刮水器板
技术领域
本发明涉及权利要求1的前序部分所述的一种刮水器板。
DE 10 2004 051 467 A1公开了一种刮水器板。两个作为支承元件用的弹簧导轨是在端盖的内部导引轮廓中被导引的，这两个端盖是在朝向刮水器板的端头的端侧加以封闭的，所以弹簧导轨是通过被封闭的端面而被固定在相对于端盖的纵向中。端盖本身则是沿纵向通过可松卸的保持机构相对于刮拭板条的头板加以固定的。这样，弹簧导轨也就经过端盖而相对于刮拭板条加以固定了。根据一个实施例，作为端盖和头板之间的保持机构，使用了一个销子或销钉，该销钉成形在一个盖子的朝向刮拭板条的一边上，在安装时，一当盖子被关闭，该销钉便挤入到刮拭板条的头板中。盖子以端盖卡入到关闭的位置中。为了便于操作该盖子起见，该盖子可以在其外侧具有一些操作凹槽。还有一些刮水器板是熟知的，这些刮水器板具有一个弹簧导轨作为支承元件，该导轨被安置在刮拭板条的一个纵向沟道中。
发明内容
依本发明，销钉的尖头既可在盖子的打开状态中又可在关闭状态中，通过端盖或盖子的部分而确保防止接触。为此，最好在销钉范围内在端盖上成形有沿刮水器板的纵向延伸的挡板，这些挡板从侧面遮盖着销钉，并在盖子关闭时平行于头板延伸。这些挡板防止人们无意地与销钉尖头接触而受伤。特别是当还没有刮拭板条安装好和盖子被关闭时，没有挡板，就存在伤害危险，一个手指头不经意地伸入到销钉的范围内。为了能够更换刮拭板条以及必要时更换由一个弹簧轨道或由多个弹簧轨道构成的支承元件，一般按本发明提出的方法，对每个刮水器板只配置一个端盖就足够了。刮拭板条和支承元件于是在取下该端盖后，便可沿刮水器板的纵向拆卸下来。
为了使挡板不需要过长，下述做法是有利的：挡板之间的间距选择得尽可能的小，使得挡板与头板以微小的空隙延伸。于此，它们最好被安置在导引部的下侧上。在这些导引部上，用作为支承元件的弹簧轨道被导引。由于挡板都是紧密地在头板上延伸的，所以在刮水时就可避免挡板和汽车风挡玻璃之间的接触。由于挡板之间的空间很小之故，所以即使有相对小的沿销钉方向的延伸也可以起到避免受伤的很好的保护作用。因此，有利地做到下述之点就足够了：使挡板一直伸到刮拭板条的侧向支撑条的范围内。
为了在打开盖子后也能消除受伤的现象，有利的做法是：使盖子不可松卸地与端盖相连；将销钉安置在盖子的盖壁的内侧上的一个凹穴中。此外，有利之处是，如此限定盖子的回转角，使得销钉的尖头在盖子的开着的位置中，被端盖的部分加以遮盖。

