FIELD OF TECHNOLOGY

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

With all the convenience for the user, this device is structurally highly complex, requires only a certain type and size for using the shoe cover, and is subject to constant maintenance and recharging. In addition, the device requires constant maintenance for laying shoe covers in a certain sequence or for the purchase of already charged cartridges with special shoe covers, which limits the use of this device for operating costs and requires constant supervision by maintenance personnel.

However, for all the simplicity and, accordingly, the cheapness of the device, it cannot be effectively used to put on shoe covers, due to the insufficient length (lateral height) of the shoe cover for these purposes, as well as its low tensile strength. In addition, on the holders in the known device there is no system for hooking the gum of the shoe cover, which does not allow you to effectively put it on shoes.

[0006] The closest to the proposed device for putting on protective shoe covers is the “Device for putting on shoe covers” (RU 182952 U1, published 06.09.2018), designed to improve the usability of shoes, while ensuring hygiene. The device contains vertical guides of the latch, interacting with shoe covers by holding them during pulling on shoes and a drive for moving in vertical guides. The latch is movably mounted in the hinge and is made in the form of two pairs of consoles, and the hooks for shoe covers are placed below the latch. However, the functionality of this device is narrow, the claimed result of a technical solution, such as improving convenience during self-service, is small, and the declared hygiene provision can be attributed only to shoe covers, but not to the device. The design of the latches in the form of thin consoles, to which the user, when introducing street shoes into the shoe cover, may be unintentionally, but will inevitably be stepped on with his foot, will damage the device. Introduction to the design of the movable hinge and additional elements for turning over the latches complicates the design and will disorient users, especially the elderly or those with visual impairments. When inserting street shoes into the shoe cover, the user will always touch or touch the contaminated sole of the upper or side parts of the consoles, and this will require maintenance personnel to clean the clips after each visitor, which is completely unacceptable in a device designed for self-service. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
