Abstract

A device for putting on a shoe cover on a shoe, comprising a bar (20) and an expanding holder (24) for a shoe cover (50) at one end of the bar, the shoe cover comprising a bag (50) having a neck that is tightened by an elastic string (51), which extends around at least a part of the circumference of the bag neck.