具体实施方式
一种刮水器板10具有一个刮拭板条32，该刮拭板条的刮拭唇34经过一个转臂36而与一个头板38相连接。在头板38和转臂36之间有一个侧向的支撑条50，在转换到刮拭运动的终点位置上时，刮拭唇34便可支撑在该支撑条上。
在头板38的纵边上，配置了纵槽，这些纵槽在它们之间形成一个接片点40。该接片点将后板条42与头板38的其余部分连接起来。在侧面的纵槽中嵌置了作为支承元件的弹簧轨道30，这些弹簧轨道在侧面从纵槽中伸出来一段。在弹簧导轨30的伸出部分上，可以安装一个在图中未示的连接元件以用于铰接地连接一个刮拭臂，以及安装一个扰流板和端盖12。为了扰流板，端盖12具有连接轮廓46。
端盖12以导引部26置于弹簧轨道30上，并与弹簧导轨相联合。由于端盖12的朝向刮水器板10的端部的端侧28是封闭的，并且伸过弹簧导轨30的范围，所以端盖12将弹簧轨道30固定在刮水器板10的纵向中，只要它们本身固定在纵向中的话。为此，使用销钉22的形式的保持机构，该销钉安置在盖子14的凹穴24中在盖壁48的内侧20上。盖子14可以围绕一个横向于刮水器板10的纵向延伸的铰链轴线18回转地与端盖连接起来，它的外轮廓在盖子14关闭的状态下协调地连接到端盖12的外轮廓上。为了盖子的操作方便起见，在盖子的外侧上配置一些操作条16。
如果在安装端盖12时，将盖子14加以关闭，则销钉22的尖头便挤入到头板38的后板42中，并将端盖12相对于刮拭板条32加以固定，从而将弹簧导轨30在刮水器板10的纵向上也固定在端盖12之间。为了更换刮拭板条32，只需要一个端盖12具有一个配有销钉22的盖子14即可。另一个端盖12则可任意地固定在纵向中，例如整体地与一个扰流部件相连。
为了保护不受伤害，在关闭盖子14的情况下，端盖12在销钉22的范围内具有挡板44，这些挡板平行于刮拭板条32延伸，一直达到侧向支撑条50的范围内。挡板44最好被成形在导引部26的下侧上，并以与头板38小的空隙延伸。于是可以达到以下目的：几乎不可能通过窄的间隙而与销钉22的尖头相接触，即使刮拭板条32仍未安装，亦是如此。此外，还可在刮水器板10在汽车挡风玻璃上进行刮拭运动时，防止挡板44接触到挡风玻璃。

Claims (7)

1.刮水器板(10)，配有刮拭板条(32)和支承元件(30)，在支承元件的端部上引导着端盖(12)，这些端盖在其朝向刮水器板(10)的端部的端侧(28)上，向刮拭唇(34)伸过支承元件(30)，至少一个端盖(12)具有盖子(14)，该盖子可围绕横向于刮水器板(10)的铰链轴线(18)摆动地与端盖(12)相连接，并在其朝向头板(38)的一边上具有销钉(22)，在关闭盖子(14)时该销钉挤入到头板(38)中，
其特征在于：
销钉(22)的尖头无论在盖子(14)的打开状态中还是在关闭状态中都可通过端盖(12)或盖子(14)的部分防止接触。
2.按权利要求1所述的刮水器板(10)，
其特征在于：
在销钉(22)范围内在端盖(12)上形成了依纵向延伸的挡板(44)，在关闭盖子的情况下这些挡板从侧面遮盖着销钉(22)，(14)在安装了刮拭板条(32)的情况下则平行于头板(38)延伸。
3.按权利要求2所述的刮水器板(10)，
其特征在于：
挡板(44)设置在导引部(26)的下侧上，支承元件(30)是在这些导引部上被导引的，挡板以到头板(38)微小的空隙延伸。
4.按以上权利要求中任一项所述的刮水器板(10)，
其特征在于：
挡板(44)一直伸到刮拭板条(32)的侧向支撑条(50)的范围中。
5.按以上权利要求中任一项所述的刮水器板(10)，
其特征在于：
销钉(22)在凹穴(24)中被安置在盖子(14)的盖壁(48)的内侧(20)上。
6.按以上权利要求中任一项所述的刮水器板(10)，
其特征在于：
盖子(14)的摆动角被加以限制，使得销钉(22)的尖头在盖子(14)的打开后的位置上被端盖(12)的部分所遮盖。
7.按以上权利要求中任一项的配有盖子(14)的端盖(12)，该盖子可以围绕横向于刮水器板(10)的铰链轴线(18)、摆动地与端盖(12)相连，并在其朝向头板(38)的一侧上具有销钉(22)，该销钉在盖子(14)关闭的情况下挤入到头板(38)中。
