度的无机材料,可以牢固地粘结于底层砂浆上;容重与水泥珍珠岩砂浆相近,做成保温砂浆时的使用方式与水泥珍珠岩砂浆相同;使用总成本低廉。
实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作更进一步的详述。
实施例1
原料配方:偏高岭土  200克  水玻璃  350克
          粉煤灰    600克
制备方法:取300克水加入偏高岭土,搅拌均匀,然后掺入水玻璃以高速搅拌均匀,加入粉煤灰搅拌均匀,倒入模具中定型,常温干燥后即得到本发明。
实施例2
原料配方:偏高岭土  300克  水玻璃  600克
          粉煤灰    600克  熟石灰  100克
制备方法:取400克水加入偏高岭土,搅拌均匀,然后掺入水玻璃以高速搅拌均匀,再加入粉煤灰和熟石灰搅拌均匀,倒入模具中定型,常温干燥后即得到本发明。
实施例3
原料配方:偏高岭土  400克   水玻璃         700克
          粉煤灰    500克聚 苯乙烯泡沫颗粒 700克
制备方法:取500克水加入偏高岭土,搅拌均匀,然后掺入水玻璃以高速搅拌均匀,加入粉煤灰搅拌均匀,再加入聚苯乙烯泡沫颗粒以60转/分钟速度搅拌均匀,倒入模具中定型,常温干燥后即得到本发明。
实施例4
原料配方:偏高岭土         400克  水玻璃  700克
          粉煤灰           900克  熟石灰  100克
          聚苯乙烯泡沫颗粒 100克
制备方法:取850克水加入偏高岭土,搅拌均匀,然后掺入水玻璃高速搅拌均匀,再加入粉煤灰和熟石灰搅拌均匀,最后加入聚苯乙烯泡沫颗粒以60转/分钟速度搅拌均匀,倒入模具以中定型,常温干燥后即得到本发明。
实施例5
原料配方:偏高岭土  400克  水玻璃  1100克
          粉煤灰    1200克 石棉    100克
制备方法:取850克水加入偏高岭土,搅拌均匀,然后掺入水玻璃高速搅拌均匀,再加入粉煤灰和石棉搅拌均匀,倒入模具中定型,常温干燥后即得到本发明。

1、一种偏高岭土保温型材,包括下述重量份的原料并用常规方法制备:
偏高岭土    7-20份、水玻璃    14-35份和粉煤灰    6-45份。
2、根据权利要求1所述的偏高岭土保温型材,其特征在于所述的保温型材包括包括下述重量份的原料并用常规方法制备:
偏高岭土    7-20份、水玻璃    14-35份、粉煤灰    6-45份和熟石灰    1-10份。
3、根据权利要求1所述的偏高岭土保温型材,其特征在于所述的保温型材包括包括下述重量份的原料并用常规方法制备:
偏高岭土    7-20份、水玻璃    14-35份、粉煤灰    6-45份熟石灰    1-10份和聚苯乙烯发泡颗粒、珍珠岩、空心玻璃珠或石棉的一种或任意组合物1-40份。
4、根据权利要求1至3所述的保温材料型材,其特征是所述偏高岭土是天然高岭土矿土,经600至900℃锻烧两小时所得的100至500目细粉,所述水玻璃是1.0至2.0模数的钠水玻璃,所述熟石灰是足量水充分浸泡生石灰后,除去上清液所得到的石灰浆。
